Its been more than a month since my product is sent to the company for replacement. They are not updating the details after 3rd of june. One of my friend got his product who register after me but still he got it before me

    One side of earphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 5 junr 2020 and product is picked on 8 june 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover. Todays date is 22 june 2020, its been 7 days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

      My headphone & usb cable was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 23/04/2020, 27/04/2020, 05/04/2020. And product is picked on after 3days, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover its been many days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

      Please help here i want my headphone & usb as early as possible...

          I had sent my bluetooth headphone for service and replacement on 01/05/2020.
          Today i can not receive any mail like product issued. I didn't get any replacement product. I can't able to track my ticket no. It's showing error. Customer care guys are not at all responding properly. I don't know what customer service they are providing. These guys only taking the product not returning. Very bad service. Please help me close this issue. My ticket no is 1083844.

              One side of my earphones was not so i submitted a complain. They took the pickup on 6 may and it's been more than a month that i have not received my pickup. Since 6th june its showing whhandover.
              I have continuously trying to contact boat customer service but there is no response from their side.
              They neither reply to my mail nor receive my call.

              my boat headphones does not reached yet at the delivery address and the status is appearing as delivered what the hell is this going on..
              I have ordered boat airdope online on 13 june but still not received my order and i called to the customer care he said your order will be delivered within 3-4 days but still not received mt order its around more than 20days.
              I've yet not received my order which has been placed 10 days before. Not able to track as well! Courier partner also has not contact details.

                  There was some issue with headphone jack so i raised complaint on 10 may 2020 and product is picked on 16 may 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover from xpressbees tracking website and today 21 june 2020 it's been 36 days
                  Please do something i want my headphone as soon as possible

                              My boat rockerz were not turning on so i placed a complaint regarding the same and they initiated a pickup for my product on 1st june and today's 21 june it's gonna be a ninth that my replacement or the my original owned product has not delivered back to my end please look into and at least give me a status update bcoz none of your mail or phone services looks to respond.

                                I submitted a complaint on my earphone about not hearing one side of the earphone it was took (Dispatched) from me and when i look to track it then it shows it is delivered to me (Whhandovered) and i didn't receive it so plz give my earphone back

                                  27 may not raised a complaint on boat for my bluetooth earphone for servicing and replacement. My product pickup form 2 nd june via delivery courrier.. Today i check from the delivery courrier traking page its showing the product deliver to the seller form 13 june. But there is no update form boat service center its showing product pickup from servicing and replacement why not update? Wherr is my product? Help

                                    I registered a complaint on 16 may 2020 for claiming warranty for my earphones which is not functioning properly. On 21st may it was picked up for replacement and its been more than a month i have not received the replacement. I tried contacting the customer care through emails and phone call but unfortunately i have not received any response regarding it.

                                    I have received the replacement product but again a defective one. Its right earpiece is not functioning properly. After waiting for more than a month this is not acceptable. This is definitely the worst possible service.

                                    Almost 2 months still didn't receive a working replacement for my earphones. Registered a new complaint with boat, TICKET NO - 1219944. Its showing "product dispatching soon" for the past 5 days.

                                      I have registered my product on 3 june and got approved on 10 june, 2020 by boat, and courier boy pickup my product at 11 june, 2020 and on 15 june it is successfully delivered at boat care, but now after that i have not received any mail regarding my productand they are not replying for mails.
