I have purchased the boat earphone [boat rockerz 385v2 wireless neckband active black] on 05th august 2021 order no.:[protected].
My earphones stopped working so I raised the support case 4949596 to replace the product and the new product got delivered to me but i found that it is not the same which i ordered. My product which i purchased was [boat rockerz 385v2 wireless neckband active black] but the product i have received is boat rockerz 330 & bass heads 242.
I request you to escalate this matter to the highest authority.
Herewith, i am attaching my order invoice with the screenshot of the wrong product which i have received.
