I was facing issues with product i received from boat, they asked me to send it to their service center so i did, they sent an email that product is received at our facility and we will get back to you within 4 business days. It's more than 10 days now, i'm sending continuous emails regarding information about my product, no one is replying those emails but instead, i get automated response saying our customer care number is changed, call us for faster resolution of your complaint. So i've been calling them for days but no one is replying (Just an auto response system is speaking) when it tells me an option to talk with their customer care executive, no one is picking it up. Today i called again, a lady picked up but she hung up in middle of my talk! I don't know what to do because this mfs aren't doing any helpful! Please suggest something.
