I surffering issue from thise products it is an under warranty i facing the battery and power on and many problems with that auto disconnected also so i want to replace thise products as soon as possible

    I purchased the product in November last year and after moderate use my left earpod stopped working out of nowhere my product is in warranty period but i am not being able to contact the customer service and after so many attempts there is no proper response from their side .

        Boult audio bassbuds storm-x in wires earphone was purchased on february, 2021 from Flipkart. And its right earbud is complaint on July 2021.So please repair or repalce this product.

            I have facing an issue in my airbuds so i claim a warranty and the delivery boy picked the prcel . but it is not returned to me and when i track the package it shows that it is out of delivered.

ALL BOULT PRODUCTS ARE FAKE AND ESPECIALLY THEY SUPPLY TO AMAZON & FLIPKART"..!..They are cheating customers by doing fake promotions.!. If one calls their customer care they put it in IVR mode and simply go off.!. Their customer care team is just a useless piece of..!!!...

                  I bought Boult headphones from flipkart. Now one side headphone was not working. I wrote mail regarding this issue they said " we will send replacement product with in 10 days" after two days I received mail like your replacement successfully through blue dart courier I have tracked my order it's showing product was delivered to Boult Delhi office. But my address in Tamilnadu. Regarding this issue last 10 days I called lots of time but they are disconnecting my call. Not even pick my call after long wait call automatically disconnected. I ever seen this kind of worst customer service

                                Boult Audio Combuds was sent to the service center for the replacement now they're not delivering it back and sharing me incorrect information as the product is shipped. BlueDart tracking is invalid.

                                        It has been 15 days but still no response from the boult audio about my product (Boult Audio Curve Pro Bass) which I had send through the reverse pickup arranged by boult audio. Pickup courier has already send the product successfully to boult audio in 15 july but till now no response has came from boult Audio about my product.
                                        This whole process is to claim my warranty.
