I placed an order of "1 BOAT ROCKERZ 333 BLUETOOTH EARPHONES SET" on 03/03/2022 on BOAT's official website. The MONEY WAS DEDUCTED from my bank account but the ORDER WAS NOT PLACED and THERE WAS NO CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER.

I have attached the Screenshot of the Transaction ID from PAYTM in this mail. Kindly check it from your side and Refund my money at the earliest.

When I gone to boat service centre they told me that the dealer is not authorised so register a complaint letter to boat customer care .
PLEASE,
GIME ME PERMISSION TO REPAIR OR REPLASE ME DEVICE. AND THE DEVICE HAVE 1 YEAR WARRENTY I HAVE PURCHASED IT ON 12-JUNE 2021....

On 22nd January 2022 i have ordered a neckband rockerz 255 pro plus and I got a Empty box and since then i am calling customer care they are saying it will take 2-3 days to reship you product and like this it's been 46 days they are just doing this I am fed up with their excuses. My ordered I'd is 1463709....

During calls when we try to increase the volume, it says maximum volume and the calls voice becomes inaudible so what other is speaking at another end of the call we missed it, it might be important to the user.So i request to the team managers to take any action to fix this.
