I ordered boat trebel airdopes 131 on June 17 and paid 1199 for that.Money is debited that day but not received any confirmation message from boat.And I didn't received order id also....

Hi. I ordered a boat airpod in the name of logesh and payed via gowaik wp business account in upi phone pay.My payment is deducted but I didn't receive any tracking ID or confirmation mail regarding that kindly please confirm the order or return my money...

I was trying to order boat earphones through the boat company site on 18th June 2022, during the payment using my federal bank debit card, the transaction got failed, but the money was debited from my account. It has been 10 days but the refund has not been received yet. Kindly initiate the refund as soon as possible.

When I am trying to mail back the team, it is saying gmail id provided is invalid.
When called BOAT support, they said I ordered from a fake website.

I placed an order on 22nd June BoAt Watch Blaze Cherry Blossom.

But the colour you showed on the boat website is completely different
from the colour you delivered.

As you showed on the website its light pink colour and the colour you
delivered is dark pink which is not looking good.

I order boAt Rockerz 235 V2 from the boat office website through my Email ID [protected]@gmail.com and mobile No. [protected] without login dated 16.06.2022 - 06:20 PM and I paid that order via Cred App. Its payment ID is - pay_JiAhXC63Sn2gSG amounting to Rs 999. There is no order confirmation email or SMS I received from boAT yet....

Money was deducted from my account and order not placed, it's more than 7 days now...

I have registered my complaint on 14june and complaint no 21465016 at the service centre at Bareilly (emperial mall)

Also I have not recieved any kind of message, i received message on my gmail and it scheduled my delivery on 19june but on 19june 5:10pm there was a message that my product is received. When then on 20june morning 11:30am i went upon the service centre at empirial mall and they told nothing !!!...

I placed order of boat earpods on dated 24 JUNE 2022 11:39 pm, as i paid through Paytm with amount 336 RS but after deducting money no confirmation mail or message I got so how can I track my order.
