I purchased this product (Boat bluetooth ear phone) from myntra past 6 months back and it came with a warranty of 1 year. Unfortunately it stopped working and neither the company nor myntra executive giving response regarding this issue. They are providing me contact of service center (Unable to make a call at those provided numbers) plus service center is far away from my location and using public vehicle for such long distances is risky due to countries corona issues

    Hi... I bought redstone boat speaker from amazon n after 4 months.. Its poweroff button was not working... I raised my complaint on boat support and my complaint number is 1096648 on support boat lifestyle... My unit is in warranty period n i registered complaint... They picked d unit also n on 4 june d last status dey received d unit... Bt now no updates regarding my speaker.. Even dey didn't reply on customer care... No replies of mail... I don't know whether is repaired or not or where it is... N it's about a month...
    Rite now it's showing my unit is in mumbai..

    After so many complaints dey returned a faulty unit to me...speaker is not working .. customer care not receiving call not even reply to mails...I want my unit back or just give my money back...really worst service provider boat company I never recommend anyone ...

      My wireless bluetooth headset boat rockerz 255f neon one side not working so i complaint against on 30 april 2020. My ticket no 1080101. & awb no.[protected]. The pickup date 13th may 2020. The current status shows that whhandover delivered on 3rd june 2020. But i'm not received the product. I want my product as soon as possible, kindly please recheck and resolve it my ticket no 1080101.

          I have purchased boat f255 on Flipkart but after few months one side airbus stop working so i had registered a complaint and after that they give me a ticket number 1118076 and 29th of may they picked up and 4th june they received my unit and still now they didn't give me my replacement unit.

            My earphone was in warranty and I submitted my complain to boat.They made pick up through expressbeez and exprexbiz picked up the product and delivered the product to boat after 1 and half month .Since that time I have not got any confirmation from boAt and also by sending them mail numerous time they are not replying any more.When i contacted express bizz they said to contact boAt and boAt has no reply till now.I think I am in fraudism now.It is now about 2 and half months and no rply from boAt.so i think boAt is worst in terms of warranty.Dont blv on boAt.my ticket no is 1065020.

                  I opened a ticket (#1111994) for the replacement of my boat rockerz 255 earphones on 20th may which were then picked up on 26th may. Since then, i haven't received a single reply from boat on the status of my earphones. I'll make sure that all of my peers/colleagues/followers get to know about their crap service and never buy from them. It's so disappointing that a decent product is ruined by such a useless service to it's customers.

                    Boat headphone( boat bass heads 220 lime colour ) is not working properly
                    It's mic is having problem while being on call. Google assistant opened by itself and sound increased and decreased by itself. Call get disconnected automatically.

                      My ticket no is 1127573. I registered my complaint on 27th of May 2020. The product was picked at 3rd June.The estimated delivery was on 6th June and from 10th June shipment status details is stucked(Arrived at BOM/RVP, Mimbai, Maharashtra). Its 14th June today and no transition has occurred from last 4 days.The product is yet not received and no replacement is issued till date.I don't understand what kind of customer services you are providing and to whom. Highly disappointed with this kind of service.I would like u to look into this matter as soon as possible.

                          My ticket no is 1097806. I registered my complaint on 13th of may 2020. It was approved at 19th may and the product was picked at 20th may. I am tracking my product at the last transit is on 7th june 2020. Its 13th june today and no transition has occurred from last 5 days. The product is yet not received and no replacement is issued till date. I had already complaint on all the email id provided by u i. E [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com. I have called the customer care services no one is responding. I don't understand what kind of customer services you are providing and to whom. The boat crew is not even responding to the mails. Highly disappointed with this kind of service. I would like u to look into this matter as soon as possible.

                            I ordered boat rockerz 255f through amazon and suddenly one side stopped working properly. I raised complaint on jun 1st and reverse pickup was done at jun 3rd stating with acknowledgment after 7days i will get the new product after verification. But still, its been more than 10 days, nobody is responding when i tried to reach them to know the status. Please help me to track my product and the details of the claim.

                            My ticket no is 1126013 with the boat regarding the issue.

                              One side of wireless headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 17 may 2020 and product is picked on 22 may 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover from[protected]:5:33 pm. Now 12 june 2020, its been 23 days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

                              Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

                                Wednesday 13 may 2020, i registered my complaint.
                                My ticket no. Is 1098987.
                                30 days since i've registered, i still haven't received my repaired product or a new replacement product. I tried contacting every customer care number, nobody picks the call or replies to my tickets whether its boat or xpressbees, i request a refund, return, or a repaired product. I have given the screenshots from both websites as proof. Please, someone look into this, thank you.
