We bought a Bosch washing machine (Maxx) on recommendation from an electrical retailer who claimed Bosch washers are excellent- and later found out this is the UNDERSTATEMENT OF THE CENTURY!
We were very dissatisfied from day 1 - the machine took too long for a normal wash cycle- about 2 hours, furthermore - the washed fabrics came out smelly and full of detergent residues.
This was brought to the attention of BSH Malaysia- their technician (Mr Lee and Mr Tan) were initially very reluctant to even come to inspect the machine, despite the fact that the machine was new and still under warranty. After many phone calls, and calls to the country Manager, Mr Herbert, they reluctantly came to inspect and eventually took the machine back to the factory for repair. Alas, when the machine came back, it did not perform any better.
We then request Mr Herbert to exchange the machine, which he even had the gut to refuse outright (This is terrible customer service and LOOKS LIKE BOSCH HAVE NO WISH FOR ANY REPEAT CUSTOMERS- guess they are banking on advertising to trap unaware consumers). After many phone calls and even trips made to see him personally, he offered to take back the machine at 1/3 the cost in exchange for another machine of the higher range (price offered was 20% higher than retail price at the shop)- we naturally turned down this RIP OFF offer!
Never will we buy another Bosch Machine again - don't ever believe what they advertise.

    Hi all,

    I gave my FORD for service to the BOSCH authorised service centre Rams Automotive K 12 Ambattur industrial estate Chennai.

    General service is 4500 rs
    coverage : all oil change , filter change , Fuel injector cleaning , Scanning .

    When i gave the car it was in perfect shape and when i went to collect my car i was changed 7500 rs ....
    and none of the work was done exept oil change and filter change , the car was not sericed properly and more over when they gave me the car back they informed that the engine is half dead !!!!! how can the engine be half dead when i gave it alive for service , after i came back i found none of the work as properly done and i made few changes and adjustments at HOME and my car is back to normal ..... pls help me i want these ppl to pay for what they did ,... more over the service advisors spoke to me as if iam a beggar asking for money,... these guys took my money for the undone work ,,, and they are shouting at us when we went to get the delivery of the care.... i want to sue them pls help me

      I HAVE PURCHASED DRILL M/C GSR 7.2-2V ON DT: 29.10.07 UNFORTUNATELY THE CHECK OF THE MC STUCKED AND REST OF FUNCTIONS ARE WORKING PROPERLY. I HAVE GIVEN THE M/C FOR REPAIR TO YOUR AUTHORISED DEALER RAIPUR MACHINE TOOLS KK ROAD, MOUDHAPARA, RAIPUR, DT: 25.04.09. STILL NOW THEY WOULD N’T REPAIR IT AND ALSO NOT RESPONDING THE PROGRESS. THEY SAID THE UNIT OF MC SHOULD BE REPLACED AND BOSCH COMPANY IS NOT SUPPLYING THE REQUIRED PARTS.
      AT PRESENT WE HAVE 10 NO OF YOUR COMPANY PRODUCTS. WHEN WE PURCHASED YOUR WORLD CLASS PRODUCT WE NEVER THINK THAT YOUR COMPANY IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES. AFTER THIS PROBLEM, I LOOSE CONFIDENCE ON BOSCH POWER TOOLS PRODUCTS. I HOPE YOU LOOK IN TO THE MATTER AND RECTIFY THE PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

        Sub : Repairing to Hammer Drill GBHZ 26E, Make BOSCH, Serial No.[protected] purchased from your Authorised Dealer M/s. Rambo Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., X01, Loha Mandi, Naraina, New Delhi-110028 vide their Invoice Book No.78 Serial No.3875 dated 22/10/2008 for Rs.9, 880/-.

        Dear Sir,

        Please refer to your mail dated April 20, 2009 in response to my mail dated April 17, 2009 on the above subject.

        In this connection I would like to inform you that since I had not received any reply from your side immediately and I was losing business due to failure of my above hammer drill, without waiting for your reply, I approached your dealer M/s. Rambo Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi and deposited the machine for repair under Guarantee vide their Job Receipt No.3316 dated 18th April, 2009, well before the expiry of the Guarantee period.

        On my enquiry on 21st April, 2009 the above said dealer informed me that my machine has been repaired and I can take the delivery after paying Rs.500/- towards cost of the parts. I was shocked and surprised to hear from the dealer that he has been demanding the cost of parts of machine which is very much under Guarantee. In spite of my clear explanation about the Guarantee conditions as stipulated in your Guarantee Card and my requests, the dealer refused to waive of the cost of the parts of Rs.500/- charged and refused to deliver the Hammer Drill machine.

        In the meantime, I received your reply vide your mail dated 21st April, 2009 and I accordingly contacted your Service Engineer - Mr. Sanjay Kumar also and explained to him the dealer’s attitude as mentioned above. However, Mr. Sanjay was not much of help to sort out the issue with the dealer and the dealer has refused to deliver the machine to me without payment of Rs.500/- charged unilaterally.

        In the light of the above, I would request you to kindly intervene in the matter and instruct your dealer to deliver my Hammer Drilling machine immediately without any charges to avoid further loss of my business, for which you may have to take the responsibility.

        This complaint is not true, the warranty for 6 months is against the manufacturing Defects and Rs 500 were charged for consumable parts.

        fake mail on my email

        Email has come on email id which waz fake...he said to give 4000rs as security and return in first salary...they waz fake so guyz beware by this trap

          Dear Sir,
          I have lost my card which i have taken before one and half year and i dont remember my pan card number also.I tried to get my pan card number in a site by giving my name and date of birth.But it is showing a message like no entry found.Please let me know how to find my pan card number which is very neede for me now.

            On 22nd October, 2008 I purchased one Hammer Drill GBH 2-26 E Make BOSCH bearing S.No.[protected] from your Authorised Dealer M/s. Rambo Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., X-1, Loha Mandi Naraina, New Delhi 1100028, Ph.[protected], Mobile No. [protected] vide Cash Memo Book No.78, Serial No.3875 dated 22/10/08.

            As per Your Guarantee Card it has six months guarantee, and from the last 15 days your dealer kept my drill machine which was not working and today he returned the same saying this it cannot be repaired/replaced now as its guarantee is almost expired it is not practically possible to send it now for repair. I failed to understand your dealers behaviour with the customer and I am stunned to hear his reply for not accepting the drill machine which is still under guarantee. It will be grave nature of breach of trust and unethical and illegal act of your liability towards your customers.

            I would request your to kindly get my machine reparied/replace immediately otherwise I willl seek assistance under consumer forum. Due to the delay in providing the service my work is suffering a lot and I am facing problem without the drill machine.

            If you will not here your customers grievance It will hamper on your reputation and your customer will move towards other manufacturers of DRILL MACHINES.

            I hope you will sincerely hear my complaint and expect from you an early solution of my grievance to maintain the serenity of good eithics albiet your dealer is polluting the root of dealer and customers relations.

            I HOPE TO GET MY DRILL MACHINE REPARIED/REPLACED IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY.

              Transfer of Annuity Docket No. : 061M[protected] - Fredrick Fernandez.
              This has reference to transfer of the above to the Zonal office at Jeevan Prakash 5/9/21, Secretariat Road Hyderabad on the issue of the annuity amount effective 01.06.2008.

              As I have not received any information nor the non receipt of the payment/cheque, kindly confirm on the above immediately.
