Received empty box at delivery

Worst service everrr
Recieved my delivery after 1 months of continous calling them then finallly was very happpy to get the delevery
Then during unboxing i found ghat my box was empty i even complaint aurt it and even provided unboxing video thet said that its ur mistatke and also the video is invalid

Boult Audio Probass Curve/Incorrect Information Provided

I had purchased a Boult Audio Probass Curve and after a month the charger of the headphones stopped working. I raised a complaint in customer support executive and on the first call they guided me with incorrect information that the accessories will be replaced as it has 6months warranty on it. Boult audio propods warranty claim issue

I was a regular customer of boult audio products for the last couple of years. The worst service ever a brand got . And worst customer service. Last time i bought a earbuds ( propods) through amazon and after 1 month o[censored]se the charging case started drains fastly and not lasting like the company demands. Then the left ear bud started drains fastly within minutes. 1 or 2 minutes then the left bud battery draining out and getting off automatically....
