I have purchased a Bluetooth named Boult Audio X1-WL bluetooth headset from flipcart on 17th June 2021.
Today while using the headset it automatically get disconnected & now I m trying to connect it back but I m helpless It is not connecting. The Headset is still under the Warranty period I need to long press the power button & then it get connected but once I leave the power button it automatically get disconnected. & it only says...

I purchased a Boult audio x1 from Flipkart but just use of 2-3 weeks i faced some problem but when i contact customer care they said to courier the product for repairing but they don't know how much charges are taking for courier a product 150+Rs i am not rich how i will courier my product? I have purchased on 21st July 2021 from fliplkart within a weak one of the pod is not working every i connect it says battery low even fully charged or it not charging. I have been complaining since 4th August 2021 just received confirmation mail thats all nothing happened after that, still waiting from their side to resolve my compliant. Pathetic service i never had any service like that. I will not suggest this product anyone. Kindly help...

I am seeking problem in blooth connection my boult Audio truebuds, from the 10th day since I have purchased my truebuds from Amazon. I seek this problem maximum time when I connect these buds with my mobile or my smart watch, even within a distance of 1m I get cracking sound and sometimes sound doesn't come for a long time. I have bought my earphone on 11sep from Paytm online shopping mall bt it is damaged while calling by using earphone the irritating sound is going bt nt my voice is listening even I have calmed in Paytm mall for replacement bt it became 2 days no one have came to pick up bt they are send message of out for pickup bt no 1 is ccoming n unfortunately it has been rejected NW so wt cn I do now plz try to contact me as soon as possible

They are not working...

Boult Audio company does not offer pickup to the customer of warranty claim. Repair and replacement does not offer pickup too. Warranty claim is Faltu. I had recieved Defected piece of bassbuds X1....

Left side earbuds is not getting charged and also the sound of both the earbuds has reduced....

The speaker on the right is bad and does not charge for a long time. Full charge ends within 5 minutes....

Black is 3 may 2021 and it is before one month stop tha charging and close neck band after me complain and return your company and you repair my neckband and recive me . After use me 1 week my neckband automatic disconnected and bettery is show 80% and me power off and power on afer connected and use 5 minute automatically disconnected. This your wrost product manufacturer...

It stopped working after a month of purchasing as it was in the warranty I registered a complain and it took Boult Audio over a month to register the compain and another month to pick up the product from my residence and when I finally recieved the repaired product not the replacement it was badly scratched and dented.
Again after 2 days it stopped working and I reached to their customer executive she was very rude and told me to courier...
