    The amount has been deducted from the bank but not confirmation or order received until today.

      I have ordered boat airpodes 131 wireless (black) from boat website directly on sale upto now the product is not delivered at least or no status of the product when I track the product it shows the order is delivered. Order id is 2269735 and it was ordered on june 28, 2022. Upto now no response from boat not able to send email to given address or call customer care service number. When can I expect this resolved did anyone face same issue and guide me with process to get my product ?

          I placed an order for boAt Wave Connect | Bluetooth Calling Smartwatch on June 28, 2022. I received the product on 1st July 2022. However, there was some defect in the watch, whenever I tried powering off the watch, after 5 minutes the watch automatically gets powered on.
          So I raised the complaint for replacement, and the product got picked up on 4th July, afterward, I received an SMS stating the replacement product will be dispatched and delivered within 5 to 7 working days, however, there is no communication. I have sent 4 time but there is no single reply.

            I have ordered boAt Airdopes131 on 29th june 2022. But I wanted to change the colour so I immediately cancelled order .My order got cancelled successfully and I got message saying your payment will refund within 3 or 5 working days now its almost 12 days still no refund and not even responding my emails.

              I have ordered 3 tws earphones (picture attached below) and I cannot find the order ID on the bill and when I close the website by mistake it wasn't showing anything about my purchase and showed a refreshed page that did not contain anything about my order how do I track my order?                         The boat airdopes 441pro which costs 2500 are came to defective so put a replacement and it's not delivered yet it's showing your order has to be despatched yet, but product is in stok

                              I ordered boat rockers 550 headphones and the company packaging clearly says that the box contains headphone, an AUX cable and an USB charging cable. The USB charging cable was missing from the box.

                                    I purchased boat airdopes 131 on dated june 20, 2022 from flipkart but after 3 days i started facing problem as sound from one ear airdopes was not coming and getting some problems in charging also.
                                    I therefore request you to do the needful as soon as possible because airdopes is under warranty period.
