My one side Boult ear pod is not working . I have bought it on
June-4-2022 from flip kart. I have tried to raise service ticket it is also not working. I am also sent the mail to service & complaint IDs . But i am not getting any response from them.

Need to check and service my one side ( Right ) Side ear buds .

I have ordered boult aibass y1 but I received different brand i.e dizo. I have raised return request but my request get rejected it's my last day of flipkart return policy pls help me

Boult Audio Bluetooth is not working i buy this earphone 25-july from Amazon 2-3 days working proper after it is not working i want to return this product my contact number is [protected].

Hello I brought boult earphone 6 months ago but the issue started 1 month ago the issue is that on one side of the earphone some paper-like cover is removed and getting me shocked every time when I plug in my ear That is why I use another side of the earphone which is normal but please fix this issue if you have any doubt please get in touch with me I have warranty card also

Right side ear bud not working completely and not connected with any device... So kindly suggest what can I do now... And my ear buds in under warranty also so kindly process my complete ASAP..

The product i received in replace is white in colour where as the one i have bought was black in colour. Even though the colour miss match would have been accepted if the product was working fine, but on a contrary i have received a faulty products and in addition to it the left pod is not even fitting in the charging case. How bizarre it is to received a product after almost a month long wait, whereby i was told by customer care that my product is repaired and kept for testing and when i receive my pods, they were not even black rather white in colour. How did the repaired product came with different colour?
Now talking abt the product itself, it is not even working average. The moment it gets connected to the phone, it continuously beeps and keeps on connecting google assistant all by itself.
Therefore i kindly request to return this faulty product and refund my money including the courier charges i had to pay for sending the first product to you service center in Delhi.

I ordered a Encore-X in the official Boult audio website and within one month it's only one side heard and it says there is no charge in the right side of the buds and I get that to the service centre prefer by Boult audio company then they make me a replacement of product and now still there is same problem arises in the replaced product also that I get it now

First time I am meeting this kind of bad and fraud company.
I purchased boult monopod. Not working. When tried to replace, their form filling can not submit both in mobile and computer sites. It says there have query issues. When I call them they are saying to go to consumer court.

Right side of earphone is not working

Due To Some Problem Left Side Air Buds Can't Work Properly I am Purchasing This Product 24 Th June 2022..The Product Condition Is Very Poor..I Am Requesting You Please Refund My Money Or By Replaced This Product This Kind Of Defeat Product Can't Be Negotiable..

Recieved my delivery after 1 months of continous calling them then finallly was very happpy to get the delevery
Then during unboxing i found ghat my box was empty i even complaint aurt it and even provided unboxing video thet said that its ur mistatke and also the video is invalid

My earbuds are one side are not connect and they put the earpod in dopes but song is not stops.
Me open the earbuds and they will connect the phone but theya are one side ara not connected.
Please Solve the problem.

Environmental voice crossed when I talking, enc not working, my device boult omega audio, send the solution immediately

I had purchased a Boult Audio Probass Curve and after a month the charger of the headphones stopped working. I raised a complaint in customer support executive and on the first call they guided me with incorrect information that the accessories will be replaced as it has 6months warranty on it. The other one on the second call denied to that and disconnected the call on my face with was very rude. Boult has pathetic customer support with illiterate people filled into it.

I was a regular customer of boult audio products for the last couple of years. The worst service ever a brand got . And worst customer service. Last time i bought a earbuds ( propods) through amazon and after 1 month o[censored]se the charging case started drains fastly and not lasting like the company demands. Then the left ear bud started drains fastly within minutes. 1 or 2 minutes then the left bud battery draining out and getting off automatically....
