Hi,
I had booked a comedy show ticket which was confirmed for 10th dec, 8pm at yuck comedy club indiranagar. I reached the venue and waited for 10mins and venue was closed.
I asked a person on ground floor and was told that the show was cancelled since only 2 tickets were booked (mine).
I wasn't informed about the cancellation until I reached and investigated myself. Terribly embarrassed in front of my friend for planning such a ## thing for a weekend, we struggled to find availability for other events to now look for, ended up ruining a good weekend.
The lack of professionalism is abysmal. No decency to even notify that event is cancelled atleast an hour before. Had to ask around in order to find out. And the audacity that I have to provide review for this event on book my show ( showed as completed) is preposterous.
I demand to be compensated for the event refund, the time and energy my friend and i put in reaching this event and dealing with this, my experience and ruin of my weekend and our cab fares plus the 5 days i have spent with CUSTOMER CARE trying to get a response.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is regarding my booking for movie "Jailer" through online on Book my show app.
I was trying to book tickets on Book my show app on Aug 27th Sunday night 10:30 PM show and instead of selecting PVR. Bhartiya Mall Bangalore unknowingly ended up selecting and making payment for the theatre "Cinepolis: SJR (Central Mall) Arakere, Bannergatta, Bangalore" which was one just below that which had the same show timings and date.
I was unaware that I had done this blunder until when I showed the ticket at Bharatiya Mall ticket counter at 10:15pm before entering the theater. They told me that this ticket is of a different theater. No way could I think of travelling to Central mall Bannergatta from my place since it is 1 hour travel from my place and the show was just about to start at 10:30pm.
I tried calling the bookmyshow customer care and they provided me this complaint ref no which i have mentioned on the subject line.
Could you please help me arrange a refund since I had to end up buying tickets again at Bharatiya mall that day for the 10:30 Pm show.
I am attaching both the tickets (SJR Cinepolis and Bharatiya mall) for your reference that was booked by me for that day for the 10:30 Pm show because of the blunder that was happened.
