    I bought a Boult audio freepods pro on dt 19/7/21, within 15 days touch not working, I have registered complaint on dt 03/8/21 but not reply till now.

                  I applied return request and handed the product to shop rocket executive agent, but till 5 days after i didn't get any about refund or replacement of my product i tried to call many time to the customer service executives but the problem didn't got resolved kindly inform me about the status of the product replacement

                                Headphones are connected and fully charged. Sounds are okay for calls but its not playing any audio from music or videos. Media sounds on bluetooth settings are enabled but still there are no media sounds.

                                        It's been 2 months since I bought this product and I am disappointed with the product and the service provided by the company. The charging box is not being charged, I don't know the reason cause it hasn't fallen or anything happened. As it is under warranty, I want you to either replace it or refund it.
                                        I've mailed so many times but haven't received any answer.
                                        It will be really helpful if you'll look into the matter.
