I bought Boult headphones from flipkart. Now one side headphone was not working. I wrote mail regarding this issue they said " we will send replacement product with in 10 days" after two days I received mail like your replacement successfully through blue dart courier I have tracked my order it's showing product was delivered to Boult Delhi office. I bought Boult Audiio neckband. It's R earphone is not working from last 8 months. I tired in contact with for complaint.

Boult Audio Combuds was sent to the service center for the replacement now they're not delivering it back and sharing me incorrect information as the product is shipped. BlueDart tracking is invalid.
AWB tracking [protected]...

I have purchased Boult audio proBass earphones 1 month ago at now one side speaker not working .
I have already raised the complain about it
But no response from Boult audio proBass.
Plz arrange replacement for my earphone as soon as possible......

Connection problem and charge problem did not come on screen name of earphone...

My device got faulted during warenty period and i raised a request.i got below message nd they took my device. Its been many days and they havent even given a single reply

It has been 15 days but still no response from the boult audio about my product (Boult Audio Curve Pro Bass) which I had send through the reverse pickup arranged by boult audio. Pickup courier has already send the product successfully to boult audio in 15 july but till now no response has came from boult Audio about my product.
This whole process is to claim my warranty.

I ordered this earphone on Dec 31 in 2020, now it's only about 7 months.the earphone is not working now.i want an another earphone....

I have Boult freepods,
When u purchased it work properly but after 6 months they have problem which is about connectivity
The freepods are connected then I pause the music for just 5 seconds then freepods disconnected automatically in 5 seconds and then after 2 minutes they will automatically turn on and connected
This happens continue while in using .....

Bought a product boult audio after some months one side of earfone is not working and i returned a product 2 month before. And they don't return my product back till now. Boult audio services is very cheap. I want my product return on any cost otherwise i will take the leagal action....

Im trying to connect with Boult regarding my complaint from 1 montn, but my call gets disconnected automatically. And even I have mailed all the problems but nobody has responded since 1 month. This is pathetic. I will never recommend this brand to anyone. Even after I will not buy anything from Boult...

I had purchased Boult Audio Truebuds from Flipkart but within 2 months one side earbus created issue. Contacted customer support and the pick up of the product was arranged and picked up ID:00179331. Got delivered to them on 20th July. Till now they have not returned. 4 days back they informed that they have sent the product back to be using Bluedart with AWB number [protected] but to my horror no such records exists with Bluedart courier....

The left side of bud is completely not working it's enable to charge...
