My Uncle Mr. Mansoor Ahmed have had ordered boAt Vertex Smartwatch Deep Blue Order ID no. : OD[protected]

The product had some issues with the sensors on the back of the watch and it was unable to show heart rate etc.
On 12th March 2022 I, Tauseef Shaikh submitted the product to the boAt Service centre at Andheri West. (Attached warrenty ticket status Screenshot from 12 to 16 March 2022)
On 16th March 2022 My uncle Mr Mansoor Ahmed got this message from boAt on WhatsApp

My Uncle opened the box and it was empty from inside I've shared the photo down .
I Tried to contact the given Boat customer service no.
One of the no. Was switched off and other was landline no. Which was answered by computer and was unable to take my complain and solve my issue.
I'm requesting the boAt services to please look up to the issue and solve my problem my uncle need his product back.
boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
