      I purchased my rockerz 235v2 black. i am facing problem with earphones. Right side of the earphone isnt working. i am facing this problem from 9th may 2022. Its very urgent. it will be a great help if i get this product exchanged

        Hello, saheli ghosh this side, my rockerz 235v2 black headset is having some problem to be precise, my headphones right side isnt working. Its not working properly from 13th may 2022. it will be helpful if i get door to door replacement within a week.

              I ordered boat watch xtend on 4 may 2022 amd now it’s been 11 may 2022 and I haven’t received my order yet. The order was shipped on 6 may 2022 and it is showing pickup rescheduled till now. My order no is 1983091 and I have already paid the money. They are not responding to any of my emails.

                I purchased a boAt Xtend Smartwatch for Rs.3500 around 6 months back through boAt website. After 6 months the product battery life shortened to just 6 hours instead of a promised 14 days. So I raised a replacement request (Ticket Number[protected]. They initialized replacement and a courier agent took my watch for return. Then I received a mail from boAt informing me that they don't have the exact same color option for replacement, so they will be sending the same product with another color. I was okay with that.

                2 days later my replacement product got dispatched, and I received the product 3 days later. As I opened the product, to my shock, it was a 'boAt Storm Smartwatch' which is lower priced inferior model inside, that too a used one. I immediately send them an email with video evidence to their support mail [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com but they haven't responded even after 3 days and I have sent several reminders too. I don't know what to do now. I have bought several other products from them and now I am so much worried about their fate. Please help. Unboxing video, sent mails, everything will be attached with this complaint. I need exactly the product I was offered as replacement, that is Boat Watch Xtend Sandy Cream, or a full refund.

                  I am one of your customer, I ordered a boat rockerz 330 on 27 april but I forgot to log in in your website but the money transaction was successful but there is no message was came and in FAQ it was mentioned if you didn't receive any message your money will returned within 5 to 7 business days but it has been more than 7 business day but I didn't receive anything please do anything to fulfill my request

                          I had claimed warranty for my boat air dopes 433 twin Black on 12th March, 2022 and my service ticket no is 20036010. The replacement product got delivered on 26th March but it is not the same product for which I had claimed warranty. The product I got after warranty claimed is air dopes 431 and are also not working properly.I had clearly mentioned in the complain filling form that I don't want any other product as a replacement. I just want my original product.But they still send me another product and then, I called it's customer care they said they will highlight my complain again but nothing happened. After some days, I called again to customer care service and they said I had to complain again. I complained again on 8th April, 2022 and my service ticket no is 20440526.The replacement is delivered on 15th April, 2022.But the product is the same product I had given to the delivery person. They had not even replaced it and gave me the exact same product I first received after claiming warranty which is still not working properly.This is my second time complaining in consumer complaints. After first time complaining, the boat company only replied my emails and said I had received my product and all the mails have same answer. I had specifically written in the mails that my product in replacement is wrong but they did not even bother to read my mail. I just want to get the product I had purchased is boat air dopes 433 twin Black not any other product which is way cheaper than my product and if I have to compromise at least the product should work properly. The replacement they send does not works properly either. I am really disappointed in the company. I really don't think after this bad customer service I am willing to buy products from them in the near future. I regret claiming the warranty and purchasing from boat it's such a bad experience. I just want my original product air dopes 433 twin Black and does not need any other as a compromise because I am not a patience person.

                                Sir actually I was trying to place an order for earphones on 24th april 2022 but after paying I didn't got my order Id or simply my order didn't placed but payment is made from my account So I request you to refund the valuable amount ₹269.10.                                     I placed an order for Boat Bassheads 104 on the official Website of Boat on 29th April 2022. But since 5 days, my order is showing no updates. On using the track my order service on Boat website, it shows 'Invalid Order'.
                                    This boat website sent me fake order confirmation and deducted my balance. Their worst website also does not show the cancel button, so that I can peacefully cancel it and order from somewhere else.
                                    I even tried to write to Boat Customer support. But the are also giving no response. I want refund from this fraud company.
