It's been 2 months since I bought this product and I am disappointed with the product and the service provided by the company. The charging box is not being charged, I don't know the reason cause it hasn't fallen or anything happened. As it is under warranty, I want you to either replace it or refund it.
I've mailed so many times but haven't received any answer.
It will be really helpful if you'll look into the matter.
