    It's been a been a month now the product has picked from me on 21 may now it is 21 june still i did not receive my product update shows on 10th june it has been reached to service center when it'll sent back to me...

      One side of my earphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 22 may 2020 and product was picked on 2 june 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover. Now on 21 june 2020, its been almost a month and still there is no update from boat. Also i tried to contact with customer care but they are not responding my calls or emails.

      Please help i want my earphone as early as possible...

        My headphones were not working so i requested for repair/replacement in boat.
        My product was picked on 13th may and till now i have not received any information or my replacement unit yet in the status its showing whhandover and till now no updates regarding my headphones were found.

            My boat rockerz were not turning on so i placed a complaint regarding the same and they initiated a pickup for my product on 1st june and today's 21 june it's gonna be a ninth that my replacement or the my original owned product has not delivered back to my end please look into and at least give me a status update bcoz none of your mail or phone services looks to respond.

              I submitted a complaint on my earphone about not hearing one side of the earphone it was took (Dispatched) from me and when i look to track it then it shows it is delivered to me (Whhandovered) and i didn't receive it so plz give my earphone back

                27 may not raised a complaint on boat for my bluetooth earphone for servicing and replacement. My product pickup form 2 nd june via delivery courrier.. Today i check from the delivery courrier traking page its showing the product deliver to the seller form 13 june. But there is no update form boat service center its showing product pickup from servicing and replacement why not update? Wherr is my product? Help

                  My ticket number is -1102876
                  I registered a complaint on 16 may 2020 for claiming warranty for my earphones which is not functioning properly. On 21st may it was picked up for replacement and its been more than a month i have not received the replacement. I tried contacting the customer care through emails and phone call but unfortunately i have not received any response regarding it.

                  I have received the replacement product but again a defective one. Its right earpiece is not functioning properly. After waiting for more than a month this is not acceptable. This is definitely the worst possible service.

                  Almost 2 months still didn't receive a working replacement for my earphones. Registered a new complaint with boat, TICKET NO - 1219944. Its showing "product dispatching soon" for the past 5 days.

                    I have registered my product on 3 june and got approved on 10 june, 2020 by boat, and courier boy pickup my product at 11 june, 2020 and on 15 june it is successfully delivered at boat care, but now after that i have not received any mail regarding my productand they are not replying for mails. Please provide me satisfactory reply. My ticket number 1148865.

                      I sent my headphone on 19 th may, 2020 after registering in boat official website and product received on 10 th june at service centre. They said that within 4 days they will give update. But till now i didn't get any reply or update from them. My ticket no 1099133

                                Replacement product issued ticket status updated on 18 june 2020 after that didnt get any update. I am mailed didnt get any response. Customer care didnt picked my phone call.

                                I had registered complaint on 28 may 2020 with a ticket number 1115916. The product was collected from me on 4 june 2020 and the service center received on 18 june 2020, i visit boat web site daily with a new hope. But, didn't get any new update. Plz replace by earfone as soon as you can because i am facing so much problem in my studies i m doing online study which needs earfone.
                                I m regretting why did i go for replacement, i must be happy be with "one side working earfone". Now without earfone i m facing too much problem in my online studies.
                                I called service center 100 times no one answers my call, no one replied my mails. Worst service from boat. They making us only fool by their replacement policy. Very disappointed from team boat.

                                  I have registered my complain for my boat earphones and it's been 3 months since they have taken my product for repairing and i still haven't hot my product except i got a different product as replacement for some time but it's also damaged.                                         But still i did not received my replacement product.
