My ticket no is 1127573. I registered my complaint on 27th of May 2020. The product was picked at 3rd June.The estimated delivery was on 6th June and from 10th June shipment status details is stucked(Arrived at BOM/RVP, Mimbai, Maharashtra). Its 14th June today and no transition has occurred from last 4 days.The product is yet not received and no replacement is issued till date.I don't understand what kind of customer services you are providing and to whom. Highly disappointed with this kind of service.I would like u to look into this matter as soon as possible.

      My ticket no is 1097806. I registered my complaint on 13th of may 2020. It was approved at 19th may and the product was picked at 20th may. I am tracking my product at the last transit is on 7th june 2020. Its 13th june today and no transition has occurred from last 5 days. The product is yet not received and no replacement is issued till date. I had already complaint on all the email id provided by u i. E [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com. I have called the customer care services no one is responding. I don't understand what kind of customer services you are providing and to whom. The boat crew is not even responding to the mails. Highly disappointed with this kind of service. I would like u to look into this matter as soon as possible.

        I ordered boat rockerz 255f through amazon and suddenly one side stopped working properly. I raised complaint on jun 1st and reverse pickup was done at jun 3rd stating with acknowledgment after 7days i will get the new product after verification. But still, its been more than 10 days, nobody is responding when i tried to reach them to know the status. Please help me to track my product and the details of the claim.

        My ticket no is 1126013 with the boat regarding the issue.

          One side of wireless headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 17 may 2020 and product is picked on 22 may 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover from[protected]:5:33 pm. Now 12 june 2020, its been 23 days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

          Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

            Wednesday 13 may 2020, i registered my complaint.
            My ticket no. Is 1098987.
            30 days since i've registered, i still haven't received my repaired product or a new replacement product. I tried contacting every customer care number, nobody picks the call or replies to my tickets whether its boat or xpressbees, i request a refund, return, or a repaired product. I have given the screenshots from both websites as proof. Please, someone look into this, thank you.

              I am vishal tahiliani, i having boat 220 red bass heads, i am unable to listen any sound from left earphone, my product is in under warrenty with invoice, kindly arrange replacement.

                        Hi i am conveying this message to boat company that i registered a warranty claim for my boat earphone that stopped working after 4months it has been more than a month since there is no response from the boat company and it is showing pending in the ticket status. Ticket number of the complaints registered are 1162215 and 1093063. This way quite upsetting from boat company side at least i[censored] people can't service within time then please do let the consumer know about the same.

                        I will make sure that i don't get into any purchase from boat. This type of response was absolutely not expected from boat company... Highly disappointed.

                          I was complaint boat website on 24th april its picked up already and reached at mumbai location but still i dont understand when i will get my replacement they already taken so much time.                             My ticket no is 1097806.My product has been picked on 20th May 2020 and the estimated delivery was 22nd May. It's been more than 12-15 days now and yet my product is just In transit from Mumbai to Mumbai. Currently Xpeessbee is showing it at Arrived at BOM/RVP, MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA. I tried calling customer care services several times but they have never picked my call.I even tried sending mails but as usual a auto generated mail appears.It would be great if boat looks into this matter as soon as possible because its taking a lot time. I'm really loosing my patience now.

                              I replaced my product in february and i didn't receive my product or any reply from the company or the logistics. It's been 4 months and i lost my valuable earphones costing 1000rs. The xpresbees customer service tells to communicate with imagine marketing private limited. But how should i contact and how will i get the refund what to do. It's been 4 months and there is no reply from both companies. I want my product or refund as soon as possible

                                      We rise compliant to pick up for service in warranty period, they ask for invoice original bill pdf. Then again we raise new ticket number within warranty period. But they never responded until it expiry. They ask us three times to rise ticket numbers. We do but they never answer within period, after they gave mail as out of warranty. This totally absurd. Asper warranty company have to responsible to serve us within terms and conditions. Please respond, don't escape with lockdown reason about delay of service.
