One side of wireless headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 1st june 2020 and product is picked on 2nd june 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover from[protected]:06:41pm. Now 24 june, its been 24 days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

Now 24 june, its been 24 days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

      I have placed an order for boat airdopes 511v2
      And am not getting any updates regarding the order and delivery. I have already mailed the support team at [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com and have also tried calling the call center at ‭+[protected]‬, it says either the route is busy or all our representatives are busy and we have made a note of your number and will contact you soon. But i haven’t got any call back.

      When i try to search the order under tracking it is still saying order id not found

      This is a highly unprofessional way of treating customers. Am not sure if they are going to deliver the order or not and thinking to cancel the order

          Its been 10 days ive sent my product for replacement, so i got a ticket number im tracking it down and on 22 june 2020 its showing its been whhandover. I didnt got my product yet. I need my product as early as possible.

                I have applied fr claiming my warranty for my boat earphones on 19th may. It was approved on 24th may till nobody made contact with me for replacing my earphone. I tried to call customer care there is no response its been over a month

                  boat stone 200 speaker not delivered to me.

                  My boat stone 200 was not working properly so i registered the complaint on 27th may 2020 and the pick up was done on 3 june 2020 by vishnu gochar ([protected]). My ticket no. Is 1129127. Even after 20 dyas the order is not delivered to me. When i check status of my product it show whhandover and current status is showing delivered. But i didnt got any delivery. Customer service is not responding my calls and emails....

                  My bothe side of earphone was not working and it was on warranty period so i complan it on 7th june 2020 and it got approved on 12th june, it was picked on the same day and now i am tracking my earphone and it is showing whhandover from 23june, and i am afraid that it might not get to me. It was also showing out for delivery before whhandover. Please look into this matter. Customer services are not responding. My number is [protected]

                      Return my earphones. Its been 35 days, how long are u guys going to take to return it. Company says that you will return my earphone within 20 days, but now its getting irritable. There was a minor default in my earphone and also no outer damage. Then why u guys taking lot of time. Return my earphone asap.

                          My earphone has problem with low voice sound ...so I registered a complain because is in warranty period ... complaint date 18 th May 2020 and pickup date 26th May..but now a day I will check the status of earphone will show that...WHHandover...what it's meaning I don't understand...so what the problem are going on..? & How much times are more to reach my earphone..?

                            Hey, i'm amit. I sent my boat rockerz 225 for replacement on 2nd june 2020 and it's been almost 20 days since i last got an update from them. I've tried emailing them but it shows their inbox is full. I tried contacting the customer care but the call just automatically disconnects after i choose to talk to their executive. My ticket no.                                   This is regarding my replacement complaint for ticket number #1079991.

                                  Its been almost 2 Months now that I had raised the complaint for repair replacement and even after my product was delivered to Boat service center/Warehouse by Xpressbees on 30th May, still till today (23rd June) there is no further update on replacement of my earphones.

                                  Kindly give me the update regarding the repair/replacement of complaint no. 1079991.

                                  Note: I already sent multiple emails to [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com and [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com and also tried calling your customer care number but no response till now.

                                    I have claimed the warranty as my earphones had some issues .i haven't received back yet. it's about 2 months there is no update nothing. and its showing Whhandover .my way bill no is 1069898 and my tracking no for it is[protected] i hope it is resolved as soon as possible.i have been waiting for my product from a very long time my product was picked around april and its now june end. I prefer boat products but if it goes like this i won't buy next time.
