My boot rockerzz 255f is not working properly one side. That's way i was registered a complaint in boat warrenty services.
My headphone is under warranty
I was registered a complaint date 16 may 2020 and my Bluetooth picked up date 21st may 2020 and today i got massage like a WHHANDOVER
But i dont get my headphone returned.
So i request you to do something customer care is not giving respond so i humble request you to take action as much time as fast
I needed my headphone quick

    I sent my earphones for replacement due to jack issues and it's been 1 month on there tracking website xpressbees.com it's showing that they have delivered it to me but i didn't receive any package

        I bought boat bassheads 220 earphones after two weeks the left side stops working and i had to adjust it each and every timewhile using it. Then i placed it for an warranty claim and its been two months i didint recieve any information on my product. Pls look into this and pls make an warranty claim or refund for the earphones.             One side of earphones was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 6 april, 2020 and and pick was generated on 22 april and after reaching the product in mumbai, it stucked on only one place. After tracking my shipment it shows 'whhandover' from 29, may 2020 to now 23 june, 2020, its been around more then one month and still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

              I raised a request for headphone replacement on 14th april 2020 bearing ticket number 1067685. The product was under warranty and defected product was picked up from me on 5th may 2020. However even after multiple followup mails and failed calls to the customer service number which doesn't connect, i have no updates.

              It has been more than a month and no updates. Request strong action as there are many such complaints on this forum and this seems like a regular operating procedure for the company.

                  It was my first purchase from boat via myntra and they delivered me a damaged product on 3rd june and on same day i raised issue with myntra and thy asked me to connect with boat neither their customer care works neither thy bother themselves to revert on email complaints and still i am chasing for resolution... Bull # bull # customer services they are providing and their customer executives dont have manner to handle complaints... Post this experience i am never going to buy from this company neither i will recommed to anyone... They make their customer more frustrated instead of making them happy.

                    I hereby want to say that i have gave my boat rockerz 400 for the replacement as my headphone mic was faulty so i decided to replace it within warranty. I submit my headphones on 5-6-2020 and now it's[protected] and there is no sign of my headphones it only shows whhandover

                                I had sent my bluetooth headphone for service and replacement on 01/05/2020.
                                Today i can not receive any mail like product issued. I didn't get any replacement product. I can't able to track my ticket no. It's showing error. Customer care guys are not at all responding properly. I don't know what customer service they are providing. These guys only taking the product not returning. Very bad service.                                     One side of my earphones was not so i submitted a complain. They took the pickup on 6 may and it's been more than a month that i have not received my pickup. Since 6th june its showing whhandover.
                                    I have continuously trying to contact boat customer service but there is no response from their side.
                                    They neither reply to my mail nor receive my call.
