Dear sir/madam,

This is regarding a service request i placed with bosch after the dishwasher which is only a year and half old broke down.

The service request was placed 3 weeks ago.

8 days into the request after daily follow ups a technician appeared for a visit. (Mr. Rakesh from mysore)

Then he mentioned that he needs to order a part and i`m still waiting for it since 10 days.
The machine was bought to avoid work for elders which is failing since 3 weeks although bosch promises service response with 48 hours.

I have bought new appliances for bosch for a new home trusting the brand which includes a dishwasher, hob, refrigerator and washing machine which are yet to be installed and am now worried looking at the quality of the service and even considering return of the products.

Could you please expedite this request as its pending for too long.

    I have bought a brand new washing machine model # BOSCH WAK20065IN on 15th August 2016 at Reliance Digital, Kakinada, Andhrapradesh. Since two days it is not working properly and does not washing cloths. I have bought your product with so much trust and faith, but within a month your product got damaged.       News paper publication in Mathrubhumi newspaper, Cochin on Sep 13 given by Bosh, offering Free VIP Alfa Trolley Bag with every purchase of washing machine during the onam season is attached for your reference.

      We bought one washing machine.WAK201651N from Fridge House, Cochin during the Onam Season. We have not received the Bag as promised in the Advertisement. When we enquired Fridge House, Cochin about the offer, they informed us that they are not aware about such offer.

      We feel like we have been cheated by Bosch by giving fake offers in newspaper.

      Looking forward for a favourable response.

        I purchased bosch avantixx washing machine was24460in in Sept 2012. It suddenly stopped working now (Sept 2016). Bosch customer care and engineer who visited found that the power module of the machine has failed. The estimate price for the repair is close to rs 15, 000/-.

        This is very ridiculous.
        I think Bosch is looting our money. Our old Samsung washing machine served us for 9 yrs without any problems.
        The only reason for buying bosch is for its superior german quality. They expect that the customers who have so much faith in bosch to bear such high costs of repair which doesn't seem to be right. They are charging unrealistic amount of money for the repair.
        I sincerely suggest all readers and customers to not buy bosch products as they control the spare parts and charge very high premium for them. I genuinely want a reply from bosch and want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

          I gave my toyota innova for dent/paint work only, without informing me changed the brake pads saying that it was fully worn, felt i could trust them.

          A day later a part of my front bumper came off as they had not fixed part securely. I had 2 accidents while braking as the vehicle did not stop within the safe distance.

          Went to the innova service center to check where they sowed me that they have fitted the brake pad without the original shim as the non standard pads were thicker. Now to replace with original pads i need to pay for pads a well as shims.

          This is gross cheating as well as making the vehicle unsafe knowingly.
          Was done by the partner and owner mr. Shiju whn i contacted him now he refused to accept his wrong doing nor agreed to give me/or pay for the removed shims.

          I want them punished and hold them accountable for their willful act of cheating.

            We have purchased a new Bosch fridge model KDN 30VR30I S4 on 23rd Aug 2016 an was installed on 2nd Sep 2016. During demonstration by the technician the fridge lock was found faulty and we requested a new fridge to be installed. So far no proper communication has been made by any one from your company.
            Kindly deliver and install a new piece urgently.

              I took washing machine from Reliance digital hosur main road bangalore on 13.08.16. I had some abnormal noise in the machine while operating and i complained to your toll free number and i received below message but nobody was attempting my complaint till now. They only calling n simply asking few questions and you people wasted my valuable time and rejected complaint also. This is way you treating the customers complaint !!!... And i don't know how i react in future if you do like this..

                  We visited to bangalore bosch office to request for bosch authorized dealership loi in 2014, but they told us to purchase bosch equipments costed rs. 40 lakhs and space required 9000 sq ft land they told us. Then they promised to give loi (Authorized dealership) after that immediately we will purchase all your equipments cost rs. 40 lakhs from bosch. And we have land 9000 sq ft land in horamavu, but your persons not give us the loi and no body will turn up this side, we are call so many times but no improvement now we have 12000 sq feet land and all your equipments with us.

                  Our monthly turnover above 15, 00, 000/-

                  So please give the reason for delay to not given loi (Authorized dealership).

                    I have purchased a washing machine from bosch (eco silence) on[protected]. It is under warranty. Nowadays while spinning I am receiving noise. In this connection twice i have made online complaint through toll free number and some technicians have attended it. But the problem still remains. So on 22-8 2016 i have registered one more complaint. The order number is [protected]. But no one turned up. I have called the toll free number once again on Friday i.e.[protected]. The call center agent has apologized and registered another complaint. But no response. For the standard of Bosch it is unacceptable. Please send technician.                       I bought a aquatec 100+ car washer from an exhibition in chennai 2 years ago.

                      Today i contacted registered service center in bangalore as the suction was not working. I was told by the staff that company stopped producing this model and launched new one. So now i cant get a new gun for my pump
                      I was shocked to hear that. It means i have to spend rs.10, 000 to buy new model. How will your company survive in the market if you don't provide spares to your old customers. If you can't provide service to your old customers, please stop making false claims in your advertisement

                        For some time now I am pursuing the matter of getting personnel from Bosch to call up/visit for installation of my locally purchased new washing machine. I opted to pay a little more to purchase from conventional dealer network instead of online purchase, so that I can avail a better after-sales service. I registered and lodged an installation request no. on[protected] for washing machine purchased on the same day. Thereafter I called up the helpline a number of times and each time was assured of response within 48 hrs, which never happened. A number of e-mails sent regarding the matter evoked the standard response without any action. I even called up twice the number –provided by the shop keeper, belonging to Bosch personnel responsible for the service and he promised to get back the next day and never kept his word. I was informed that the warranty period starts from the date of purchase itself and not from the day of installation, this does not take into account that the appliance is sitting idle for the interim period. Previously, send a query-form in Bosch website –after placing the order, asking if the warranty terms would be violated in case of self installation or taking help from local mechanic, to which there was no response. So presumably, it is very important that the first installation be done by a company certified mechanic; in case the appliance turns out to be “Defective On Arrival” I may face even a bigger challenge to get it certified causing further delay.
                        I opted for Bosch for its world famous reputation, with excellent products and service. It defies logic why an internationally reputed company would take the Indian consumer for granted. Now after 12 days of repeated request and pleading I am convinced that the laid-back attitude of Bosch India team is UNRELIABLE and very likely I have to deal with this problem again in future. The service of Bosch appliances in India is looked after by BSH Home Appliances Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. (http://www.bsh-group.de/laender/india/index.php?149465); so with two companies involved I am not sure whose reputation is at stake. A background check is beyond my scope. Therefore I request that Bosch Home Appliances take immediate measure to address the problem I am facing. My installation was eventually done by Bosch service on[protected], fifteen days after purchase and service request lodged on[protected]. This cost 16 days of my warranty period. The response time may have been the maximum allowed. The caller from BSH service center made it look like standard practice. Apparently there was no effect, even after posting my grievance in public forum and sending a mail -involving a number of consumer helplines. Mr. Mitra of Grahak Suvidha Kendra East Zone [GSKEastzone], and Mr Virmani of State Consumer Helpline Knowledge Resource Management Portal [SCHKRMP] also followed up the matter.

                        Bosch has world class products but is not concerned with after sales service. Bosch Home Appliances did not advertise that their service part is looked after by BSH Household Appliances Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. This would have been helpful in making a more informed choice. The Bosch web portal does not have the feature to upload a copy of Cash-Memo (unlike Samsung) for registering new products. This was collected at the time of installation for registration of warranty.

                        I thank Consumer Complains forum for forwarding my grievance to the concerned party which now stands resolved.

                          Despite repeated calls to the customer care, no body from the company has arrived to install the newly bought fridge (Which has been lying in the packaging since 13th aug., 2016). The members of customer care, including the then attending floor supervisor shiv kumar, just repeat memorised lines and does nothing to help. The system makes fun of the client.

                            Machine bought on 18.2.2016 developed problem on 6.08.2016 and not working. Diagnosed pcb board problem by Bosch engineer and promised to replace with new board within 5 days. Even after 2 weeks nothing has been done. Numerous complaints with[protected] helpline were in futile. Do not make me regret going for Bosch and rectify the problem immediately.

                              Dear sir,

                              I purchased your bosch washing machine by mistake on 6th august 2016 against invoice no. 3005 from neeru electronics, malviya nagar, new delhi 110017.

                              I communicated to your toll free no today twice and requested them to send your service engineer to install my machine. But no body has come to attend my machine for installation. I feel very bad, i bought this product due to renowned organisation in world. I think that was my mistake to make myself over confident to buy your company's product.

                              I requested to your toll free office duty officers and communicate them my presence / availability is must on installation. But they ignored my request to satisfy a valuable customer.

                              You are requested to suggest how i can return your machine which is lying in my house since 7th august 2016, un-installed.

                                Worst service ever, I've been 5 days I'm waiting for my dryer to be installed, everyday they call they are coming to install and never turn up. Worst decision ever buying this appliance. I'm not looking at a brighter future with bosch customer service after it gets installed either. Only God knows when their man will turn up to install, already called up twice in 2 days.

                                  Please don't buy any product from bosch. I was delivered a faulty product and it has been more than a month i am running behind them. No sense of customer service. A bunch of nonsenses. They will be soon out of business. I have been calling them everyday. After waiting for 2 weeks i was informs that they ordered the wrong parts. They must be joking. When 2 so called engineers came to see what is wrong they only went back to order the wrong parts. Is this an excuse. I want to get rid of this crap freeze. Can somebody advise?

                                    Hey i bought a washing machine in 2015, not even 1 year old. There is a issue where we already complained several times to customer care, but the technician is asking money. He is saying he will only visit the house if he is paid. Bosch is having worst service. I have been calling them from 7 days. Either customer care is responding to it nor technicians.

                                      I purchased bosch avantixx washing machine was24460in in 2012. It suddenly stopped working and the washing machine went completely dead (July 2016). I called the bosch customer care and engineer who visited found that the power module of the machine has failed. The estimate price for the repair is close to rs 15, 000/-. This is a very big amount to pay for the power module. These parts are not available in the market and bosch is looting our money. Our old lg washing machine served us for 11 yrs without any problems. The only reason for buying bosch is for its superior german quality. They expect that the customers who have so much faith in bosch to bear such high costs of repair which doesn't seem to be right. They are charging unrealistic amount of money for the repair.
                                      I would suggest other customers to not buy bosch products as they control the spare parts and charge very high premium for them. I genuinely want a reply from bosch and want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

                                      Firstly, thank you for responding back to me in regards to my complaint.

                                      I got a call from your service personnel in regard to the complaint offering to replace the PCB under Rs 9000/- . I've accepted the quote and he replied he will send some one in 1 or 2 days to replace it. I've waited for a couple of days and called them back at BSH Home Appliances Service Center[protected]. They pulled my account info and replied they have no clue what i'am talking about and who had called me from their office. I've waited until now hoping to hear from someone but nothing so far. It had been over a month without my washing machine. Please look into the issue asap and resolve this for me and make my Bosch working again.

                                      Bosch is having poor durability of power module. It's gone in just 2 years 15 days and got the 10K quote for same replacement. I feel there is some homologous issue. This part is not considered for Indian electricity environment. This is the reason I see nos of such complaint from other people.
