I've placed an order(ID[protected] of Boat Airpodes 121v2 on 24th Mar'22 which was delivered to me on 27 Mar'22. Due to some defect in that good, I've been placed an exchange request to Boat on dated 03rd Apr'22 & same was picked up reversed from me on 4th Apr'22.The Product hasn't been delivered to me since that day.after 3 Days, Your courier partner handover this product to RTO.After my survey, Boat has been handover product on 12th Apr'22 having ticker id 20361008 & Your courier partner had confirmed me that they'd like to reshipped me within 48 Hours.
Today, I got an message from your courier partner that "Your order has been dispatched & will deliver you shortly". After few seconds second notify that " your order could not be delivered due to reason- Not attempted-DTW"
I want to ask you what the hell your & your courier partner are doing with customers, Why you all going to tease end user's sentiment.I was first user to buy the boat product with the intent to being deliver the quality product along with quality services, however, I'm feeling wrong somewhere.That company neither able to deliver me quality product in first time nor they able to delivering me the product on time,
Even my money's are also blocking with you guyz, I've been really worst experiencing with your staff member, Non one able to assist me, Boat pass onus on Courier partner for undleivered & vice-versa.
Around One month going to soon, My product is yet undelivered to me.I just wanted to either returned my goods today or just compensate me .
