          I have a Boult audio air bass Z1 after 2 months o[censored]se it is not charging, after complaint they taken the bud for repairing the. After 3 months I get the product with same problem, now I m help less please resolve the problem, replace my bud since it is in warranty, Boult is a cheating company with no authorised service centre

                I buy boult audio q10 airbass of 2 nd October and pay by cashfree to Google pay and there is no confirmation msg send on my mobile no and not show delivery date and I can not track my order so help me with this problem when I get my aipodes and tell me when it's deliver to me and i send some email but not responding about that and I can't found your service center in my city not any help by your site and I buy this product of your official website so help me

                    I bought a Boult Audio Bassbuds X1 Wired Headset from Flipkart on 13 February 2021. It was working fine till now and I was happy to have this. But yesterday it just stop working properly ☹️. I can't hear some sound from it. It is behaving as i haven't connected it with phone properly.

                    It has 1 year warranty with it, so it requested you to resolve it's sound problem.

                        These ear buds bought from Amazon on 23rd Oct 2020, they are not working now. Even after charging, there is no response on switching it on.

                        Please replace as there is a one year warranty/repair them.

                          I have purchased the boult audio earpods from the site amazon and when i face problem in them under the warranty then i registered the complaint to the site and then the pickup man come to the house then he asked for the product i gave him the earpods with box and in the gmail it was clearly mention that dont give the accesories to the pickup man and then i dont give it then he started arguement with it and did t take the product i write many gmails to the company but no answer and now when i registered new claim then they say that your warranty period is over .

                            I had purchased this product for Rs.1695. After a couple of weeks, one bud stopped working after just a couple of weeks. I asked them for a refund as this was the third time it had happened.

                            The first two times, Amazon replaced it as it happened within the replacement window. The first time there was an issue in connectivity so we got it replaced. The second time, the product we received looked like a used product so we replaced it again.

                            This time, one bud stopped working and I asked them for a refund as I was tired of getting a replacement every time. Boult customer care refused saying that they can only replace it. They asked me to ship the product to their office at my own expense even though it was under warranty. With no other option, I did so with courier charges of Rs.180. But I specifically asked them to send a fresh replacement. Today I received a plain box without the extra earbuds.

                            I want a refund of both the product and the money wasted in sending them the courier.
