        My Earbud charging slot of right side does not give power to my right earbud basically it's not charging.. Everything looks good and fine but what happened... It's not noticeable... Right side earbud is good maybe the charging box have some issue.. ☺

          I've sent my product to the warehouse where they just changed my product and sent me a fake video. And after telling the customer care everything, they didn't even replied me politely they didn't resolved the problem.. everytime they just ignore my problem I need a strict actions against them . I'VE everything recorded with me .

              I have multiple technical issues in my earbuds, due to lack of service centre, i had send my product to Boult audio service centre by courier on my money. When product reached i received email that product is damage and we are sending it back without repair.
              This is the Boult audio service centre who mishandled my earbuds
              This is mishandling of Boult audio as i have video of packing and product is file. I also received unboxing video from Boult however that was invalid as i had put 4 seals on my box and while recording unboxing video that seal was already broken.
              In unboxing video it seems the person opening the box already knows that case was broken from the manner he removed the cap

              Points: Pics attached

              1. it’s not shown that package was not tampered from anywhere else... Where these staplers came from? Seems it's already Opened below the staples or from somewhere else

              2. While packing i had put tape on all the four sides and while opening he opened the box without removing that tape means he has already opened this box before this video

              3. From video properties and your file name of opening the package seems this video was recorded just sometime before my call and after my last email

              Employee are the face of organization and Boult employees are following these practices. I'm very much disappointed

              I had purchased that product in Sep'2021 and company is denying to provide warranty as its already in warranty. Its more than 7 days now and product is still with company. I want my product in fine condition

                  Hello sir,

                  I ordered airpod X1 from Boult Audio website ( order number - BAD2CN[protected] . on 17th August 2022 and paid the full amount via my debit card, which was expected to deliver to me on 21st August 2022. But to date, the product did not arrive and every day only the status of my order shows that the product is out for delivery.
                  I have called your customer care of Boult Audio company many times but they are not responding.
                  I want to cancel my order and ask for a refund of my money but the support system telling me that the company doesn't have a policy to refund the amount in case of no delivery of a product issue.
                  Please help me with this issue by either delivering my product or refunding my money as soon as possible.

                    I bought a Headphone Thunder from boult audio and it was delivered on 23rd August. My order ID is - BAD2CN[protected].When I opened it, It seems that it was replaced by someone, it was not sealed from inner side. I called to the customer care but they did not respond well. I want to get the refund or the original piece to be delivered to me because if I have paid amount, I have the right to get my product in perfect condition. I mailed also, but no reply from their support team. This is cheating. I want my money back. I already shared the video also of the product.

                        The product was given to the service centre for repair however the product was never received. It's been more than 2 months and after lodging complaint to the company about the same to the service centre as well as emails and twitter but no help was seen. Please review the concern and get back with the update of the product asap

                          I was facing issue with my soul-pods which has been sent for repair to Delhi location even boult audio replied with tracking details of ship rocket refer AWB #[protected] but product never came to me. After several escalations no response from customer service (called and emailed). This morning I received a message as attached. Its a mumbai location delivery address showing on different name but used my contact number.

                          I need my product back to me as I provided hyd, 500027 address.

                                I bought a boult audio buds on Amazon. It worked properly at first but after some days one of my bud (left bud) is not working properly and not getting charged. So i request you to solve my buds problem as much fast as you can .

                                        Hello sir My name is Vaibhav Bhaldand. I sent my bluetooth to service center on 21st July 2022 for repair. Till now my product has not come out for return. When I call customer care he says That your product will be shipped soon. It has been told by the company that the return will be given in 5 days after receiving the product. In such a situation, it is the company's fault, for this I have to complain to the district consumer care. Thanks for the help
