I bought two Boult Audio Airbass Truebuds, one on 8th August, 2021 and the second one on 28th September, 2021. I am disappointed by the quality of products as not even half a year had passed and they already started to show malfunctions since last year's December, i.e., December 2021.
Since then, I've been calling customer care service and help desk a lot of times but they always keep me on the hook and never respond back. It's really disappointing and disheartening from a team like yours.
I have been known how good Boult's products are and that's the reason i bought the Airbass Truebuds. But, since December 2021, the right ear of both the Truebuds started to malfunction. The problems i faced are listed below:
(1) The volume coming from the right earbuds is low, i can't even increase it whatever i do.
(2) I can't even play, pause, or skip the song using the right earbuds. That means, the touch isn't functioning properly in both the right earbuds.
(3) The right earbud also gets disconnected automatically while listening to songs.
In short, the right earbuds are not functional. Please take this as a primary concern and act upon this quickly, or I'll be taking this to social media.
