Did not received my warranty card yet after 3 month of buying washing machine. Customer Care of Bosch is disparaging and irritating.
I don't know what on Earth gives them idea of not providing Warranty Card even after installation of machine. I almost called 20 time ...everytime i explained them and left the call with assurance that i will receive the card in a week. now they excuse that they dont have stock of warranty card....

I purchased BOSH washing machine from Mordern Electronix, Domlur, Bangalore on 11-Nov-2011. Pleasant purchasing experience from dealer. Dealer conveyed me that technicians from BOSCH will come to your house next day 12-Nov (Saturday). But no body from BOSCH turned out.

We bought a Bosch washing machine (Maxx) on recommendation from an electrical retailer who claimed Bosch washers are excellent- and later found out this is the UNDERSTATEMENT OF THE CENTURY!

Hi all,

I gave my FORD for service to the BOSCH authorised service centre Rams Automotive K 12 Ambattur industrial estate Chennai.

General service is 4500 rs
coverage : all oil change , filter change , Fuel injector cleaning , Scanning .

When i gave the car it was in perfect shape and when i went to collect my car i was changed 7500 rs ....
and none of the work was done exept oil...
