As I have written a complaint for my data cable is not working so when The reverse pickup man from expressbees site the person said that there is a whole product will reverse pickup but in my phones message there is only Written that a boat product will pickup.
solve my problem as soon as possible...

I purchased boat bluetooth headphone boat rockerz 600 black on 15 may 2019 by myntra.com, it works fine, but now 10 days before its one side earpiece stopped working, i raise a complaint but its showing in pending state my ticket no is 1095798...

On 16-march-2020, service center received my product for servicing and on 20-march-2020 i got a status as 'replacement product is issued'. But still i did not get any awb# from courier on this and now my ticket status is also not showing on the delivery site.

I had purchased a boat rockerz 255 sports bluetooth wireless earphone on 8th july 2019 through amazon. It was working well and the sound quality is great. Today only one side of the earphones work. On the right side, there is no sound. Please note that the product is within the warranty period.

Actually i ordered boat bassheads 100 from amazon last month (1 year warrenty) so as i orderd it from amazon i didn't had a proper invoice so my complain has not been approved so shall i directly consult to tht service center...?
