I bought a Headphone Thunder from boult audio and it was delivered on 23rd August. My order ID is - BAD2CN[protected].When I opened it, It seems that it was replaced by someone, it was not sealed from inner side. I called to the customer care but they did not respond well. I want to get the refund or the original piece to be delivered to me because if I have paid amount, I have the right to get my product in perfect condition. I mailed also, but no reply from their support team. This is cheating. I want my money back. I already shared the video also of the product.
