I had purchased Boult audio Basshbuds loop in-ear wired headphone 8 months ago and now one side of it's not working which is under warranty period so I have claimed warranty on their website. They said they would respond in 24-48 hours after warranty claim but still didn't respond after a week. Ticket ID: 00168196 was written in their warranty claim mail.

    The product I purchased is defective, when one side of the earphone is not working I requested for a repair/replacement. The Boult audio team had sent their agent to pickup the defective product from me. He picked up the product from me with an online acknowledgement form. Since then there is no response from the Boult audio team even now. It's really frustrating as they took off the product from me in a jet speed but there is no update on the repair/replacement of the picked up defective product.

      Dear Team,
      I was purchased this product on 18.06.21 which was delivered me on 23.06.2021.These earphones were already charged while start first time but after few days when it was discharged I connected the same for charging purpose, it's not getting charged even tried more times. I have tried to return the same but the return window was closed by Amazon portal. So unable to get any response and these are still in unused condition.
      I have raised complaint on 09.07.21 vide Ticket ID : 00167307 but still no response from your end.
      Kindly do the needful and confirm as soon as possible.

        I bought boult loop headphone
        On 22-03-21 .
        After 4 months left ear bud is mute not working properly.

        I want to claim it as its under 1 year warrenty.

            Boult Audio pro bass curve neckband not turning on

            I purchased Boult audio probass curve neck band for rs 998 dt 06 june 2021, from Flipkart, its been one one month from purchase now it is not turning on, i have also made complaint about the same and I got ticket number 00171158 but not yet any response received even after 60 hours. I am very dissatisfied with service of boult, , I want to change my boult audio probass curve as it is under warranty...

                  I couriered my product in Delhi about 20 days before in response of this I receive a mail from service center that I will get my repaired/replaced product within 6 to 7 working days. when I called to service center on 12/07/2021 & 15/07/2021 your representative told that your product is already dispatched but today (15/07/2021) I track that & found no information. Then I again call and ask for the same then she said we packed your product but no one from bluedart came for collect it.
                  So now I only want to know that is this my responsibility that to call bluedart and ask that Bhaiya jao of boult ke service center se mera courier pick krlo or mujhe courier krdo.
                  recently I suggest my friend to buy boult product but from now I will not.
                  Itni bekar service ni dekhi kabhi... Worst service...Waste of money...

                    I had purchased bluetooth Boult Audio Probass curve from flipcart and it has a Warrenty of one year.Now my bluetooth headphone is not getting on, tats my issue.
                    So kindly repair my issue or replaced it as soon as possible.

                      Ont buy the boult audio product, very poor service, almost 2 months they are not able to return my defaulty product, i mail multiple times, call on the mentioned number [protected], but for exsisting customer they cut the call every time, i have all the proof, i purchase AirBass Tru5ive Pro from amazon on 26th aug, 2 months back, its stopped working, i complaint to boult customer care, they pickup the order from shiprocket after 1 months, now from last 1 months, no single mail and reply, after many followups, very cheap service, i have all the proof in mail, so dont buy boult audio product, or i[censored] buy, dont expect after sale service if any issues occurs, only single service center in all over india, so u cant go there

                                  I was having any issue with my boult audio freepods which I sent for repairing. My ticket Id is 00097406. They picked up the product on 18th June 2021 from my address and I have got a mail that item has reached successfully on 20th June 2021. Presently it's 14 July 2021 and they are not responding to my mails and calls, disconnects my call without any information. Put me up on hold for long long time (15- 20 minutes). Everytime if they responded said you will receive an information regarding this within 24-48 hrs but no information has been shared. I wish to ### this fake company as early as we can and wanted my refund of 1200 anyhow. For which I m ready to visit anywhere I can
