    Actually i ordered boat bassheads 100 from amazon last month (1 year warrenty) so as i orderd it from amazon i didn't had a proper invoice so my complain has not been approved so shall i directly consult to tht service center...? Or shal i use screenshot of my order as invoice...? And i have even tried to contact costomer care services but most of the tym they won't lift the call and ones they lift i didn't got any usefull response so...

    I bought boat rockers 255 earphones which is under 1 year warranty, right side is not working. I sent mails which were not sent because it shows recipient mailbox as full. I don't recommend them to anyone thinking buy them.
    I bought boat rockerz from paytm, i am using it very gently. Suddenly my left side not working. Its under warranty period. So what i have to do. Plz reslove it

      I have purchased boat headphone 6 months before and my headphones is in warranty period and one side headphone was not working so i have raised complaint on baot website then i have received message from boat company that your complaint has been taken and we will arrange the pick for your headphone then i have given my headphones to the courier person on 12th mar then i have received message from boat company that we have received your headphone and we will update you within 4 days. Today is 18the mar but still i haven't re any update from boat company and the customer care number was not res and the email i'd of customer care is not working, request you kindly look into the matter and resolve my query as soon as possible,

        I bought the product through amazon a few months back. But the headset is not working well. The right side speaker is completely soundless. The review of the product was impressive, so i bought. But after a few weeks it started to show some irregularity in working. The plugin to part of the headset is also non functional. So please do the needful, hopefully..

          Hi, i am shubham, my ticket number is 982446.
          I got the update that "product replacement has been issued", but it's been 3 weeks product has not dispatched yet. I called customer care 4 times and every time they are saying that they will dispatch my product within 24 hours but they don't. I agreed to accept v3 rugged cable instead of original micro usb cable as suggested by customer care, but still problem persists and they dont send the product. Now they are not receiving the call as well. Really frustuated!!

            I have given my power bank for service after i was not charging. I registerd complaint and ticket no. Provied on 25th. Feb 2020. On 7th march is saw that replacment product isued and till now no mails. No sms.. I even called more than 10times no call received.. What is the problem.. I think this is fraud company. I am so sad about this service and the product is good but service support is not there..

              My ticket no.976143
              I have returned my boat nylon braided cable to the courier boy because is in warranty and it's almost a 9 days it does not dispatch for delivery.
              In complent tracking the status is showing me that replacement product issued, but now it is not showing any updates and the replacement product should have to be reached me many days earlier but it doesn't dispatched yet...
              Please help me with that return my replacement quickly...

                Hi,

                Bought this earphones one year ago and there is a wiring problem in my earphones and the wire has come out of that insulated cover. And so there is loose connection in the audacity. I don't know how the wire comes out of the layer and it's very dangerous if we touch it. If there is any shock in the wire, then it would turn dangerous. Please look into this and get back to me asap. I recommend to take my device back and repair the same and send it back to me.

                  My headset is not working completely and if i am trying to contact the customer care the automated voice says to reach the chennai service center whereas the service center was closed and they are saying there is no service center in tamil nadu state.

                  Nothing was intimated and service is really pathetic. I want my headset to be proper working condition or to be replaced. I do have warranty copy and it is eligible for warranty. Please do the needful and do not cheat the customers or make them tired. You can reach me at [protected].

                      I bought the earphones dated 06/11/2019. The right side of the earphone isn't working properly and the sound quality is very bad. I'm not able to register the complaint on the website. Kindly revert ASAP.

                        I registered a complaint on 9 th feb 2020 and my micro usb cable was picked up on 10th feb. And then it reached the service center on 17th and the replacement product was issued on 20th feb but i haven't received my product even today on 4 th march of 2020. I have been trying to reach them through custumer support everyday twice a day atleast but my call always goes on hold and then cuts after two minutes. There is no one to help with this issue and it has a very lousy custumer support system which does not beleive in custumer satisfaction

                            I had filed complaint to the boat service center on 9th oct 2019 for repair and replacement of my bluetooth earphones (Boat rockerz 255) which are in warranty period.

                            Now while i am tracking my product with the above-mentioned ticket number it is showing that replacement received on 10th oct. But i dint got my product and any message, call or email about product dispatch and delivery.

                            I called to boat customer-care number [protected] several times but they not connecting my call to the person to talk on this issue.

                            I checked my order details by providing my ticket number and it saying than my product is already delivered.

                            But i dint got my product back till now it almost 5 months now.

                              One side of wireless headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 20th february 2020 and product is picked on 20 february 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover from 24th february 2020 4:57pm. Its been 5 days still no update from boat. And customer care number is not working.

                              Please respond me. I want my earphones as early as possible

                                Still no resolved of my request id 918196... Given another product against warrenty one buy that product is defective (Not working). Now i need my original product boat rockerz 275 (Blue strick) only because i can bear that cost to repair original product but don't believe in this company as worst to worst company both boat / imagination marketing.. Nothing just given old or defective piece under warranty scheme. Now company need to return original product to me with stipulation time frame otherwise take legal action because started make a fool to consumer.

                                How can you marked as resolved, product given in Warrenty which is defective piece ( not working). Kindly return original product to me and will handle to how get resolved this.. they are doing nothing just transferred one consumer product to another one and different customer product given to different consumer in Warrenty scheme... Kindly return original product as warrenty return product is not in working condition.

                                  I have registered a complaint on boat on 30th jan 2020 regarding for one side of headset is not working as the headset has warranty of 1 year and ticket no is : 941980

                                  After 2 days courier boy has picket the headset who is from imagine mark (One of the worst courier i had never experience in my life) and on 1th feb i had received an confirmation message that they will deliver my replacement headset by eod but no one has contacted nor delivered the headset, finally on 14th feb i have received confirmation mail that they have delivered my headset which is an big surprising to me as actually the headset not yet delivered to me and when calling to the image market customer care no they had trying to convincing me that they have delivered my headset and finally they had confirmed that they were investigating on it and updated me that they will contact me with 48 hours as expected no one has contacted me and again i had called the image market customer market and when providing the awb details[protected] they confirmed that headset has been delivered to me and again i had updated them that imagine courier services has delivered my replacement headset to me and also i have informed them to drop an email that they are investigating on my issue but the customer guy has not agreed with that and i have asked them then now they will investigate, he said some bla... Bla... Finally i realized that my problem will not resolved as imagine market courier service one of worst service.

                                  I will never buy again any boat headset in my life if they providing this kind of service when registering an complaint for product replacement under warranty.

                                  It's been 5 days that my product has been approved for product replacement on February 15, 2020. I didn't received it till now.
                                  The customer service is replying for my calls.

                                  Its 10 days and still my replacements unit is not dispatched .
                                  They are not receiving my call, the are not reponding to my mails.
                                  this is ridiculous.

Through imagine marketing India pvt LTD which is vendor of boat. Do you think that is this genuine transaction happened ? Moreover product which I had received is not fresh piece and bill was also not available in packet. Warranty means hope everyone know about it. Same point address company customer care but Everytime replied that your request closed means no responsibility and any action taken from company side. This is nothing just doing fake transaction to other person replace product to be adjusted in other person requirements. Old product bill of 2399/- and Warren product image with me (bill not shared with me) and demand for the same then same replied your request is closed. This is nothing just trying make a fool people.

                                      Maine apni complain 14 February ko ki thi or delivery boy 15 ko mere earphone le gaya tha .. .. uske baad mujhe 3 din thak update mile the 15ko or 16 ko and 17 ko uske baad koi update nhi mila. or jo estimated time tha delivery ko woh 19 February tha .
