I used this product for 15 days, then it was not switching on, i raised complaint in boat support. Pick up and replacement was initiated, got the replaced product after 15 days, the color i had initially was blue/black and got the replaced product and carbon black. Apart from the color difference the product also had cushioning difference hence i wanted the initial product which i had ordered.
Tried calling customer care to check about why they had sent a different product, after a wait of half an hour customer service representative finally attended the call and i when i asked about why different product they said that other product was out of stock. Which was quite surprising for me. I asked them at least you should check with customer or inform them that the required product is not in stock but directly sending some other product. Anyways they told they were not sure whether they will get the same product in stock soon or not hence they sent this one.
I dint have much to argue on that so i disconnected and started using the product which i had got.
It worked fine for half an hr and later only one side of the headphone working, again i have registered a complaint and they have initiated replacement, waiting to see how long this to and fro of the product will go on :p.
Also while sending back previous product i had sent the connecting cable as well, which they have not returned and they said they will not be sending it back as that will go to scrap.
First product which i had brought from boat, i have these complaints.
