On 31st of may'20 i have ordered an earphone boat rockerzz 255. The transaction is done but they didn't send me any email or confirmation that they have placed any order...

It gets unpaired for 10- 15 seconds in between the conversion or video conference or while viewing video, again gets connected or paired automatically, which is getting irritating to me

How to resolve this issue??...

I rasik raikar from margao, goa brought this product from amazon. This product was having 2 years warranty but within one month it stopped working.

The earphones which i have purchased on beggining of February one side of the earphone not working and there is no cutomer care center which even has the audacity to respond to a phone call, any other bransds atleast respond to mail boat doesnt have that policy, they provide you a number and just leave at it, so basically no on picks your call, and the other cell phone number is not valid, boat products seem like a scam to me now...

I want to claim my warranty i am trying it for past two months and i didn't get any response from boat team. Their customers service number isn't working. They keep on sending me the address on nearest service center which is closed now. And want door door service. And i want new bluetooth headset because it's stopped working from left side....

Voice is not coming and it is not working. Bluetooth is working sound is not working at all....

Comaplain no 1095798 abhi tak koi tracking no ni mila 16 may ko approved ho gaya tha, boat rockerz 600 black left side earcups work ni kar raha, or support calls and emails pe respond ni kar rahe...

The headset does not listen to the sound on the right...

I purchased a boat sound bar on 21/01/2020. The model of the product is boat aavante bar 1200. After using two months suddenly one day i discovered that power supply not coming in the system and system not getting switched on. I raised so many complaints in the boat customer care site. After so many complaints they fixed a date which was 14/04/2020. But neither they came nor they called. I was waited and tried to talk with their customer...

It has been almost 70 days gone but till i have not received my replacement product yet. My ticket number is 1026709. It fill me verry dissapointing.
