I placed an order for Boat Bassheads 104 on the official Website of Boat on 29th April 2022. But since 5 days, my order is showing no updates. On using the track my order service on Boat website, it shows 'Invalid Order'.
This boat website sent me fake order confirmation and deducted my balance. Their worst website also does not show the cancel button, so that I can peacefully cancel it and order from somewhere else.
I even tried to write to Boat Customer support. But the are also giving no response. I want refund from this fraud company.

    My package delivery date is 4 june but at 4 june i see date was three days late so new date is 7 june. And next day 5 june i see date was further changed it was 8 june delivered date.

        Boat Order ID - 1864764
        Bluedart prder ID - [protected]
        Ordered neckband from Boat on 14th April and delivery date was showing 17th April.
        Its 28th of april amd still i jave not got the parcel. I have called Bluedart multiple times since 18th April but they are just saying we will deliver in next two days but 10days have passed and still no sign of delivery. Courier company is not calling me to deliver or if they are facing problem regarding address then they shoul call atleast i can go and pickup myself but they are not doing anything. ( I have Provided two phone numbers). But they dont call.
        Boat customer executive also i tried multiple times but they never did anything.
        I have asked them to cancel or refund my order but they say they cant do anything.
        My money is lost and no sign of package.
        Really frustated with this much carelessness and informal way of both Boat and Bluedart.

            I ordered marvel bluetooth earphones for RS. 1599, but they are poorly fitted to my ear falling from ear, so i request for return and refund but they are not providing any refund, only exchange that is only for the same product so no use for me, i even email them but no response of e-mails, their customer executive told me straight that they can't help me, worst experience, waiting for help, please provide me my refund

              Ordered boat airdopes 441 with order id 1867530 it was out for delivery on 15th and not attempted since 18th it's for out for delivery and upon calling executives they give silly excuses like we'll cordinate and all but don't deliver my product and refusing from refund and cancellation kindly look into the matter

                I bought a headphone of boat wireless. Yesterday it was fine both sides are working but today one side was not working. Then I have there warranty card and there their contact info is given I tried the phone number its was saying that it is not a valid number then I searched the website link given but that is showing error. I need to claim my warranty for the product I want replacement

                    I am Adhishti. I placed an order of Boat rockerz 245v2 on boAt Official website, on may 16 and successfully made a payment of Rs.929.00 on may 16, 09:45 via bajaj wallet.

                    But I did not receive any confirmation of my order and was also not provided with order details.

                    Kindly look into my issue, either confirm my order or refund my amount, as soon as possible.

                    I am Vikas Bishnoi. I placed an order of Boat BassHeads 103 on boAt Official App, on May 26 and successfully made a payment of Rs.350 on May 26, 13:29 via Amazonpay.

                    But I did not receive any confirmation of my order and was also not provided with order details.

                        I am staying in a pg hostel. Me and my roommate were using same head phones airdopes 131 while connecting with mobile device my headphones connecting to his device and his head phones some time connecting to my device. Its too Irritating. I can use my head phone. It's feels like I have bought the worst product. Do something or else change my product.

                          I had ordered Boat Bassheads 100 Pink from the official website of Boat on 11th April 2022. The delivery date was 19th then postponed to 21st, then to 24th. Finally after complaining about the same multiple times to the executive over the phone, I received the product on 24th April. But as soon as I opened the packet, I was stunningly surprised to see that the product is missing from the original box. After clearly examining the packet, I saw that the box had been tampered with as it was torn on one side.
                          I am very dissapointed by the delivery and the service of the company.

                            I have raised a warranty claim request for my boAt Rockerz 255F Pro Bluetooth Headset (ticket No 2244142) on 10th April 2021. The item was picked up on 12th April 2021 by blue dart courier via way bill number [protected]. After pickup, the item reached to their service centre on 14th April 2021. Since then there is not even a single update from the boat team about my product even after multiple complaints through phone and email. I expected a delay due to the covid pandemic but the delay is getting very long. They are taking customers for granted and could not even consider providing an update over the ticket. They disconnect my call right after I clearly explain my issue due to which I have to explain everything again. After several phone calls, I got to know that my ticket number has been closed without replacing my product.

                            Then as informed by the customer care executive they told me to get the acknowledgement receipt for pick up from blue dart. When I called blue dart they told me that the acknowledgement receipt/details of the way bill had been erased from their database. But the pickup was done under blue dart waybill number [protected] on 12th April 2021 and the same has also been intimated through my email id by Imagine Marketing Private limited on 12th April 2021. I am having the tracking details of blue dart which I already saved earlier and the screen shot of the same has been attached through this email for your kind reference. My product was delivered to your hub in Goregaon Jogeshwari Etail on 14th April 2021.

                            I want to get a refund because it has been more than one year since they took my headset and they are not considering my difficulty with my situation without that headset. They are just keeping the customers wait and forget their hard-earned money. These kinds of companies should be banned from India. Which I think can improve our quality of life, or please take strong action against such brands and help people live their life happily.

                              On 22nd april i generated a ticket id for my boat rockerz red 550 ticket id is 20642271. On the same day my request is approved..on same day my product is also picked up...on the same day i got my status as "The product picked up from you has been inwarded at our service hub and is in testing phase now. It usually takes 2 business days to complete.
                              Note : The replacement product colour would be subject to the availability of the stocks." And on the same day i got status also as i will be delivered a replacement product after 5 days.when they give me tracking link for the same, then that link shows the tracking for my already picked up product to ware house..Now what to do...when it will reached to ware house my case will be closed!! Please help me

                                I received my warranty replacement of boat airdopes 121 v2 from boat at 10th april, 2022, my ticket no. Is is 20372614.
                                But when I opened the box i just got an empty case without the earphones inside.
                                I have emailed them two times and even called through customer care number, then also they haven't yet resolved my problem.

                                  I ordered a Boat rockerz 255 headset on 24th Aug 2021(ORDER NUM: 717836) and it got rejected on 31st Aug by BLUE DART courier due to no reason. I didn't even get a single call from them regarding delivery but the tracking number shows the order canceled. Tracking number for order 717836 is [protected]. I called customer service many times but there is no response so kindly do the needful for my refund. Nearly i called 50 times to 75 times and 10 to 15 mail communications but nothing happened.

                                    I placed an order of Boat Airdopes 121 v2 on 10th March 2022. The amount got debited but the order didn't get reflected in the orders section of the boat website. Even after repeated calls, the refund is not received yet. Please get this issue resolved at the earliest.

                                        My order is delay by 4 days, also there is no further update from BOAT regarding when the order will actually be delivered.

                                        No day-to-day mails / messages are sent as a part of communication.
