My Earphones stopped working within 4 months o[censored]sage so like the normal procedure i registered the complaint and patiently waited for the revert, but after 20 days i had to write a mail since there was no update.
Mail i wrote-
What the hell guys ?
First you people take 20 days to send a replacement and send me a defective item which is the rejected ones.
Attaching the screenshots of what i got after 20 days of patience. If you people don't have fresh ones why don't you refund my money back. I spent 3k on this earphones and i suppose i did a terrible mistake of buying this.
Need immediate action or i am taking this matter to consumer court no matter what happens. I will make sure to take action against this.
This is how the company operates sending a defective piece as a replacement ?
You will lose business because of this.
Terrible way of losing loyal customers.
I have boat rockerz 600, rockerz 200, boat usb cables, boat stone speakers, boat stone 260 and i used to recommend boat to everyone in my family.
But I'm writing this out of frustration because this was my dad's first product and he told me not to trust such brands for him. Utterly disappointed !

NOBODY PICKS THE CALL FROM CUSTOMER CARE NOBODY REPLIES TO MAIL ARE YOU PEOPLE FOOLING THE CUSTOMERS.
I PURCHASED THE PRODUCT FOR 3 THOUSAND and i am not letting go this easily.
Your customer care executive promised me to get the product replaced.
Attaching the mp3 file for your reference in other mail. This is what boat is all about, cheating the loyal and old customers by first sending defective products and then not responding to the clients. It's been a month my earphones are not even returned.
Attaching the screenshots, the audio files, the failed attempts for asking for service a million times yet no response from the client side, failed calls, all the updates to the no call responses.
I USED TO LOVE BOAT but this will be my last product from boat because of the pathetic service of the team, which wasn't returned.
I'm suffering since 3 months
boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have purchased the boat aavante bar 1550 sound bar on 18/06/2020 suddenly it is stopped working. This product is come with the 1 year warranty.
When i have raised the complaint in the boat customer care but they people not responding properly. Customer care executive always saying wait for 48 hours we will send engineer at your door step.
I have called lot of time to customer support but their phone is always showing busy and in week days they are saying we are closed. Now it's already 15 days over. I have submitted the 2 ticket till now but when i try to track in the https://support.boat-lifestyle.com/ it is always showing invalid tickets.
