Dear team, I just bought boult earphones from myntra in July, now I found certain problem in that, like its power button is not working properly, and it's volume buttons are also not working
I need a solution, what can I do ? Its been only a month

Earphone sound is dislocate from its original position and in one sound vice is not coming and earphone is under warranty period....

I order on myntra but the product is duplicate then i have replace these product...

Boult Audio BassBuds X1 in-Ear Wired Earphones has completely stopped working within warranty period and company is not responding to calls or e-mails....

My earphones left side speakers is not working...

I bought a Boult audio propods from Amazon
It's almost completeing 8 months
But something Charging is working sometimes not and battery issue is generated it's not working more than 30 min of playing time please resolve my problem...

I had given my boult freepods for repair as it stopped working within 15 days. After 10 days when i got my pods back after repair the original box, warranty card and original charger is missing. I received a duplicate carger in some old used box....

I have alread Raised a Ticket of Complaint but Customer serviced but even service Bluetooth is not working one side Earphone.
I have mailed and Calling to Customer Care but no response....

Boult audio Tru5ive pro ear buds get unresponsive / disconnected after couple of minutes from my laptop....

Received faulty product and when placed a complaint for replace, the pick up guy came and took the product and the next day, the mail came from official boult audio that, we haven't received your product.
I mean what is this thing going on ?
Aren't they able to manage their customers then why they are expecting to be publicized their brand ?
Very disappointment from such horrible replacement experience....

I have Boult audio curve Bluetooth earphones and i will face very serious issue with this product the product can't start many times and the battery is very poor they take 1 hour to drain from 100 to 20 percent and boult audio customer support team is also very bad they take almost 1 to 2 month to take action on complaint very poor services plz i will req to replace my product...

I have to hold the wire so that it could otherwise there is lot of sound issue. i have bought this 5 months ago but now there is lot of problems in earphone...

This is the worst experience with the Boult Audio customer service as they had not resolve my issue as they just simply send the same faulty product through the warranty claim process and also they had taken 2 months for Delivering my product which is (Boult airbass freepods). As my warranty card has now been wasted now what can I do?...

I purchased newly launched boult audio freepods pro from flipkart on 24th July 2021 from flipkart...but now the left freepod is not working...I complained through email at ([protected]@boultaudio.com) on 12 th August and my ticket id was 00225951..
But still no response from boult..
I tried several times to reach at boult audio official care no ([protected]) but can't reach their support stuff..what should I do next ?? Plz...

Right side earphon magnet is lose
So the sound is low bass...

My Boult curve neckband has charging issue it is not charging properly plz help me out...
