I Bought Boat wired earphone basshead 225 from Boat website as they said on website that buy from website for genuine and true quality product. But my product is very bad quality. The earphone I bought was supposed to be Extra super bass quality, but it has very bad quality. It has high tribble and very low bass. It sounds harsh and irritating. I believe that it is a fake product that the boat has delivered me. I don't want to replace fake products. I want my money back. Boat website forcefully given option of only replacement not return. I want to return the product because I have lost trust on the company website about genuine product.

Their customer care number and complaint email id are also fake. It says the detail number and mail does not exist.

      Sir. i have purchased boat wave conncect blueetoth calling smart watch on boat application on (19 june 2022 ) and paid amount of 3499/- and later i immediately on same day cancelled my product as delivery address was kept wrong...it has been more than 15 days but i have not received my amount ...amd i made multiple call to boat coustomer care and sent all my transaction details to their official email but refund has not been done... i kindly request you to take an action and ensure amount to be refunded as soon as possible

              My boat stone 1400 model has stopped working since 3rd July 2022. I have contacted customer service center and they refuse to repair because the product is no longer under warranty. I am willing to pay for repairs but they claim they do not have the parts to do so. It is an expensive product and the company expects me to simply throw it away. This is unacceptable behavior. Not only is this a matter of financial waste, this also generates further E-waste and is detrimental to the environment. Companies must be held accountable for their faulty products and consumers must not be punished so for no reason whatsoever.

                Hello,

                I have registered a complaint on boat on 15-june-2022. Ticket no is 21496596.

                On 21-june-2022 service center received my product for servicing and on 25-june-2020 i got a status as 'replacement product is dispatched'. But still i did not get anything from courier on this. I checked with courier and they didn't received my call
                I am unable to contact customer care, call is not connecting,
                When can i expect a delivery of my replacement product.

                  I Bought boAt Aavante Bar 1500 sound bar on 10/10/2021 that is stop working last 3 months. After claiming warranty for the last 3 months and generating 2 tickets[protected] &[protected] and talking to customer support assistant more than 40 times, after all no service is provided by the boat. I think I made a big mistake by buying a boat product.

                                  I have filed a complaint regarding Boat earphone boAt Bassheads 103 Black Wired Headset (Black, In the Ear) which i purchased on january 2022 within 15 days of purchase which got no response and thus being patient as per the 3rd wave of covid i took it for granted. Later I sent the wakeup mail for the same problem of mine and got it resolved in more than a month.
                                  I received a replaced boAt Bassheads 103 Black Wired Headset (Black, In the Ear) which after 10 days of arrival showed more un-ignored problems than the earlier one.
                                  This is disgusting and is disturbing my professional chaos.
                                  I am just feeling cheated after this type of response from such a reputed company
