This is my second complain because there's no improvement in my complaint .
I had complained about fraud from my account because your agency has shared my personal information and they theft 10, 580 rupees from my personal account .
If consumer complaint can't help me then I've to knock the door of RTI for negligence of consumer complaints . Please remind the boat company I'm in huge loss and tell them to stop these things as many o[censored]s getting in this false trap .

      I Was Placing An Order For BoAT Rockers 333 Pro On 03.03.2022 At Their Website Boat-Lifestyle.Com. I Made Payment Of Rs. 1349.10 Via Paytm AT 08:29 Pm (Paytm Order ID: [protected]-[protected], Wallet Ref. No. [protected]), However, Order ID For The Same Was Not Generated By The Website. I Emailed Them At [protected]@Imaginemarketingindia.Com Regarding Refund Of My Deducted Payment On 04.03.2022, 08.03.2022 & 16.03.2022. Now, More Than 03 Weeks Have Gone By, Still Waiting For Refund Of My Deducted Amount.

      I received email stating that my order had been delivered. I provided copy of my passbook stating that amount deducted for the first order needed to be refunded as only order number for second payment was done. I received payback in my original payment method the next day

        I have ordered boat headphone from it's website on 2rd of February 2022 and then cancelled it with a order id #1535718

        It's been more than one and half month and no refund recived.

        I have mailed them several times but no response recieved.

        I have also called them but it is of no use

        I want my refund asap...

          Hello,

          I'm using boat sound bar and my remote is not working and i asked boat to send me a new remote but 3 times they sent me a different remote and 3 times technician visited my home and telling me to wait for another 1 week and this is totally unacceptable. Without my permission technician came to my place and opened the sound bar screw. I want boat to provide me with the new sound bar at the earliest.

              I ordered 02 X Airdopes from boat website on 17th March & 23th March and it's been more than 2 days and I have not even received a orded ID through mail or phone number. Customer care number is not reachable. I now want to cancel it but unable to do so and no communication can be made with their customer care

                      I purchased TRebel Rockerz 235 V2 Bluetooth Ear phone from boAt site by boAt App, Order no 1723667 on 15th Mar 22 and payment also done by Pay TM.
                      I got SMS/Whts App Massages for Delay Delivery/Refuse Delivery not No one came to my Address, I called to boAt Customer Service too they informed order to be Delivered by 22nd Mar 22.

                      but today I dont receive any order but got Massage that order delivered.

                      kindly check and confirm delivery or refund my amount of Rs 999/- by today only

                      Dear Team, Still not revert received from boat Team. I m Following up since 22nd Mar 22 by Mail and by call on Customer Care no, but they are not provided any details about my order product and refund.
                      they are saying that product has delivered but not providing any details of POD/Acknowledgement.

                          It's been 10 months and I am still waiting for replacement. I didn't even use that product for 10 days.

                                I placed an order from the BOAT website on 3rd March but cancelled on 4th March as I ordered a wrong color. I received a message that the refund will be provided by 5 to 7 business days. Its been more than 20 days now and I have yet not received my refund. Every time I contact the customer support team they tell a different story and ask to wait for a week, or 5 days or 24 hours. They are harrassing a lot and not providing any resolution or refund. They are asking me to visit my home branch to find out about the refund and that is not at all possible as I am a working professional and stay in a different city for my job and cannot spend on flight tickets to find when my refund will be initiated. A total of 3219.08 rupee amount is stuck with them.

                                Till date no one contacted neither they are providing the refund, everytime I'm calling the support team they are telling your issue is escalated and it'll take 24 to 48 hours, like this 22 days have passed.

                                      I have done an order by mistakely, and because of not working day of the Boat company I was unable to cancel that. And next day when i tried to cancel that order, customer care representative said that We cannot cancel your order.

                                        Not able to register to claim my Warranty

                                        I have a Boat Bassheads 220 Molten Orange Wired headphone whose right side is not working. I tried to register complain for warranty but i am unable to register as it is showing mobile number not verified. I am receiving the OTP but the there is no further window to enter the OTP.
                                        I've tried more than 10 times with my phone as well as my laptop the same problem is occuring everytime....
