    I ordered a Bluetooth headset on 22nd of june and company claims that it will dispatch in mex 48hrs, but it dispatched on 27th june after regular complaints in coustom support. Now I want to cancel my order because it will deliver too late after whome i want to gift leave the town and they said that there's no cancellation policy available to cancel my order. It means once I paid money they are free to deliver product any time.

        The Bluetooth connection is not good now and the volume is very low the product is not setisfying me by the sound and there is no bass

            Sir,
            A few points I want to bring to your notice and further necessary action:-
            1. I have purchased one head phone from your company. During use I noticed that sound problem in left side of ear phone. I registered a complaint whose ID is 0050564 dated 10 May 22 and I returned the item for further action.
            2 I got my item after someday. I was using the head phone and I again noticed button issue and charging pin issue. I again registered a complaint whose ID is 00518229 of 28 May 22. I dispatched the item to you for repair. After repair I got back my item.
            3. During use I noticed same problem as it was in second time. I again called and lodged a complaint. Complaint ID is 00518229. Your Rep told Item will be changed with new one.
            4. After receipt I came to know that same item was returned without any repair.
            5. I purchase Item from a reputed company but my money, time and energy is fully wasted and also I am tensed due to no action taken from your side.
            6. Customer care is not responding properly. Kindly look into matter and resolve my issue at the earliest.
            7. Customer care said item will replace but item is not replaced. I have receive damage item and also product packaging issue. Then I call customer care then customer care said item is replaced. Your company as committed fraud.
            8. Company is not helping.

                  I have recently brought Boult Audio Air Bass Q10 Bluetooth ear buds through amazon. I purchased it 2 months ago with warrenty and I rarely used them.Few days ago I have noticed that the audio quality got decreased.And Now, I'm not able to hear anything from the right ear bud. The audio from the right ear bud is very low. This is totally unacceptable. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                    I have bought this earphone from Amazon on 02.03.2022 but now the product is getting charged . I have call to your BoultAudio Helpline number as they have said that you have email your product image as well invoice of your product purchasing .

                    The power port is broken when I plugin to my android charger.
                    I have courier my product to your service center at New Delhi 110052 and according to courier status, it has been delivered to you at New Delhi Exotic Mile Private Ltd.

                              Good afternoon,
                              I bought two Boult Audio Airbass Truebuds, one on 8th August, 2021 and the second one on 28th September, 2021. I am disappointed by the quality of products as not even half a year had passed and they already started to show malfunctions since last year's December, i.e., December 2021.

                              Since then, I've been calling customer care service and help desk a lot of times but they always keep me on the hook and never respond back. It's really disappointing and disheartening from a team like yours.

                              I have been known how good Boult's products are and that's the reason i bought the Airbass Truebuds. But, since December 2021, the right ear of both the Truebuds started to malfunction. The problems i faced are listed below:

                              (1) The volume coming from the right earbuds is low, i can't even increase it whatever i do.

                              (2) I can't even play, pause, or skip the song using the right earbuds. That means, the touch isn't functioning properly in both the right earbuds.

                              (3) The right earbud also gets disconnected automatically while listening to songs.

                              In short, the right earbuds are not functional. Please take this as a primary concern and act upon this quickly, or I'll be taking this to social media.

                              The invoices of both the purchases are attached.

                                    we have Placed an order Z charge Bluetooth headphones on 12 may 2022 Pre paid .There was no response from the team in any progress but after we enquired them them they packed the product.
                                    and last update we got Regarding Shipping was on 18 may afterwards no any progress in the product . We complaint to the shipping company but they asked us to enquire with the seller we sent emails, chat requests to which nobody responds.
