Dear Sir,
I have ordered bluetooth headset Boat rocekrz 333 on 28/08/2022 ( Rs1399 ) through their own website and my amount was debited and credited to their company account, But till date I do not received any order number or product from them and I send lot of request mail and they simply says that investigation on your issue and some time I received fake refund transaction number, Here I attached all relevant documents, So please kindly help to get a my product or my refund amount Please already 14 days left

    I've ordered my boat earbuds on Aug 25 2022
    Order no: 2668292
    They haven't delivered the product for a long time and after complaining about it they cancelled the order on 3rd september. stating that I'll get back my amount refunded into my bank account in 3-5 days of INR 1299. To this date I haven't got the refund. I'm starting to consider this company as a fraud, they don't deliver the product and they don't refund the amount after cancelling the order.

        My Ticket number is 23853984 and replacement product is dispatch and and the product is in hold in 7 days and the product is not delivered and I can contact customer support the executive is said go to the hub and collect all the executive are providing wrong information very bad customer service and I can go the delhivery hub and collect the product but the delhivery executive is do not handover to Me the product Reason is boat can be canceled the product is return very bad experience from boat is cheating company and immediately get the update and get my product do not purchase and chose boat products is request very bad service The courier is delhivery

          This is very poor response from boat after cliam the warranty and replacement product can be dispatch and from through delhivery courier and 7 days is on hold my order I will contact customer care I tell my issue the executive is said go to the hub and collect the product and I am going to hub but the delhivery executive is said this order can be canceled by boat this product is boat airdopes do not purchase boat products warranty services is very bad choose another company

            I bought boat rockerz 235v2 from a shop. I claimed the warranty against the product. Courier partner picked the correct product which was not physically damaged. But boat rejected my complaint by showing received damaged product. When I called to.its consumer care they said no solution. Such a fraud company it is.

              Boat Order paid for, but not showing up anywhere on my account.

              On 8th September 2022 around 10:00 AM, I have purchased boAt Rockerz 333 ANC Headphone (Black) from the boAt official website. The amount of Rs. 1799.10 has been deducted from my HDFC Bank credit card but the order is not showing anywhere, and neither I have received any order confirmation from boAt. I have attached the screenshots of the payment with this....

              I am using boat Rockerz 255 pro+ headphone from last 6 months. Two days ago suddenly while talking on a phone call the headfone turned off. Since then the headphones have been shutting down suddenly. Sometimes it doesn't turn on. One day while listening a song the headfone wire got hot and smoke came out and the headfone became physically damaged. But still both headfone sound working. I got a battery drain notification so I removed the headphone from my ear. And I saw that smoke. Otherwise I would have been physically harmed. When shown to a boat service center, they refused to give headphone replacement because of physical demage. And that physicaly Demange happened due to the heating of the wire. Maybe this is the first time. But it is very dangerous. I am sending the picture of headphone along with it.

                  I have purchased BOAT rockerz 333 activr black in may month from flipkart of 999/-. after 9month right earbuds was not worked so i went to that shop he said raise the online complaint boat team will pickup your product after complaint and repair and return your product. i have raised product ticket id is 24095197 also picked by BLUEDART person. i got message of product that product received will confirm the status after checking.
                  after checking they given messaged to me your product is received damaged after receiving 4-5 days. and send me image link of damaged product. in that imaged i saw that my left earbuds was total damaged which is total in working condition before pickup.
                  total disappointed of BOAT fake service. because before pickup i was using my left side earbuds and now they told your left earbuds received damaged.
                  i have same this issue sent on mail but didn't received any reply from this id [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com
                  very third class service by BOAT.

                  i want replace new earbuds or money from BOAT.

                    I did my order on 25 I recieved 270but I got empty box, even after calling mail so many times, I did not get satisfaction, it is just such a big brand to speak on behalf of these people but totally fraud even I don't trush anymore mail id also not official..give me my money Need refund term and condition is very bad even after submitting everything bt no positive response

                      I had done a payment for a boat product on their official website on 25 aug 2022 at 10:04 pm. But even after staying on thier web page for than 10 mins. I didn't get any confirmation. I had also mailed them but didn't receive any beneficial reply. They claim to refund money in between 5 to 7 days but it already due date.

                          On 5th September 2022, i have purchased boAt airdopes 141 from the boAt official website but haven't recieved any order ID or order confirmation message, etc. My UPI refrence number is[protected] and my transaction amount was Rs 1499 done through GPay app. The screenshot showing the payment reciept is herewith attached to this complaint.

                            I ordered boAt airdopes 441 pro special Batman edition on 29th August, Order I'd:2699333 but still the status is showing 'yet to be dispatched'. It's been more than 5 days. No reply from mails I have written. Very pathetic service of boAt delivery. I should have ordered it from other platform.

                              My claim has been rejected as the product is damaged but my product is not damaged only the product is not working or switched off.

                              Is the service that your company provide to their customers?
                              I have more than 30 products of boat and I raised complaint of single product and you guys are rejecting my complaint..

                              Thanks for your worst service.
                              Why your pickup agent not found any damages in the product?
                              Why you guys took 10 days to confirm about the product damage?

                              My product is not damaged and if you don't repair the product, I will file complaint against you in the consumer court because I have valid bill and valid reason.

                                  I raise the warranty claim due to sound distortion.company will book the courier.courier boy will checked and pick the product.if its damage courier boy wont pick the product its common thing we know .the product was not damaged.after he pick the product company will reject the warranty claim due to damage.actually the product was not damage.i sent good product again company will sent me damaged product.i contact customer support.i never seen this type of wrost customer service. Always they said 24hours the query will resolved.i am waiting since 1.5month still i wont get resolved.in my life i never buy the product from this wrost company.i never refer also.i never seen this type wrost company.#buycottboat
