      Boult Audio company does not offer pickup to the customer of warranty claim. Repair and replacement does not offer pickup too. Warranty claim is Faltu. I had recieved Defected piece of bassbuds X1.

            Me buy the Boult Audio ProBass Curve Neckband Bluetooth Headset
            Black is 3 may 2021 and it is before one month stop tha charging and close neck band after me complain and return your company and you repair my neckband and recive me . After use me 1 week my neckband automatic disconnected and bettery is show 80% and me power off and power on afer connected and use 5 minute automatically disconnected. This your wrost product manufacturer and service.

              It stopped working after a month of purchasing as it was in the warranty I registered a complain and it took Boult Audio over a month to register the compain and another month to pick up the product from my residence and when I finally recieved the repaired product not the replacement it was badly scratched and dented.
              Again after 2 days it stopped working and I reached to their customer executive she was very rude and told me to courier the product back. Yes they didn't arranged the pick up as well. I couriered the product and I was promised by both Amazon and Boult Audio that this time I will get the replacement meaning the new product not the repaired one as they have already dented and scratched the body but when I again received it for the 2nd time in a row it was the same repaired product with more scraches and the battery panel is very loose that it won't go back in its original position

                    I have boult head phones. They got stopped working in warranty. I sent it on provided address and received by Boult.

                    When I contacted the "Bluedart" Courier services, they told me that, the courier not dispatched from "Boult" side and tracking number is INVALID. No clarification from boult.

                        My boultaudio is not functioning properly i.e., sound not clear/ low noice/sound crack etc. I purchased the same through amazon on[protected] and the same is under one year warranty. I have already submitted a complaint via "[protected]@boultaudio.com"with the invoice of amazon and warranty card on[protected], but I have not get any information from you till date. So let me know the status of my said complaint pls.
