I want to cancel my order and also mailed many times but no reply is mentioned, also on toll free no. I called many times but calls are not attended. How unprofessional company it is, so disgusting.

    Respected mam/sir,

    This is to inform you that i have purchased one wireless boat earpiece from amazon.in on 23.08.2019 via order no.[protected]. Now, it has stopped working and it is not even getting charged. Therefore, as per the replacement policy (Since the product is in warranty period) of the company it should get replaced. Though, i have contacted via mail id but they have guided me for a website of their's which is also not working and i am trying to contact customer agent since past two days but unable to have a conversation with them. Kindly, look into the matter because by this lingering way my warranty period will get expired in august 2020.

    I am also enclosing copy of the relevant in voice and my address and contant number for ready reference.

    Nothing has been initiated from BoAT company. I have not received a single message or call from them.

    Its sad to have this experience with much reknowned company. Kindly look into the matter and please do issue a reminder also, if possible on your part.

      I have bought a boss bassheads 100 black headphone, in 6 months it started malfunctioning, but because it was on warranty for 1 year, i filed a complaint and they asked me to return the product and they will exchange it. The ticket no. Is 1090529, with name of rudransh rajput. Xpressbees picked up my product from my place, and till today i didnt received back my new fresh product. I tried sending enquiry many times, but didnt got any result. Awb no. Is[protected]

          I ordered rockerz 255 .I have already made the purchase and paid for this product via razorpay .An amount of 1499 was deducted from my account.i have got the confirmation massage form bank . But I didn't get any email or confirmation from boat . I[censored] want check
          On something then check on razorpay. And even then i[censored] can't do anything about it just return my money. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

            It has been more than a month after the pickup was held for my in-warranty product boat rockerzz. I have not got any mail or sms or anything from their side and i also tried contacting them by sending emails and calls but no response from them. Understand the situation a customer does requires a conformation mail about their product but no response.
            Ticket number 1068244.
            Please help me for the same.

                It gets unpaired for 10- 15 seconds in between the conversion or video conference or while viewing video, again gets connected or paired automatically, which is getting irritating to me

                How to resolve this issue??

                      The earphones which i have purchased on beggining of February one side of the earphone not working and there is no cutomer care center which even has the audacity to respond to a phone call, any other bransds atleast respond to mail boat doesnt have that policy, they provide you a number and just leave at it, so basically no on picks your call, and the other cell phone number is not valid, boat products seem like a scam to me now

                            I ordered a rockerz 510 from your official website. I've already made the purchase and paid for this product via paytm wallet. I used the paynimo payment gateway. An amount of rs.1, 899 was deducted from my bank account. I have got both the paytm and my bank's confirmation messages about this transaction. Still i get a mail in my inbox asking me to complete my purchase. Then where did my money go?! If you want to check on something then just check on that payment gateway of yours. And even then you cannot do anything about it, please return my money, it's precious.
                            I tried to contact your customer service but i was put on hold.
                            I either get the product ordered or i get my money back or i'll have to file a complaint.
                            The choice is yours.

                                        I purchased a boat sound bar on 21/01/2020. The model of the product is boat aavante bar 1200. After using two months suddenly one day i discovered that power supply not coming in the system and system not getting switched on. I raised so many complaints in the boat customer care site. After so many complaints they fixed a date which was 14/04/2020. But neither they came nor they called. I was waited and tried to talk with their customer service representative. But i couldn't as they kept the line on hold after long holding they disconnected the phone call.
                                        My product coming under warranty for that i am not visiting any unauthorised dealer for repair.
                                        I raised the complaint in your forum, please help me so that my system can be repaired soon.
