Sad that the customer service guys are helpless to repair the machine. it was "diagnosed" as "mother board faulty + harness broken". for fixing this, they are asking more than the price of the fresh one to get it repaired. this can't true for a product from Bosch !

    I had purchased a bosch washing machine last month . The machine happens stop all of a sudden showing an error . i.e ERROR-E17 . On reading the user manual i got to know that it indicated low water pressure . But in my case the water pressure is good and there is no problem with the filter . I had tried contacting your customer care, but the response was poor . I even contacted the person who had installed the machine, it's been 12 hrs and still he hasn't attended our complaint . This is the reason why i thought of directly contacting your online customer care . waiting for response...

      My machine was throwing E17 quite often and there was noise (like water/air sucking) before this error appears. I called the customer care and informed them about the extended warranty (product purchased at Vivek with extended warranty of Rs.800) and the issue that I am encountering with. The lady who talked me said that I might incur some cost to the service person. I was surprised to hear that and I told quite clearly that I will not pay a single penny when I am in warranty (Vivek's extended warranty). She then took the complaint.
      And today (Nov 11), the service person called me and asked if I have warranty and I said 'Yes'. But after he came and looked into the issue and described about the possible scenarios of the issue and enquired about my warranty details. After hearing that I am extended warranty purchased from Vivek, I was asked to pay Rs.800. I said I will not and he asked me to pay get it reimbursed from Vivek. Why the heck should I follow it??? I was very stubborn that I will not pay for this and he called his manager or someone and asked me to talk to him. That guy was very rude and threatened me that they black mark this and next they will do service unless I pay this Rs.800. I am honestly dissatisfied with the way they responded. If there is no proper understanding with the dealers, why should customer pay for the consequences???
      Though Bosch products are good, I wonder if I can recommend their products for others, due to this issue created by service people.
      If there could be a resolution, I would suggest Bosch have a proper understanding with Viveks (for that matter any dealers) before issuing extended warranty to the customers.

      A technician was sent to diagnose the issue. He did some checks and took a sensor (sensor placed where the water flows in) and did something and re-fitted it. Then, he asked me to block the water flow from tap, once the wash is over.
      After he left, I used the machine and still it was throwing the same issue. Also, the machine was filled with water, as the sensor was not working (not blocking the water flow), which was not the case earlier. I called him the next day and he said that the sensor has to be replaced.
      I was charged Rs. 800 for service and Rs.1900 for the sensor too. Even after replacing the new sensor, the same issue was still coming up. I called him (Rakshith) and informed about the same. He asked me to talk to his senior manager (Krishna). I spoke to him and he sent some senior technician (Vignesh). He checked and said that it is due to scaling in the water tray (placed above the detergent tray), which is blocking the water flow. He asked me to pay extra Rs.800 as cleaning of trays are not part of their work and it has to be dealt separately or I should replace the complete tray if I didn't want to pay Rs.800 for the cleaning.
      I then spoke to Krishna about the sensor which was replaced for no reason and I told him that it was an incorrect diagnosis from the technician's end and I had to pay Rs.1900 and now I am asked to pay extra Rs.800 for cleaning the tray? We then had some argument and he said he will ask Vignesh to clean the tray for no charge.
      However, I don't understand why I had to pay for Rs.1900 and even extra Rs.800 for cleaning, which ideally should have been the part of service???
      How much should I have to keep paying for the incorrect diagnosis and services???
      If Bosch service centers can't assist us for buying Bosch products, what else are we supposed to do???

        I have purchase the washing machine on 05.07.2016 (WM20168IN), now it has been observed that rusting at detergent tray and bottom of the machine after two years.I have raised the complaint on 28.10.206, technical person came and took the photos and supposed to inform to the concern department.Till now there is no response.I the washing machine rusted in two years means i have to scrap the machine next year.
        How the Bosch people designed this ? this is purely design and manufacturing problem.Hope that technical people will resolve the issue.

          I purchased BOSCH washing machine with model number WAK24168IN/01 on 26th Aug 2015. Now boot gasket has destroyed and lasy week service technician inspects and said it is not covered under warranty. This wear and tear happened due to sub standard material used in the washing machine. I have already mailed the pics to customer service, but response is same" not covered under warranty".

          I think i have made a mistake buying this brand, LG and cheaper brands are better which dont give any issues for years.

          Looking for a favourable response on this.

            Purchase machine on 28th Oct & was delivered to me on 29th Oct'16. After 8 days machine is not installed.
            Yesterday waited whole day for service person to come & install. Person came at 7 pm unable to install due to non availability of accesories, promise us to come back at 9.30 am on 5th Nov'16. Its now 12 noon, the service person is not here for installation.
            Fed up with the poor service.
            Pl take the machine back & refund our money.

              I purchased bosch ref. Dt 4.5.16. Sales from hari om retail. Our refrigeration
              Bottle stand has broken, first company says in garrenty we will change free of cost but after several complaint thay says its charge able for rs 200. We say ok pl change than they say this trey comes from germany wait.

              Bought a front load 6.5 kg washing machine on 4th october broke down on 5 november iam calling continuously at customer care for repair they always escalate but no response engineer dont response waiting from last 7 days for the part that is some circuit, very poor service bad experience . wont recomment bosch to anyone.

                  Hello,
                  I had purchased a bosch washing machine some 3 years ago. As company is the top brand in household electronic appliances i didn't went for other brands. It worked average till now but a month before it unusually stopped working, which was not expected. We called for customer care and they provided an engineer who charged us rs 800 for visit and told us that it would charge rs 10500 for repairing and that too with only 3 months guarantee. Bosch being a topmost company in washing machines, which is claimed itself by the company, this was not expected. Machine is used very carefully and one handed.
                  Breaking down of washing machine was really not expected. I simply want to get to know that is this the quality provided by the so claimed topmost company, that a washing machine stopped working only in 3 years. Other company products give 10 years warranty. And is really this much high price for it's repairing?
                  I am very much disappointed by bosch and will recommend all my colleagues and relatives not to buy bosch products.
                  It is very shameful of bosch that this quality products are been manufactured.

                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                    I am Varun Kumar Jindal, registered mobile no. +91-[protected].

                    This is regarding my newly purchased front load washing machine.

                    I registered request for Demo and installation with request no.[protected] on dated 15th Oct 2016. Bosch executive visited and installed the machine, but unable to run the machine. He left on excuse some problem in door locking. Someone from Head office will come to check the issue and replace.

                    We waited for 3-4 days, but no one reverted back. I tried to call at head office, but no one picked the call. I again called customer care and registered complaint once again with request no.[protected], dated 21st Oct 2016. Bosch executive visited after 3 days of registering complaint. This person said, issue is not in door, but in senser or panel. He will send someone from head office to check and replace the full machine if possible.

                    He also said, we are not supposed to complaint again or to contact any other person, someone will come to resolve the issue.

                    Its been again another 3 days, no one reverted. If we are trying to call same person, he is not taking our call. I tried to call at head office, no once taking my call.

                    Its been more than 2 - 3 weeks, I am unable to use my newly purchased Bosch machine.

                    Finally, today again I registered complaint once again with complaint id[protected] dated 27th Oct 2016, but I am feeling again that sam eprocess may get repeat. complaint will appoint to some one in circle, he will come and give another reason and leave after saying, someone will come from head office to check and replace the product, but I don't know how busy this head office person and who is that person who have authority to come, check and replace the product.

                    I request someone senior or any person from head office who was supposed to come to correct the issue, Please come and resolve the issue.

                    I thought and heard bosch having good service in retail, but my experience is really bad at this moment.

                    Its been 3 weeks, I am unable to use my newly bought machine.

                    I request once again to take this issue on priority and replace my product.

This is highle insane and heck of services. Greatly disappointed by the clumsy services. Unfortunately we have 5 bosch machines... And this is getting insane now.                         Machine broke down on 12th october, 2016. Lodged complaint using toll free on 13th october. Reminded on 14th oct. Service rep visited on 15th oct. Diagnosed and informed that invoice details will be required. He confirmed that he will visit on 17th oct with part required.

                        On 17th oct, on follow up, he informed that part is not in stock. No further information was provided.

                        I am unable to figure out, how to expedite hence using this medium of communication.

                        I expect restoration today. I would otherwise request company to take back the product.

                          Bosch engineer came to repair our fridge. Replaced the motherboard stating original one gone bad and charged us 2500 for the motherboard + 300 as service charges. Upon asking for the receipt he said he will send digital copy. It's been 2 weeks and he hasn't provided the bill yet. We aren't sure if the part replaced was genuine and new and whether it was required. Engineer name is Jerold from Bangalore and his contact number is [protected].

                          Washing machine water pipe gone. Not able to wash clothes. Please send some one repair. I am not able to fix the same. And also I have complaint about using.

                            Donot send your car for servicing to them. BIG CHEATERS. Gave my car on 8th Oct morning for basic servicing to be done and given back by 8th evening, after followingup regularly, they didnt give me an estimate. Till 9PM 8th oct they didnt give the estimate and didnt even work on car. On 9th morning, they gave me a ridiculous estimate. They told me 5 l engine oil. Capacity of my car engine oil is 3 litres. Brake shoes, wipers, etc... they were giving ridiculous prices. Indicator bulb, seals, parts etc when while checking and giving the car all was working. Estimate given 14k When I have asked them to return the car, they were abusive and till now 9th Oct afternoon, have not yet got the car. Seriously they are biggest cheaters, they rip the customers. Suggest me what actions can be taken against them. Dont they understand, that a person knows the pricing when they have been serving their cars regularly. DO NOT SEND UR CARS FOR SERVICING TO THEM

                              Your company people 1st said "for online products we didn't give free installation and charge is rs.800/-".
                              After rising complaint, again they (Branch manager[protected] said "the distance between our branch to your home is 55km thats why we didn't give free installation".
                              Again raising to your company customer care people said"free installation is upto 50km only".
                              But your branch to our home distance is only 41km. I already rise the complaint with online amazon also.
                              The (Rajahmundry-andhrapradesh [protected], [protected]) branch people simply asking money for free instalation. Again the (Hyderabad-telangana[protected] branch manager supporting rajhamundry branch for chargeble installation.
                              I don't know these people have knowledge about google maps and all for checking distances.

                              Dear bosch team,

                              Now a days your products are slowly moving into villages also. But your people are asking or demanding money for these free installation and all. People are scared about your products. Please recommend knowledgeable persons into your branches. Don't encourage these type of persons otherwise if you (Bosch company) want money please mention in it like product charge+installation charge extra.. We are middle class people, that's why every rupee is important to us.

                                Dear all,

                                I am an extremely disgruntled and dis-satisfied customer of bosch india. I purchased a bottom freezer model kgn57ai501/2014, 505l two months back from vijay sales in gurgaon.

                                Fridge has two problems
                                1. There is always water collection in the vegetables basket spoiling all my vegetables
                                2. The overall cooling is less even when set at the minimum temperature, resulting in ice cream, at best being semi solid.

                                Have raised complaints twice and each time the bosch guy just says to either move the air flow lever over the basket either to the left or right. It does not solve the problem. I cant be expected to file a third complaint for the same problem that still goes unsolved.

                                I demand a replacement unit with immediate effect, failing which, i have no other option but to go to the consumer courts. Please take 3 working days to solve this, failing which, i would do as suggested above, as you would have left me with no other option by then

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  This is regarding a service request i placed with bosch after the dishwasher which is only a year and half old broke down.

                                  The service request was placed 3 weeks ago.

                                  8 days into the request after daily follow ups a technician appeared for a visit. (Mr. Rakesh from mysore)

                                  Then he mentioned that he needs to order a part and i`m still waiting for it since 10 days.
                                  The machine was bought to avoid work for elders which is failing since 3 weeks although bosch promises service response with 48 hours.

                                  I have bought new appliances for bosch for a new home trusting the brand which includes a dishwasher, hob, refrigerator and washing machine which are yet to be installed and am now worried looking at the quality of the service and even considering return of the products.

                                  Could you please expedite this request as its pending for too long.

Since two days it is not working properly and does not washing cloths. I have bought your product with so much trust and faith, but within a month your product got damaged. I have called your local service provide several times, the response was very poor.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      News paper publication in Mathrubhumi newspaper, Cochin on Sep 13 given by Bosh, offering Free VIP Alfa Trolley Bag with every purchase of washing machine during the onam season is attached for your reference.

                                      We bought one washing machine.WAK201651N from Fridge House, Cochin during the Onam Season. We have not received the Bag as promised in the Advertisement. When we enquired Fridge House, Cochin about the offer, they informed us that they are not aware about such offer.

                                      We feel like we have been cheated by Bosch by giving fake offers in newspaper.

                                      Looking forward for a favourable response.

                                        I purchased bosch avantixx washing machine was24460in in Sept 2012. It suddenly stopped working now (Sept 2016). Bosch customer care and engineer who visited found that the power module of the machine has failed. The estimate price for the repair is close to rs 15, 000/-.

                                        This is very ridiculous.
                                        I think Bosch is looting our money. Our old Samsung washing machine served us for 9 yrs without any problems.
                                        The only reason for buying bosch is for its superior german quality. They expect that the customers who have so much faith in bosch to bear such high costs of repair which doesn't seem to be right. They are charging unrealistic amount of money for the repair.
                                        I sincerely suggest all readers and customers to not buy bosch products as they control the spare parts and charge very high premium for them. I genuinely want a reply from bosch and want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
