I bought my machine on 30/10/13, serial no.[protected], er no. wag14060in/4. the waranty expired on 29/10/15. two months after the waranty expired the machine stopped working. we called the company mechanic and he came and checked the machine. he then said that the electric digital board no more works and we have to get a new one. he then said that the board would cost rs.8000. i was quite shocked because this machine, this electric board, is supposed to last long and to replace it would cost a large amount. so i told the mechanic that i would have to think about it. he also said that the electric board would not have a waranty. so that means that if it breaks down after two months of installation nothing could be done about it. this is quite disappointing. now it is july and i decided to get, order, the new electric board. so i called the same mechanic and said that i would have a new electric board put in the machine and would pay for it when i see that the machine is working. now he says that the electric board would cost rs.10, 000! this is very unfair. but he agreed that if it works and we see it working then he will take the money. why does a good, or supposedly good, company make it so difficult for their customers who trust in them. now i am not able to contact the mechanic. please tell me what i can do in fairness. i am obliged to tell my friends, and others have told me the same, that it is better to buy an lg or ifb without these digital gadgets.

Please note that my refrigerator is not cooling to the desired extent .
Also, the service engineer has visited the location & ensured to get in done but ever since then we are continuously following up with the customer care from almost a month.
Please look into it on priority.
