As my earphone was malfunctioning and was under warranty period, so i'd raised an replacement request and the same was duly accepted and collected by one the courier representative. But i have'nt received any notification regarding the same and have'nt received the replacementas well!!! It has been like more than a week since your representative collected that earphone from me. One side earphone is not working. I had tried many times but the complaint page shows something went wrong .and I am not able to register a complaint to replace or repair it. this is been for 7 days custmer support no don't help.

Its been nearly a month after sending my boat earphones to boat service center.
I received a mail stating that my boat 305 will be replaced with Boat Rockerz 275 Blue but after that there is no response. Its been a month and i dont see any update on my ticket nor anybody answers the call.
Useless service from boat.
Check below the dates and dispatch my earphones asap.

boat rockerz 255 warranty replacement issue

My ticket number is 568640.

I have raised concern to replace my boat rockerz 255 earphones and it's successfully picked form my place. But after that, i have not received any update from the boat side its almost 1 month.
I sent mail 2-3 times but not got any reply from their side.

warranty replacement issue

I have purchased the boat aavante bar 1550 sound bar on 15/05/2019 suddenly it is stopped working. This product is come with the 1 year warranty.
When i have raised the complaint in the boat customer care but they people not responding properly. Customer care executive always saying wait for 48 hours we will send engineer at your door step.

I am tracking my complaint but there is no progress in its place since a long time. It is still in the service centre in mumbai since a long time.
