Return my earphones. Its been 35 days, how long are u guys going to take to return it. Company says that you will return my earphone within 20 days, but now its getting irritable. There was a minor default in my earphone and also no outer damage. Then why u guys taking lot of time. Return my earphone asap.

    Hello boat heads, i not recived my boat stone 200 speaker, and when i track my speaker on xpressbees it's showing that the product is out for deliver from 28th may 2020, but i not recived my product yet. Please provide my product as soon as.

      My earphone has problem with low voice sound ...so I registered a complain because is in warranty period ... complaint date 18 th May 2020 and pickup date 26th May..but now a day I will check the status of earphone will show that...WHHandover...what it's meaning I don't understand...so what the problem are going on..? & How much times are more to reach my earphone..?
      Plz inform me immediately..as soon is possible

        Hey, i'm amit. I sent my boat rockerz 225 for replacement on 2nd june 2020 and it's been almost 20 days since i last got an update from them. I've tried emailing them but it shows their inbox is full. I tried contacting the customer care but the call just automatically disconnects after i choose to talk to their executive. My ticket no. Is 1126163. I'd be so grateful if i can get help from here.

          My earphones were in warranty period so i claimed for repair my earphones as sound quality was very rough... The product is showing whhandover form 16th june and i am not getting any update of my earphones please help me out.. Earphones were picked by expressbees tracking no.[protected]

              This is regarding my replacement complaint for ticket number #1079991.

              Its been almost 2 Months now that I had raised the complaint for repair replacement and even after my product was delivered to Boat service center/Warehouse by Xpressbees on 30th May, still till today (23rd June) there is no further update on replacement of my earphones.

              Kindly give me the update regarding the repair/replacement of complaint no. 1079991.

              Note: I already sent multiple emails to [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com and [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com and also tried calling your customer care number but no response till now.

              I emailed my concerns to [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com too, but still till date no response or update from anyone from Boat. I dont know if boat is actually going to honor the warranty.

                I have claimed the warranty as my earphones had some issues .i haven't received back yet. it's about 2 months there is no update nothing. and its showing Whhandover .my way bill no is 1069898 and my tracking no for it is[protected] i hope it is resolved as soon as possible.i have been waiting for my product from a very long time my product was picked around april and its now june end. I prefer boat products but if it goes like this i won't buy next time.

                      This in regard with complaint ticket no-1095926. I registered complaint for replacement of my product (Still covered in warranty) and it was picked up by "xpressbees" within a week for the same. More than a month has passed now and still cant track my product. I have been sending complaining mails regarding same at [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com and i haven't received any replies in this regard.

                          I bought boat bass 225 headset at july18, 2018. I have one year warranty.
                          At feb month that product was not working then i complained then i received new product (Re brushed). It failure again with in 1 year. How will i get warranty.
                          Boat products are not working too good, lot of failure with in 1.5 years.

                            I am using this product since 2 months few weeks ago i feel like something went wrong in the left ear piece cause it was giving no sound and now the left earpiece is completely dead according to me then i tried to call service centre they are not giving any response even though they arn't picking the call and after all that service centre is in containment zone karol bagh delhi-110005. So please respond me and replace or repair my earphone as soon as possible. Thank you

                                I had sent my bluetooth headphone for service and replacement on 01/05/2020.
                                It's been almost two months still no updates nor any mail from boat team regarding the status. I called the courier company they said that they have delivered it on 29/05/2020 only. I didn't get any replacement product. I can't able to track my ticket no. It's showing error. Customer care guys are not at all responding properly. I don't know what customer service they are providing. Very bad service. Please help me close this issue. My ticket no is 1080831.
