One side of my wired earphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 27 may then order picked on 4 june on 16 june, 5.49 pm it shows out for delivery and on 16 june, 6.40 pm it shows whhandover and today on 23 june its complete 19 days from the day of pickup and i don't received it yet please immediately resolve my complaint my ticket no. Is 1130349

    My Wireless headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 3June, 2020 and product was picked on 6June, 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover.Now it is 22June, 2020, its been 16 days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

    Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

          On wednesday, 6th may 2020 product was picked
          And now as on 22 june it has still not been delivered
          The status shown on saturday, 6th jun 2020
          Shipment status details shows - whhandover
          & current status shows : delivered
          However i have not received my product boat stone 1000 yet
          Boat customer care center are not receiving calls at all
          Please help

              I given my boat headphones for claiming warranty and 3 months are passed and still i not got my replacement. It was new headphone and one costumer service man said i will get the new headphone. But no reply and tickt status is also not progressing

                Hie i have bought boat bass head 100 headphones in amazon. It was very good. But now it is not working properly...
                While connecting the headphones i can't hear any sounds in the headphones... Though it doesn't have any physical damage... I am still having warranty for the headphone... I would like to have a replacement..

                    My boot rockerzz 255f is not working properly one side. That's way i was registered a complaint in boat warrenty services.
                    My headphone is under warranty
                    I was registered a complaint date 16 may 2020 and my Bluetooth picked up date 21st may 2020 and today i got massage like a WHHANDOVER
                    But i dont get my headphone returned.
                    So i request you to do something customer care is not giving respond so i humble request you to take action as much time as fast

                          I bought boat bassheads 220 earphones after two weeks the left side stops working and i had to adjust it each and every timewhile using it. Then i placed it for an warranty claim and its been two months i didint recieve any information on my product. Pls look into this and pls make an warranty claim or refund for the earphones.                                 I raised a request for headphone replacement on 14th april 2020 bearing ticket number 1067685. The product was under warranty and defected product was picked up from me on 5th may 2020. However even after multiple followup mails and failed calls to the customer service number which doesn't connect, i have no updates.

                                It has been more than a month and no updates. Request strong action as there are many such complaints on this forum and this seems like a regular operating procedure for the company.

                                    It was my first purchase from boat via myntra and they delivered me a damaged product on 3rd june and on same day i raised issue with myntra and thy asked me to connect with boat neither their customer care works neither thy bother themselves to revert on email complaints and still i am chasing for resolution... Bull # bull # customer services they are providing and their customer executives dont have manner to handle complaints... Post this experience i am never going to buy from this company neither i will recommed to anyone... They make their customer more frustrated instead of making them happy.

                                      I hereby want to say that i have gave my boat rockerz 400 for the replacement as my headphone mic was faulty so i decided to replace it within warranty. I submit my headphones on 5-6-2020 and now it's[protected] and there is no sign of my headphones it only shows whhandover
