Both twin pods not connecting at same time

My both sides of twin pods are working. But only one gets connected to mobile. I tried to re pair the device but the situation is same. When i am connecting the pods one gets connected and there is 'sbc' written next to the connected device...

        Connectivity issue with Boult Audio Probass

        I have purchased a Bluetooth named Boult Audio X1-WL bluetooth headset from flipcart on 17th June 2021.
        Today while using the headset it automatically get disconnected & now I m trying to connect it back but I m helpless It is not connecting. The Headset is still under the Warranty period I need to long press the power button & then it get connected but once I leave the power button it automatically get disconnected. & it only says...

        I purchased a Boult audio x1 from Flipkart but just use of 2-3 weeks i faced some problem but when i contact customer care they said to courier the product for repairing but they don't know how much charges are taking for courier a product 150+Rs i am not rich how i will courier my product? Other companies like Boat, Mivi & many other companies they send pick up for customer. They don't say to courier the product but Boult company is very bad they said to courier. Next time i will not purchase any product from Boult because they don't help in service time

          I have purchased on 21st July 2021 from fliplkart within a weak one of the pod is not working every i connect it says battery low even fully charged or it not charging. I have been complaining since 4th August 2021 just received confirmation mail thats all nothing happened after that, still waiting from their side to resolve my compliant. Pathetic service i never had any service like that. I will not suggest this product anyone.                   I am seeking problem in blooth connection my boult Audio truebuds, from the 10th day since I have purchased my truebuds from Amazon. I seek this problem maximum time when I connect these buds with my mobile or my smart watch, even within a distance of 1m I get cracking sound and sometimes sound doesn't come for a long time. So I request you to please resolve my this issue sa fast as you.

                                  Boult Audio company does not offer pickup to the customer of warranty claim. Repair and replacement does not offer pickup too. Warranty claim is Faltu. I had recieved Defected piece of bassbuds X1.
