    So I returned the powerbuds in june which was received by them on 25th June. It was delivered by the courier company, that they arranged. I didn’t hear anything from them for more than a month. Few days ago, I got an email that I’ve sent an empty box which is completely false. Their customer service is blaming me that you should have made a video of packing the product and they have stated that on email which is not. I’m so much frustrated. Their customer service doesn’t even assist the customer and hung up. Don’t even connect with the supervisor. They are 5000. Please, can anyone help me here?

        These ### are running a business they cant handle.
        I have been leaving my work aside and following up with these ridiculous people for my earbuds.
        since more than month they are telling me it will be dispatched in 3-4 working days but the8ir 3-4 days are ### not coming only.
        The left side of earbuds were not working within 1-2 months of buying.
        I want my money back or new earbuds asap!!!

        there executives are so shameless they disconnect the call in between because they dont have an answer to give.
        stupid people running the business

        They had sent me the product as it is. without changing the left side is not working.
        I need guidance how can we stop such fraudsters to enter the market.
        my product is in warranty period it has been only 3 months are their post sale service is disgusting.
        see images of product having many scratches. My blood is boiling its my hard earned money and the earbuds didnt even last for 2 months properly.

          Boult audio wireless earbuds purchased on 20/10/2020, and it was hit internal damage so I was claimed on warranty by given mail, they reply me as product courier for repair so I was done in the month of June 21, after that 1 mail received as your product is repair led and ready to dispatch, and same mail is receiving Since 8th July sending same as product repaired and ready to dispatch but till 3rd August, it’s being dispatching,
          Do I book a case as compliment against your company to cyber security regarding same issue.
          Is this fraud company and what type of cheating is this? Please let me know about this cheating and fraud, I will be help to other those who purchase the same product from your company,
          I want costumer care number to discuss the same.

              My product was pick up on July 14th by Boult Audio by Shiprocket, they got damaged i replaced them all the products were given original box and usb cable and warranty card extra buds all, But now I am being returned, so just give me airbuds, I want all my things back, please give me my thing customer care does not pick up the phone.

                      I purchased boult wireless neckband earlier this year and withing a month its microphone stopped working I complained about it on 9th April 2021, and its been 4 months i have not received it back, just getting email saying it will be sent to me soon

                          I purchased the product in November last year and after moderate use my left earpod stopped working out of nowhere my product is in warranty period but i am not being able to contact the customer service and after so many attempts there is no proper response from their side .

                                        I bought Boult headphones from flipkart. Now one side headphone was not working. I wrote mail regarding this issue they said " we will send replacement product with in 10 days" after two days I received mail like your replacement successfully through blue dart courier I have tracked my order it's showing product was delivered to Boult Delhi office. But my address in Tamilnadu. Regarding this issue last 10 days I called lots of time but they are disconnecting my call. Not even pick my call after long wait call automatically disconnected. I ever seen this kind of worst customer service
