Bolt Audio Probass Curve I bought in November 2020 and the company gives me 1 year warranty.for last 4-5 months it is not working, It turns on by keeping it on charging, if you remove it from charging, it turns off automatically.I have already complained for this product still no response to that complaint I am complaining again I want answer to this complaint

    The issue that I have experienced was: I have bought a boult headset on Invoice Number : IN-DEL3-84173 and Invoice Date : 16.10.2020.
    The product is under warranty and i raised a complaint on May 10, 2021 for "Voice issue". They collected my headset and returned another old broken headset to me as called it as a repair. They missed my original headset and sent me some junk which was not even working.
    I raised this issue and asked them to either send my original headset or a new as replacement as per their warranty rules.
    Today I again received an old headset which is not my original one.(Complaint Ticket ID:[protected]

              My neckband is underwarranty and wire got badly damage so low and cheap quality product u are selling before this 2 times I got issue with the neckband

              How cheap quality product u r selling this is 3rd issue I got with this neckband and now please don't send any ticket or anything

                  BoultAudio is cheating their Customers by sending defective spares and asking customers to courier the items to the delhi location which is courier cost is more than 250 Rs and not ready to reimburse the amount, customer support Contact No [protected] also not getting the valid details, they are not at all ready hear the customer issues, and disconnecting the calls without informing customer while talking to them, please ban the BoultAudio in India ASAP, to avoid other customers affected soon.

                  Still I didn't get any resolution on this, from Boult Audio Support, they didn't bother about this, i think so, please take an appropriate action on Boult Audio and stop other customers should not cheated by Boult Audio, that will be very very help full for other customers.

                              I purchased this Boult Audio curve at feb 17-2021 from past one month the device battery draining so soon its not working for 10minutes I already raised a request through mail it's already 2 weeks ago but their is no response if i connect it to device I'm not able to use it for 10minutes also it's automatically get power off very hesitated with it I'll request the team resolve it ASAP.

                                    I have purchased Boult Audio BassBuds X1 6 months ago. Now one side of the earphone is not working. I complained and claimed for warranty through call and email both but they seem to show no response. I have just been given a email of sucessful registration of ticket and nothing else. And they didn't recieve my calls.
                                    They say, usually it takes 24-48 hrs to be responded back but it has been over 3 days, and I still haven't received any progressive email showing actual interest in it.
                                    I called the customer care number multiple times but there was no response, they didnt take the call.

                                    In short, I feel that they are just stalling this issue. I am really unhappy with their customer care service although I loved the product very much.
