      I have gave my boat rockerz 255pro+ for some problem with the neckband

      Note: I got boat rockerz 255pro + for replacement for my 205pro fiery red

      Boat courier partner has been picked my neckband

      And I didn't get any message, email, calls from boat after they picked there is no information about my neckband in there website I also checked with my ticket number it has not updated after the courier partner picked I want to know what's happen to my neckband and wants process going on whether they received my neckband

      Please give my neckband or tell about the status of my neckband

      I checked on your website using my ticket number there showing nothing
      Not updated

      What's the problem

        I have claimed warranty for my boat 255pro+ which is given for replacement of 205pro (upgraded product for 205pro)

        Xpressbees has been collected my product yesterday and also sended me a message about that they picked my product (255pro+)

        But boat didn't send any message or email regarding the process and their warranty claim page also not updated

        I need to know what process is going for warranty claim process

                I purchased the Boat Airdopes 441 from Amazon, it is working fine but only issue i am facing is when connected to my Galaxy A51 Android mobile, the internet is getting very slow, when i disconnect the Bluetooth then internet is working normal. there is some connectivity issue with the Airdopes 441.

                        Hello Team,
                        I bought a boat Bluetooth head phone on 23rd May 2021. Order ID - OD[protected]. But one right side headphone not charging properly. I have complained against it. Boat replace with a another headphone. But again i have facing the same problem with the new one, right side head phone not charged totally. I am fed-up with this.

                        So kindly request you to change this headphone and provide me a new one or another better model headphone. If required i will pay extra.

                                      I ordered boat watch xtend on 4 may 2022 amd now it’s been 11 may 2022 and I haven’t received my order yet.
