I had booked a repair appointment for my Combuds as one of them wasn't sounding loud enough as compared to the left one, and I sent them from my place on 9th of June and it reached Delhi on around 19th of June and I got an email saying that they were physically damaged when they clearly were not, I had the device completely under warranty yet, then they said that they have dispatched my product from their station on 25th June and I still haven't received them yet.
When I try to email them they just spam the same mail that they sent me on 25 th Jun, I tried calling the customer care service and I was completely shocked at this behaviour, first I waited for 45 mins in the queue and once I got my turn, they picked the call up and that's it they just kept the call on and not a soul spoke a word. I was there waiting like an idiot trying to ask them to help me out.
I don't know what to do now and I'm starting to loose my patience, I try to keep calm as much as possible and give them some time but in the end this is what I recieve?

Sir mai ek Boult audio ka cumbuds liya tha kuch months sahi se chala h uske baad right buds ko charging case me rkhne ke baad bhi connect ho jata tha to mai complaint kiya to repair krne ke liye le gye ur buy krte time jo kuch bhi mila tha sb diya tha mai ur ek month baad aaj diye h bna kr sb but jo problem tha wo to solve kiye nhi upper se mai jo kuch bhi diya tha sb chura liye bs cumbuds wapas kr diye h mujhe to lg rha h ki agar ye dena jaruri na hota to ye rakh liye hote company wale ur customer care ke pass call kro to jaldi lgta nhi h ur glti se lg bhi jata h to kabhi-2 baat kr lete h nhi to call receive krke kt kr dete h.

Sir mera product aaj apne aap sound kam daine laga hai.??

I ordered my product on 3rd august 2021 and received it on 5th august.

When I opened the package we saw the package was distorted and one of the extra buds was missing.

When we used the earphone the mic was not working, it wasn't catching the words we were saying. All we could hear was some disturbance.

I've been contacting the customer care since 5th august but no response from their side.

This fraud company deserves zero stars! I bought Tru5ive pro earbuds in march 2021 and they turned out to be defective in July! Tried raising complaint via their website but no reply. Called the customer care! Thats another story! One needs to wait around 30-40mins in a queue and when you get to top 1 in the queue your call gets disconnected! This happened over 10-15 times and thats really frustrating! Finally caught hold of them and they arranged a pickup! Guess what! After they sent me the fresh "repaired/replaced" piece, it wasnt even repaired or replaced! They sent me back the same piece untouched! It had all the problems it had before! I tried contacting them again but everytime the call gets disconnected! I have registered a complaint under consumer court against them.

I boult audio air combuds are not working and i have given my buds to the service centre and they given me 3 time continuously defective product i am totally fusturated ### i want my money back your company is worst than any other company bhen k lodo jo bhi iss company ka CEO h ya bhenchod jisne bhi iss company ko banaya h maadarchod mil tu teri gaand ke andar ear buds deta hu madarchod naam k liye service centre khol ke rekha hua h or usme jo employees h unki bhi maa chod dunga bc priya riya swati megha rahul inn sab randi ke bacho ke muu me lund deke pregnant kardunga randi ki bachiyo milo tum me se koi tum logo ke chuutt k andar he haat daal k faad dunga muje mere pese chaiye ni tho bhen k lodo dekh lena FIR tho mene kar diya h ab tum logo ke company ko band karne ke liye masterbutter youtube channel h bhen chod usme dhk lena apni bakchodi wo bhi full galat.

Boult Audio Curve Pro bass, my product is under warranty purchased on May 2021, It's been a wonderful experience using your product, But from the last few days I'm unable to listen properly and it's only showing connected.
I hope you provide the best service possible.

Boult Audio Company sent my tracking id on email to AWB, but that track is not able to be done. Keep Tracking ID. Is telling wrong or giving any payment. Not giving back the product, please receive it!Its ticket number is reference number 00199369 please give me your product back.

The product I got after replacement also has not solved my problem still iam Facing compatibility issues & product is paining my ears and very uncomfortable as before.

I bought a Boult audio freepods pro on dt 19/7/21, within 15 days touch not working, I have registered complaint on dt 03/8/21 but not reply till now.
I want solution asap.

Blutoith Devices disconnected problem

My headphones stopped working, just after 3 months from purchase, kindly replace these.

As I used the Boult airbass truebuds
For past one month within it the left side of the speaker is not working properly

Neckband does not working since i have purchased it

Headphones are not getting on after several weeks o[censored]sage.. need to be replaced.. tried to charge it
.its charging but its not being on . So wanted to replace asap.

I applied return request and handed the product to shop rocket executive agent, but till 5 days after i didn't get any about refund or replacement of my product i tried to call many time to the customer service executives but the problem didn't got resolved kindly inform me about the status of the product replacement
