I replaced my boult audio free pods but its 10 months in 9 months now they are still in transit of about replacement almost 9 month ago I applied for replacement but when I got the item after 4 month of waiting period for my product to be repaired or replaced got back to me e it is wrong product and also defective product not work properly so I will Hindi place that same day when I receive the product they pick up that product almost after 15 days and yet I not received the product which is real buds

    I complaint for my Boult bassbox blast/black under ticket number 00170530 on 12th of July 2021 but my product wasn't picked up then I called several times and finally my product got picked up on 24th of July and received at warehouse on 31st of July then my product was returned to me by 11th of August but when I checked my product the issue wasn't resolved and my warranty is also now expired I mailed them immediately on 11th itself but I didn't received any response . I had issue with charging point its light turns off and stops charging at 80% only and the problem still continues

    I called them on 13/08 they said check battery backup time is 6 hour or not . I questioned if it's not then would you repair it .They replied we will see but it's difficult because the product got out of warranty

    I called on several times again and finally was able to connect on 16.08.21 . They denied for any service saying it's out of warranty but the question still arises when I complaint in warranty if they would have repaired it properly then why would I had to even complaint on the same problem infact I didn't damaged it . I received without repair

      I’ve returned a pair of bluetooth headphone. It’s been two months and I didn’t hear anything from boult until recently, I got an email which says that I sent an empty box which is completely false

      I tried to reach out to your customer service but they didn’t helped me at all, and put the phone down on me multiple times.

      I also have the proof that the order was successfully delivered to you guys. The courier was arranged by boult only

        I've received 3rd replacement from the company. It was brand new. I used it for a while and on the first day itself the right side controls stopped responding. Buzz, crack sound in left side. Defective replacement done from the company.

          I purchased Boult audio probass curve pro Bluetooth earphones on 5th May 2021 on Flipkart. But while watching videos, audio is breaking down very frequently and it is running my experience. I'm very disappointed with it. It came with a warranty of 1 year but it is malfunctioning in just 4 months.

          Please look into it and either refund for it or replace the product asap.

            I purchased Boult over hear headphone 2 months before.

            Suddenly, my headphone stop working.so I raise my complaint and they give me a ticket number 00211836.and told me to send that defective headphone, on the following address. ( on 6 Aug, 2021)

            Its been a week and the support contact is not working, they're only picking up when I contact their business department. 12 August. 2021 still didn't got any response from boult audio company. They don't have any working support, and no warranty support at all. There's no way to approach this company.

            Going to file legal complaint under Scam, if they don't mend their way.

              Worst product service and functioning I've seen till now

              I purchased a Boult product from Flipkart in January of 2021. The product was a Boult wireless freepods earpieces having in-ear bluetooth functionality. I had also registered for Boult's one-year warranty policy as required. Until July the product worked fine, but then the right earppiece suddenly stopped working even when it was connected to the phone.                   I had booked a repair appointment for my Combuds as one of them wasn't sounding loud enough as compared to the left one, and I sent them from my place on 9th of June and it reached Delhi on around 19th of June and I got an email saying that they were physically damaged when they clearly were not, I had the device completely under warranty yet, then they said that they have dispatched my product from their station on 25th June and I still haven't received them yet.
                  When I try to email them they just spam the same mail that they sent me on 25 th Jun, I tried calling the customer care service and I was completely shocked at this behaviour, first I waited for 45 mins in the queue and once I got my turn, they picked the call up and that's it they just kept the call on and not a soul spoke a word. I was there waiting like an idiot trying to ask them to help me out.
                  I don't know what to do now and I'm starting to loose my patience, I try to keep calm as much as possible and give them some time but in the end this is what I recieve?
                  This is my case no.

                    Sir mai ek Boult audio ka cumbuds liya tha kuch months sahi se chala h uske baad right buds ko charging case me rkhne ke baad bhi connect ho jata tha to mai complaint kiya to repair krne ke liye le gye ur buy krte time jo kuch bhi mila tha sb diya tha mai ur ek month baad aaj diye h bna kr sb but jo problem tha wo to solve kiye nhi upper se mai jo kuch bhi diya tha sb chura liye bs cumbuds wapas kr diye h mujhe to lg rha h ki agar ye dena jaruri na hota to ye rakh liye hote company wale ur customer care ke pass call kro to jaldi lgta nhi h ur glti se lg bhi jata h to kabhi-2 baat kr lete h nhi to call receive krke kt kr dete h.

                        I ordered my product on 3rd august 2021 and received it on 5th august.

                        When I opened the package we saw the package was distorted and one of the extra buds was missing.

                        When we used the earphone the mic was not working, it wasn't catching the words we were saying. All we could hear was some disturbance.

                        I've been contacting the customer care since 5th august but no response from their side.

                          This fraud company deserves zero stars! I bought Tru5ive pro earbuds in march 2021 and they turned out to be defective in July! Tried raising complaint via their website but no reply. Called the customer care! Thats another story! One needs to wait around 30-40mins in a queue and when you get to top 1 in the queue your call gets disconnected! This happened over 10-15 times and thats really frustrating! Finally caught hold of them and they arranged a pickup! Guess what! After they sent me the fresh "repaired/replaced" piece, it wasnt even repaired or replaced! They sent me back the same piece untouched! It had all the problems it had before! I tried contacting them again but everytime the call gets disconnected! I have registered a complaint under consumer court against them.
