I have a gift for a friend from nashik

I have boult airbass y1 wireless earphones.
It is under warranty .
I haven't used it much, around 25-30 hours .

Its one side is not pairing (left side), the right side is working perfectly .
I have even reset my phone, and tried to connect to multiple devices also .
But the same issue arises ....

I have faced issue in ZCharge Bluetooth Headphone from boult audio. I have requested to resolve 4 issues. They solved only one issue and resent the product. I requested through email regarding this issue. They didn't respond....

I have ordered and claimed to return back on Amazon on 31st March 2022. But the Amazon has not responded until now the tracking shows attempting to do but it has not yet done. in the details it shows they have done return. Until now nobody has responded to this return orders at doorstep. i feel very offended. Sold by Appario Retail Pvt ltd...

On off switch isn't working please help me to claim my warranty I ordered this product on 16/03/2022 .

But i am very angry to say that one of the speaker is not working of my earphone.

So, as it comes under 1year warranty and being a valuable boult customer i want the replacement of my earphone as soon as possible....

When the earphones is plug in there is a noise in background...

But i am very angry to say that one of the speaker is not working of my earphone.

So, as it comes under 1year warranty and being a valuable boult customer i want the replacement of my earphone as soon as possible....

Dear sir i just got bolt wireless earphone sometime back which is still under warranty but now it is not working at all its both side stopped working,
So please either get it repaired or get it replaced...
