Hi team on 3rh of july i purchased refrigerator of bosch from sargam electronics gurgaon, on 12th its stop working their is no power in the unit, i logged a call with customer care but its sound like nobody listening call disconnected in between..& they are telling me it will take 48hrs to someone attend the complained how can a house in these summers wait for 48hrs to resolve refrigerator problem its new product & its like a bad experience to us

    I bought a bosch washing machine wab 20268in/01on 19/7/2014.
    Warranty is till 18/7/2016.
    My machine got rusted from inside and the paint started peeling de to oxidation of the metal body.
    I made a complaint with the customer care and the service person name mr johnson attended on 24/5/2016. He said the rusting of metal body does not come under warranty.
    I explained that i have been using other brand washing machine at the same place for many years before changing to this brand and also showed all metal items nearby painted kept in there have not rusted.
    He said he will inform the company and revert back.
    But to my surprise there was no response till again i made a call to the customer care referring the same.
    Later on 31/5/2016 one mr sebastian attended and took photographs and videos to whom also i explained the same. He also said that he will inform the company and come back.
    After several days when i mailed posted via the rating portal of bosch, this technician called me and said that rusting of metal body wold be charged.
    I asked why should i be charged for a defective part from bosch.
    I also said that the painting from other sides are also getting peeled off and asked for replacement or rectification - but till now there is no reply.

      The company does not have proper technical support to handle the faults and repairs for the products manufactured by them. We had a dishwasher which could not be repaired by the service center team for more than 3 months even after taking the same to the service center. No communication from the service center on the status and no proper reply regarding the progress of the job. It was last stated that the spare part for this model is not now manufactured. How can the company sell the product if they do not have a proper road-map of providing maintenance support. Also the company charges Rs.800 for the service engineer site visit which is very abnormal while companies in similar class and product range charge only Rs.300 for a similar visit. The charges for the site visit is not commensurate with the services rendered. There are looting the customers in a big way and are only collecting huge service charges without rendering proper support.

        On the new year day, we purchased Bosch Front Load washing machine. In last 6 months the machine has a perennial issue of E17 alarm. The pressure switch conked off and the same was replaced after a huge struggle. the same error started to appear no sooner than 1 week of replacement.
        It is now more than 3 months the same is not set right. Not sure how to escalate the compliant as the emails sent the BOSCH Team has falling in dead ears. Can anybody help me in this forum?
        But for sure my experience is extremely bad with BOSCH and will not buy or recommend anybody in future.

          I had purchase a hob and built in oven from audio voice, gurgaon. When their technician came to install and unpacked, he found both were damaged - hob plate has stains on it and the oven is bent and scratched. Since, then, we have been going through hell running between the retail store and the company call centres. The retail shop is the most callous we have ever come across - they have got their money and promptly washed their hands. They are not even returning our calls. The company call centres only log the complaint - there is no assurance of any turn around time / money refund and they refuse to provide any details to enable escalation of complaints. Really sorry that i ever chose bosch and audio voice - would discourage everyone to stay away from them.

            I purchased Bosch Avantixx Washing Machine WAS24460IN in 2014. It suddenly stopped working and the washing machine went completely dead (June 2016). I called the Bosch customer care and engineer who visited found that the power module of the machine has failed. The estimate price for the repair is close to Rs 15, 000/-. This is a very big amount to pay for the power module. These parts are not available in the market and Bosch is looting our money. They expect that the customers who have so much faith in Bosch to bear such high costs of repair which doesn't seem to be right. They are charging unrealistic amount of money for the repair.
            I would suggest other customers to not buy Bosch products as they control the spare parts and charge very high premium for them. I genuinely want a reply from Bosch and want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

              I have purchased a bosch fl w/m wab16260in on 15.08.2014 and the machine is under warranty. I made a complaint for service during march 2016 and the still they have not repaired/replaced the spares. I again made a complaint on 09.06.16 (Complaint ref no;[protected]) and still nobody bothered to contact me. I registered my complaint in their online portal and i received a simple acknowledgement and nothing else. The service call centre is very much unresponsive to my complaints and simply repeating my address and phone number.

                  I am writing to you to file a complaint about the customer service from bosch home appliance department. The service desk office incharge from richmond circle office, bangalore. Treated my complain very badly.
                  I am calling bosch from last tuesday i. E, 31st may 2016 and have not got the assistance till today.
                  First of all my complain was not even registered than on screaming they registered the complain on thursday i. E., 2nd june 2016 commiting assistance within 48 hours, but when till saturday afternoon 4th june 2016 i didn't receive any call i called the customer care and told them i am filing the case top consumer forum then i received a call from techician who visited my place but didn't come inside my house saying it's raining madam i'll come on monday to assist and the manager mr velmurgan on phone commited things to be fixed on monday morning 6th june but still nothing is happening now they are saying tomorrow. According to their policy they said within 24 hour assistance, when we bought the product the customer care told 48 hours no it's more than a week.

                  This is not the first time i am suffering with this product one more time it has happened, it took 2 weeks for them to assist.

                  In conclusion, i wish that this matter will be settled immediately as everything that transpired has caused a great deal of stress and hassle on my part.

                    We purchased a Bosch Washing Machine on 14th May 2016 from Neeru Electronics on full Payment upfront.
                    We were sold a 2 year extended Warranty for Rs 1800 additional cost, which turned out to be an insurance policy meant for consumer finance cases by Bajaj Finance in tie up with Bajaj Allianz Insurance.
                    We realized it when checking it with Bosch representative, who visited our house for installation of the machine. This is fraudulent misrepresentation of facts and sold to us surreptitiously.
                    Now the Dealer is making excuses of various kinds and not refunding the amount - need cancellation of policy and refund of amount to us by the Dealer ASAP

                      I requested for service for refrigerator on april 2nd, but till now we didn't get any response from them. Even while delivering that product they provided dent refrigerator, and they informed that hey will replace it, but didn't get any replacement from them. The installment is not properly done. The retailer behave very rudely after purchasing a product. The product we received is not working properly.

                        Siemens washing machine — drum failed

                        I bought washing machine a month ago after 2 weeks we started facing problem. It was taking water and without washing garments after 4 min water gets drain. Did the complain in customer care center complain number [protected] and it has been more that 10 days no one has visited. Despite of calling again and again no one is there to attend. It is the scenario of ncr so god knows what about other parts of country. Will never buy or recommend this product. Pathetic sales service

                          Undersigned has purchased bosch refrigerator model no - kdn42al501/2012, 358 ltr, frost free from ahmedabad in the year 2013.

                          Later-on i shifted to rudrapur, uttarakhand in the year 2014. From 2015, i started getting problems in the fridge viz. Rubber bead getting loosened, freezer not working, less cooling in fridge.

                          Though issues were handled by bosch mechanic here but problems persisted. These guys even changed my gas in compressor, still cooling is stooping intermittently.

                          In addition, customer care of bosch has lot of issues:-
                          1. They seldom issues customer complaint no
                          2. Even if issued, the number is close in system automatically without consent of customer
                          3. Very slow mover, each of call takes atleast 48 hrs to address
                          4. Local team is not capable of handling technical issues, on the contrary they may damage the system

                            I bought Aqua tech 100+ car wash pump from ur showroom at Ludhiana two years ago.
                            I went there to get my gun repaired. I was told by ur staff that company stoped producing this pump and launched new one. So I can't get new gun for my pump.
                            I was shocked to hear that. It means I have to spend 10000 to buy new pump.
                            Tell me how will ur company survive in maket i[censored] don't provide parts to ur old customers. I[censored] can't provide service to ur old customers plz stop making false claims in ur advertisements.

                              I have purchased a washing machine (Model no wax18260 in/01 and fd/c no is 9112/00512) on 29/08/2012. On 28/04/2016 i have booked a complaint with the call centre and they told me that the service person will attend within 48 hours and i will be charged rs 800 as service charges.. The problem with the machine is, after switching on, the cycle comes to an end within 3 to 4 minutes and it has not displayed any error codes. Two persons came on 01/04/2016 and within a minute they showed me a error code e:21 on display and told me that the board has to be replaced which will cost rs9940 and if still the problem persists the motor has to be changed. I was really shocked to hear this, since i have already owned a siemens washing machine(Wm1000) which gave me 10 years of trouble free performance. I purchased bosch for rs30000 after exchanging that machine hoping that this will also last longer. The service persons filled out a form and demanded rs 800 as service charges which i paid after which they told me that i will get a call from the company. But in the service form they have written that the board is in short circuit and want to replace power module. I have attached the form here. Is this the bosch quality of service? Why should i replace a power module at this cost with just one month warranty? I am sure that the problem is not so big as reported by the service persons and they just want to make money.

                                This is with reference to bosch refrigerator.
                                3/11 (March 11th 2016) -the alarm started ringing continuously indicating there is some issue. We called customer service and filed a complaint and turned off the fridge . Ref no. [protected]. We had to make at least 10 - 15 calls to make sure a technician visited our house. The technician couldn't figure out the issue (The alarm stopped temporarily when we turned on) and closed the issue.
                                3/22 - the problem resurfaced and we opened another complaint. This time we realized cooling is not working. Ref no. [protected]. This time again, we made numerous calls, escalated multiple times. After four days someone visited our place. After couple of visits they figured out some components are malfunctioning and need to be replaced.

                                3/29 - opened another ticked ref no. [protected] and promised to get the parts in 2 - 3 days. We called several times to follow-up when no one turned up after three days. Now what we hear is, the part needs to come from germany and will take minimum 7 - 10 days.

                                Issue: lot of food got spoiled in the beginning due to cooling not working. We are with out a refrigerator for more than 10 days. Kids at home. No one seems to care. This is a high end refrigerator and bought it with lot of confidence in bosch company. No one seems to understand what we are going thru. If the parts can't be serviced from india, why are they selling the product in india ? If it takes weeks to repair, something like fridge which is an essential appliance, should they not arrange for an alternative ? Is this not minimum we expect from a world class company like bosch ? I can't even count how many calls we made in last two weeks to service center. So far i do not have any date when it will get repaired.

                                Next steps:
                                I need someone higher up to look in to this issue immediately and investigate service center operational efficiency and customer responsiveness. Want my refrigerator to be repaired asap or at least provide a back up. We can not pull this any further.
                                I plan to write to bosch ceo and make him aware of this issue and impact to the brand image.

                                  The washing machine is under gurantee.have raised a service request as its the third time im getting the error.the service personnel have requested to clean off the filter pipes, to check the water pressure etc.its done and still error was seen.Now hez asking a service charge of Rs 800.So my question is under warranty period what do you people offer free for your customer.if its is something that needs to be added to the machine we can pay for that fitting.I could see this error reported by lots of people and solution was to remove the microswitch.check http://www.fixya.com/support/t1885650-e17_error_code for this.I want my machine to be properly taken care off.Can you do the needful

                                    I have given my Tata Manza Quadrajet car for service in BOSCH Authorized car service centre in Bangalore named Times Motors, K Narayanapura Main Road, Nr Rashtrotthana School, Hegde Nagar, Bangalore-77. I have given my vehicle first time here instead of Tata motor service center since I trusted the name BOSCH. But I got a very bad experience with these people.
                                    Issue:-My car engine light was on, Speedometer was flickering and vehicle showed some missing in slow speed.
                                    My experience with Bosch is as follows.
                                    1. I explained the vehicle issue to a Bosch expert/Manager and the initial comment from him was “This is the least bothered vehicle in India and he doesn’t want to commit on this vehicle”. This is a very insulting and disappointing comment.
                                    2. There was a careless test drive taken by one of the Bosch mechanic, who indeed scratched the vehicle with gate post. The manager did not have a courtesy to say a sorry.
                                    3. There were lot of vague suggestions from them on clutch disk, turbo systems and fuel systems. In fact the clutch was new and replaced from Tata authorized centers very recently.

                                    4. Manager suggested replacing the diesel filter first and checking if the issue resolves. If not replace the entire fuel pump. If the issue still persist, suggested to replace the turbo and clutch systems. Tata Manza is loaded with censor technologies and there were no related warnings for the components he pointed out. We suspected a wrong approach and said the same to him. He shouted at us and said. “You tell me the right approach then”.
                                    5. Since there was a engine warning light on, we asked him the reason of that, indeed the real reason for going to their service centre. He suggested scanning the vehicle through the software.
                                    6. He did not find the option listed for Tata Manza Quadrajet 1.3 Litre engine on the software and was trying with options like Indigo TDI engine, Fiat Linea Multijet, Vista 1.2 Litres.
                                    7. Then he repeated the same comment that this is the least bothered vehicle in India and he doesn’t want to commit on any Tata cars. We recommended them to mention the same on the Bosch service centre board placed outside his service center that they don’t want to allow Tata cars coming in.
                                    8. There was a speed censor error which came up through scanning result when he tried with various car engine options. We were not sure if the software has given a proper output and the warnings related to engine light, as the software itself did not have the option for Manza. He asked us to pay rupees 1200 for the scanning.
                                    9. We refused to pay the bill as we were no happy with the output with different engine options on software. But he forcefully made us to pay the bill. Scanned copy of the same is attached.
                                    10. The very unprofessional experience and I am requesting an action against this as this is ruining the entire Bosch good will.

                                    Bosch washing machine model classixx . Many times gives es indicator during washing at time of 17 to 27 minutes remaining evenafter having water supply and power on.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      We have two cars. We have been using 4 wheelers since 1979. We wished to try Bosch servicing centre keeping the great brand value of Bosch at the back of our mind.

                                      Upon checking the website, we realized that your office (Deccan Car Services, # 1-3-1039, Behind Marriot Hotel, Kavadiguda, Secunderabad - 500 080, Ph:[protected] and Mobile: [protected]) does not appear in your "Bosch Authorized Car Service Centre" list!!

                                      You are requested to take immediate action against the management of this service centre for openly mis-using the "Bosch" company logo. If the above said company is your channel partner or franchisee and the website is not updated, then kindly entertain my following complaint:

                                      Upon the advice of Mr. Mahindra of your workshop, at the above address, who said that the vehicle needs special service at 37, 000 (approximately) KMs. I left the car at the service centre for such service. The initial estimate for such service was given to me was Rs. 6, 500/-. After a couple of hours, over telephone he explained that some parts in the steering system need to be replaced and it is going to cost me extra Rs. 5, 800/- approximately. I agreed to that also. He promised that the vehicle will be ready by the same day evening(Friday).

                                      However, my car was not ready on Friday and I had to go next day and waited till lunch hour when the vehicle was delivered.

                                      While driving back home I noticed that the air conditioning was not effective and I was profusely sweating. The next working day, i.e. Monday (22/02/2016) morning I visited your workshop and complained to Mr. Hari, who assured me that he would look into the problem. After some time, he calls me and says, "sir, the A/C gas got leaked". I asked him, "when the vehicle was given for a service why did you not bring this matter to my knowledge. How come you are reporting this to me, now after receiving my complaint?" He did not have any answer. He asked me to leave the vehicle again for a day since concerned technician had not reported and I should pay Rs.1, 000. I requested him to furnish the Customer Care and other necessary phone numbers with website for lodging a complaint. Then he said that he will discuss the issue with his boss and will get back to me.

                                      Upon returning he said, "sir, you will be dropped home by my employee on motor cycle. The gas for A/c unit will be checked and filled today itself. The vehicle will be delivered to you at your home. He also said the charges are going to be Rs. 1, 000/-". He sent the vehicle to my place with a bill of Rs. 1, 334/- which I paid under protest.

                                      I have following complaints:
                                       When the car was delivered to Bosch, our AC was fully functional. However, when it was delivered back, after the service at BOSCH, AC was NOT cooling.
                                       Upon complaining and visiting your garage second time, wasting my time, effort & energy, I am told by your staff about the gas leakage.
                                       I am charged Rs.1334 by your garage for (gas filling) to RECTIFY THE MISTAKE COMMITTED BY BOSCH’s staff.
                                       I should be reimbursed for the payment and also compensated for my wasted time & effort since the service for which I paid Rs.6500 resulted in the gas leak from AC.
