HI Team,

I was having a voucher which I have not availed due to some circumstances and over the voucher its clearly mentioned as it will be avail from purchase date to 12 month. BUt today when I have tried to avail that it shows Sorry! The balance in the Gift Voucher has been exhausted (#-4113)

Can you please help here & do the needful. as it was having 2000INR voucher but I have not even availed.

    This was the above msg I received today they didn't give a reason as to why the show was cancelled, I'm terribly dissatisfied . They have noted that the refund is processed but still I didn't get the refund back, if they cancel the show at their own convenience how are we supposed to watch movies in theatres, at least I deserve a explaination why the show has been cancelled.

        We did book our movie ticket for movie circus online. But when we reached at the threater we were told that movie is canceled and we have to go back. We did came for the movie from very far and it was very bad experience.
        We did face this issue in GOLD Cinemas mathura, UP.

          My contact number is [protected] and today I tried to book ticket through book my show app and made payment through UPI. My 519 amount got deducted but ticket was not booked. Tried talking to help chat but they were not satisfactory and instead was not able to answer properly. I am so surprised that we don’t have any sudden help in such cases. Please help with them my amount is going to be refunded as I had to again book ticket and had paid twice.

            I booked tickets for a 10:45 am show on Bookmyshow app, around 5:30 pm today for Avatar 3D. The morning shows' ticket bookings were still displayed as available in the evening, which was misleading and by mistake I booked tickets for today i.e 24th instead of 25th Dec. Now, it is not humanly possible to watch a show at 10:45 am, when you are booking tickets in the evening on the same day. INOX's policy of no cancellation or modification is...

                Hello,

                I have paid for a booking on your website on December 5, 2022. Booking ID is ROHM00NXDZB1F5.

                I got a confirmation message on whatsapp as booking is confirmed. However, now when I am viewing it on the bookmyshow app it says " Payment Failed" . The amount has got successfully debited from my account.

                I am trying to reach someone, no reply. I am not certain who to seek a confirmation from as the date is only 2 days away.

                PLease help or make a customer care number available for bookers like us to get a confirmation instantly.

                  After several tried also customer care of bookmyshow team is not resolving my issue. Every call they are saying isuue will be resolved with in 24-48 hours but since from 15 days i am struggling for it.

                    Booking amount was: Rs. 461
                    Refunded connivence fee: Rs. 61
                    Balance amount 400 which was applied in my SBI elite card is not getting in any form of return.
                    I am writing this complaint as after several call to bookmyshow customer care my 400 offer as gift voucher not releasing. In every call they are giving a commitment like they will release it within 24-48 hours but nothing happening.

                      I had made a transaction from my debit card for food at your booth for the amount of Rs. 1600/- at DJ Snake, Mumbai on 26th November. The transaction failed(the system showed ‘something went wrong’) but my money got deducted. It didn’t reflect in my qr scanner either. I have been trying to follow up BookMyShow customer care since 15 days there is not response from them, pathetic customer care service from their end. No follow up, no emails no msgs nothing.                           I booked tickets on Book My Show online on 1st Nov'22 for the MLTR Tour in Mumbai - Phoenix Mall (on 4th Dec) Booking ID - VNVN011U76BDHD.

                          But the ticket that I received was for the Pune event on 7th!

                          When I checked the webpage again, I realised that the payment link for the Mumbai event, wrongly gets directed to the Pune event. I sent an email to the BMS team along with the link stating the error seeking resolution....

                                  I booked ticket of thank god in new fangled cinema of 3:00pm dated 14th November, 2022 and when I reached there I was told that show is cancelled and we informed about that to bookmyshow, so we left the cinema and when I talked to the customer care he said no such information is provided to us and told that the matter has been escalated further and issue will be solved soon but there has been no reply from there side!
