One side of wireless headset was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 24 april 2020 and product was picked on 9 may 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover on 28 may. Now its 24 june, its been 2 months still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

I need assistance asap please.

      I have giving product boat 225 for warranty cliam at 18 th june but today boat says your product was handover but i didn't receive my headphones so as soon as resolve mu issue

          One side of wireless headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 05 june2020 and product is picked on 06 June2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover from[protected] on 18June 2020, Now 24 June 2020, ts been days still no update from boat, I haven't received my product yet. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

          Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

          One side of my earphone wasn't working properly. So I went for a warranty claim. My earphones were picked after a successful verification of invoice details on 13th September 2020. It has been around 15 days since it left for dispatching on 26th September 2020. But I didn't receive my product yet (it's 10th October today). I've been calling & sending emails but all in vain. They don't respond to customer queries.
          This has been the worst customer care service I have experienced ever. It all started on 5th March-2021.
          I tried to book Rockerz boat Bluetooth headphones on https://www.boat-lifestyle.com/ on 5th March 2021. At first, I did not make any profile, as I was in hurry, so I did it as a user guest. My money got deducted but my order was not placed. So I called up boat's customer care and I was told not to worry about the deduction, as it will be refunded within 7 days. And I should sign up first before I place an order. I did the same and it was successful.

          It has been 5 months since(today it is 4-august-2021) and I still have not received any call leave aside refund of the amount. In those 5 months, I emailed them( at [protected]@boathelp.freshdesk.com and [protected]@imaginemarketindia.com) many times, and every time I got the only system-generated message( " Your request has been received and our team will get back to you). I also called up their customer care and provided them with the bank transaction details but it was no different story. They would say, " we have escalated your complaint to the concerned department, and our team will contact you soon".

                  I have placed an order for boat airdopes 511v2
                  And am not getting any updates regarding the order and delivery. I have already mailed the support team at [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com and have also tried calling the call center at ‭+[protected]‬, it says either the route is busy or all our representatives are busy and we have made a note of your number and will contact you soon. But i haven’t got any call back.

                  When i try to search the order under tracking it is still saying order id not found

                  This is a highly unprofessional way of treating customers. Am not sure if they are going to deliver the order or not and thinking to cancel the order

                            I have applied fr claiming my warranty for my boat earphones on 19th may. It was approved on 24th may till nobody made contact with me for replacing my earphone. I tried to call customer care there is no response its been over a month

                              boat stone 200 speaker not delivered to me.

                              My boat stone 200 was not working properly so i registered the complaint on 27th may 2020 and the pick up was done on 3 june 2020 by vishnu gochar ([protected]). My ticket no. Is 1129127. Even after 20 dyas the order is not delivered to me. When i check status of my product it show whhandover and current status is showing delivered. But i didnt got any delivery. Customer service is not responding my calls and emails....

                              My bothe side of earphone was not working and it was on warranty period so i complan it on 7th june 2020 and it got approved on 12th june, it was picked on the same day and now i am tracking my earphone and it is showing whhandover from 23june, and i am afraid that it might not get to me.                                   Return my earphones. Its been 35 days, how long are u guys going to take to return it. Company says that you will return my earphone within 20 days, but now its getting irritable. There was a minor default in my earphone and also no outer damage. Then why u guys taking lot of time. Return my earphone asap.

                                      My earphone has problem with low voice sound ...so I registered a complain because is in warranty period ... complaint date 18 th May 2020 and pickup date 26th May..but now a day I will check the status of earphone will show that...WHHandover...what it's meaning I don't understand...so what the problem are going on..? & How much times are more to reach my earphone..?
