Pls refund my tickets amt, 2nd dec 21.15 I booked tickets through phone pay app 559 rs deducted in my account but cannot get tickets I was tryed but app can't working your app network problem can't working and can't book my tickets, I ask the ticket keeper my order booked he says all tickets are sold no any your online booking, i feeled very sad I had bought next show tickets phisycily collect

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered during my recent attempt to book tickets through your platform.

On 2nd December at 21:15, I used the PhonePe app to make a payment of ₹559 for tickets. Despite the deduction from my account, I was unable to obtain the tickets due to technical issues with your app. I made several attempts to resolve the matter, but the app was consistently unresponsive.

Frustratingly, when I inquired with the ticket keeper at the venue, I was informed that no online bookings, including mine, were recorded, as all tickets had allegedly been sold out. This left me in a difficult situation, and I had to purchase tickets physically for the next available show.

I kindly request your prompt assistance in processing a refund for the amount of ₹559, as the booking was unsuccessful, and I had to incur additional expenses to attend the show physically. I trust that you will look into this matter urgently and provide a resolution at the earliest convenience.

I've a gift card voucher & the expiry date is 4th Jan, 2024(today) 23:59 .
I'm trying to apply that gift voucher from 10pm .still, it is showing "balance has been exhausted". I've never used this voucher.

I had booked a comedy show ticket which was confirmed for 10th dec, 8pm at yuck comedy club indiranagar. I reached the venue and waited for 10mins and venue was closed.
I asked a person on ground floor and was told that the show was cancelled since only 2 tickets were booked (mine).
I wasn't informed about the cancellation until I reached and investigated myself. Terribly embarrassed in front of my friend for planning such a ## thing for a weekend, we struggled to find availability for other events to now look for, ended up ruining a good weekend.

The lack of professionalism is abysmal. No decency to even notify that event is cancelled atleast an hour before. Had to ask around in order to find out. And the audacity that I have to provide review for this event on book my show ( showed as completed) is preposterous.

I demand to be compensated for the event refund, the time and energy my friend and i put in reaching this event and dealing with this, my experience and ruin of my weekend and our cab fares plus the 5 days i have spent with CUSTOMER CARE trying to get a response.

On 27 May 2023 I had booked movie tickets on BookMyShow worth Rs. 898 with Transaction ID T2305271410551012623296 and UTR[protected]. The amount was deducted from my account but the booking was cancelled. I had initiated a refund, and the app shows that the amount has been refunded, but I have not received the amount till date.
I have reported the transaction multiple times, but to no avail.

I have booked tickets in BookMyShow on 10/29/2023 for the movie shown in tha attached screenshot. Everything looks fine untill I noticed that they have an extra Rs 4/- added as donation for 4 tickets,

The problem I found is that that 4rs is not a matter to keep it as a donation after paying extra amount in form of GST etc.. and who knows that they are really donating or using for good all the amount they are collecting from...

I booked for leo movie and they issued tickets for irugapatru movie, I immediately contacted the Coutomer care and complaint about it but they refused that and they refused to refund my money

I have booked a ticker through bookmyshow in PVR screen in Kochi. This was done on 28th October for 29th October 7.05 PM show. I had booked the ticket for 4 people. It clearly stated that i can cancel upto 20 minutes prior to the show. Just to keep the back up i shared the booking code with my wife as well. Apparently this was a split and it did not give me any warning that if i do this, i will not be able to cancel the ticket. Now i am told that i cannot cancel as i have split the ticket. how do i get this resolved and get my refund ?

I had recently booked a movie tickets for Leo Movie in Chennai. My payment was processed but my tickets were not booked. The refund was initiated but it's been 10 days, I have not yet received the amount. I have already complained at customer service twice with no response. I want the amount credited at the earliest.

Tickets booked to watch LEO movie in krishnaveni theatre for 22.10.23. Seats showing in C Row only to start with . So 3 Seats booked. Now today morning in AA Row seats are available for same show same date same price. Please change my tickets to AA Row and confirm via mail

Theatre I didn't realize that after booking a ticket I found out that was a another theatre
I an nammakkal district but the theater they book my ticket is chennai I request them that I was made it by mistake but they don't give me a full refund. The website I booked the ticket I don't see any terms and conditions and location of the theatre. So i want my full refund.

Book My show people for cancellation just dont come on the contact number given. I have been holding the call since the last 45 minutes and I was caller number 4 and still no one has come on the call to attend the query.

I have been told they are busy - 4 th person in the queue and they cannot attend in 45 minutes.

I have booked 2 tickets for the movie LEO at INOX LUXE CINEMAS CHENNAI for the date of 20.10.2023. I have paid the amount of Rs. 461.80 within the given time but I HAVE NOT received either the confirmation mail or the tickets from the bookmyshow. This is so disappointing and I need a full refund of my money. Kindly resolve it as soon as possible.

Service person is not allowing children home food in the theatre, when I going for Watching Mission Raniganj on 13.10.2023 9.15 pm show timing.

I had booked 2 tickets for a show in Delhi later they changed the timings and did not send any communication, and it was not possible for us to attend the show at the changed timings, so I contacted their customer care service but they were not helping with anything at all either they should have refunded or shared some other resolution, None of it was given. When booking were happening it was showing 3:30 pm timings on 9th October and later they changed it to evening time and did not informed about this so I contacted them to check on this to communicate it will not be possible for us to attend at the evening time, they had no resolution instead were telling me they can't refund as it is against their policy. How is a customers fault if organisers changed their timings.

It say that there is a connectivity issues.

My movie show got cancelled due to technical issue and i have still not got any refund

This app use to charge fees in the name of "internet handling charges" before and now they are charging "convenience fee" even for very less amount transacted. This fees are not approporate to charge as per multiple rbi and government regulations....

I have booked tickets from Book my show. Yesterday I went to moviemax theater in wondermall with my husband and brother to watch Jawan movie. After the movie ended, we followed the rest of the people towards the door which was near. But we were stopped by a man working there whose name is Ismail Ibrahim Khan. I told them to stop those ahead o[censored]s as well.
Before that many people went ahead o[censored]s and they were not stopped. He told us I'm telling you right? Then I asked him why are you telling us that if there is such a problem, you should have put one more person near the door and have the same rule for everyone.
But Ismail Ibrahim Khan was very rude and started arguing with us.
We are expecting better Crew member who can guide people in calmly and polite way.
