As my earphone was malfunctioning and was under warranty period, so i'd raised an replacement request and the same was duly accepted and collected by one the courier representative. But i have'nt received any notification regarding the same and have'nt received the replacementas well!!! It has been like more than a week since your representative collected that earphone from me. So it's my humble request from you guys to look into it and resolve...

One side earphone is not working. I had tried many times but the complaint page shows something went wrong .and I am not able to register a complaint to replace or repair it. this is been for 7 days custmer support no don't help.
it has a 2-year warranty and it been just 5 months .plz guide me on what to do.

I received a mail stating that my boat 305 will be replaced with Boat Rockerz 275 Blue but after that there is no response. Its been a month and i dont see any update on my ticket nor anybody answers the call.
