One side of wireless headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint and product is picked on 8 May 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover . Now 19 June 2020, its been 24 days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

    Replacement product issued ticket status updated on 18 june 2020 after that didnt get any update. I am mailed didnt get any response. Customer care didnt picked my phone call.

    I had registered complaint on 28 may 2020 with a ticket number 1115916. The product was collected from me on 4 june 2020 and the service center received on 18 june 2020, i visit boat web site daily with a new hope. But, didn't get any new update. Plz replace by earfone as soon as you can because i am facing so much problem in my studies i m doing online study which needs earfone.
    I m regretting why did i go for replacement, i must be happy be with "one side working earfone". Now without earfone i m facing too much problem in my online studies.
    I called service center 100 times no one answers my call, no one replied my mails. Worst service from boat. They making us only fool by their replacement policy. Very disappointed from team boat.

      I have registered my complain for my boat earphones and it's been 3 months since they have taken my product for repairing and i still haven't hot my product except i got a different product as replacement for some time but it's also damaged. No one at boat customer service is picking up my call and not answering to my mails and my complaint status is showing closed

        One side of wireless headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 15 april 2020 and product was picked on 26 may 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover from 12 june 2020, its been almost 7 days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

        Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

            I had log a complaint on 2nd may for 255 model regarding one side not working.

            But still i did not received my replacement product.

            Kindly let me know still how much time required to delivered the replacement product.

              Sir i have purchased a headset of boat and sir i have ourchased it on 19 may, sir my headset is not working proferly one side speaker is not working, sir my headset is under warranty and sir i want replacement quickly, my product is boat rockerz 400 carbon black. Sir my headset stop working on the reciving date only at 10:00 pm night. Sir my no. Is [protected]. Sir my invoice no. Is fac5pq[protected], sir my invoice date is =[protected]. Sir i have bought this product by flipkart and they also make fool of me, first they pending my request for one week and they said that you please contact the boat service center. Sir please help.               sir the boat service center gave me one email id, the email id and the phone no. is- [email protected], 022-4946-1882 . sir they said that your request will process fast but they taken this matter for more than one week . no step taken by the company. they just said that contact us, the no. i have put in the description and sir when i call the no. shown invaild. help sir!!! help!!!

                Hi,

                My ticket number is1069451. I have registered complaint on 16 april. Last update i have received on 10th june that "we have successfully received your unit at our service location & your unit has been forwarded to our service team.
                We will revert to you within 4 days with status of your complaint.
                Your ticket number is 1069451.",

                I have tried to reach them multiple times via email and call but didn't get any reply and unable to connect via call. Every time one automatic reply come which is useless.

                I want my replacement plus 2-3, months extended warranty.

                  I have made complaint on 6th april and my pickup done on 6th may till now i haven't received my product in status it is showing product received at service centre on 10 june (Ticket number 1060375). This is so unprofessional behaviour solve my query otherwise i have to take another steps

                    My earphones bass 225 red went for replacement since 30 days. But the customer care not responding it.. I want my product.. Please solve it. My ticket number 1098460.. I sent not working product on 19th may.. Logistics arranged by boat.. 3rd june went out for delivery (Delay due to covid 19 i understand it) but company taking the product from logistics. I waiting more than 30 days.. Either boat company not responding any of my call.. Problem is 1 side of earphone was not working.

                      I submitted the complaint for my earphones on 30th april and they sent me a mail the next day that my earphones will be picked up from my home in coming 3-4 days and it will take another week to reach them since its lockdown, and then another 3-4 days for issuing of new piece. Also they will notify me through mail or text once my replacement is issued.

                      I received a ticket number and awb no. To track the pickup. They picked the faulty piece from me on 7th of may and since then its 1.5 months but i havent received any text or mail. I tried contacting the customer care but no one receives the call. Also when used the awb no for tracking it shows that my product has been out for delivery on 29th may.

                      I sent them mails too, but no response from their ends.

                      I just need to know whether i'll be getting the replacement or not or they have given it to someone else since it shows out for delivery.

                          As One side of my wireless headphone Boat rockerzz 255f was not working properly, so i raised complaint for it and product was picked by Xpressbees. I was continuously tracking my AWB No. And after tracking my shipment now it shows whhandover. Now, its been around 20 days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls.

                            Hi My Bluetooth headset was supposed to replace by boat company, inspite of several reminders issue haven't been resolved yet, tried calling them at their customer care number no one is picking up the call.                               I send my product on 14 march and now its 18 june its to about 4 months but still i didnt get my product i understand the situation of country but atleast they should reply to my calls i mail them but they didnt even reply my mails and now i m totally strucked because i need my lead back because 4 months is too much even in that condition too. So i hope you can resolve my problem

                                Today 15 days completed and i have already talk to customer care and wrote a mail for the same but didn't get any resolution.

                                We have already last 15 days Try to customer talk but customer not any answer.

                                Kindly check and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                    I purchased this product (Boat bluetooth ear phone) from myntra past 6 months back and it came with a warranty of 1 year. Unfortunately it stopped working and neither the company nor myntra executive giving response regarding this issue. They are providing me contact of service center (Unable to make a call at those provided numbers) plus service center is far away from my location and using public vehicle for such long distances is risky due to countries corona issues

                                      Hi... I bought redstone boat speaker from amazon n after 4 months.. Its poweroff button was not working... I raised my complaint on boat support and my complaint number is 1096648 on support boat lifestyle... My unit is in warranty period n i registered complaint... They picked d unit also n on 4 june d last status dey received d unit... Bt now no updates regarding my speaker.. Even dey didn't reply on customer care... No replies of mail... I don't know whether is repaired or not or where it is... N it's about a month...
                                      Rite now it's showing my unit is in mumbai..

                                      After so many complaints dey returned a faulty unit to me...speaker is not working .. customer care not receiving call not even reply to mails...I want my unit back or just give my money back...really worst service provider boat company I never recommend anyone ...

                                        My wireless bluetooth headset boat rockerz 255f neon one side not working so i complaint against on 30 april 2020. My ticket no 1080101. & awb no.[protected]. The pickup date 13th may 2020. The current status shows that whhandover delivered on 3rd june 2020. But i'm not received the product.
