Hi have purchased bould air pods z1 from
amazon order number:[protected] On date:[protected].
Within 3 months one of my air pods stop working .So i have raised complaint against it after that i have receive an mail for doorstep delivery from ship-rocket

Reference number :[protected].
Pickup address: 13/2/16 KM road, Thenmappatu, Thiruppathur, Sivagangai-630211.

But still now i have not received my product and any mail or call regarding this issue. I have written 3mail regarding this issue. Ticket number: 00159951, 00174319. What i can do for this?

    Hi, My name is Dinesh. I had bought Boult audio loop earphone from Amazon on 8 April, 2021 now my earphone is not working properly. Whenever I am listing the songs it's comes with jurkness (sound up and down volume).

        I purchased Boult pro bass curve pro Bluetooth earphones on 30 October 2020 through Flipkart.

        My neckband stopped working and didn't turn in June during the warranty period hence I requested an exchange.

        The earphone was picked up by the Boult Audio agent on 20th June 2021.

        It's been 24 days and I haven't yet received any update on the product. I have been continuously trying to contact them, have raised 3 complaints, and mailed them many times, but no reply.

        Kindly help me get back the product within the exchange.

          I had bought Boult audio BassBuds X1 on 14th Jan, 2021 from Amazon for the first time. On 29th June, 2021 right earphone stopped working. I wrote few emails and called customer support. After few days I received an email saying that your warranty claimed earphones are dispatched through courier service.

          Today, I received my warranty claimed new earphones and as soon as I tested earphones few problems occurred. They are as follows :

          1. Sound output was imbalanced to right side. It feels like the distribution of the output is 35% to left side whereas 65% to the right side.

          2. New earphones were unable to connect to other phones. Didn't fit in the port, but the earlier ones did connect to the same port without any problems.

          3. Music quality of the warranty claimed earphones was much worse than the earlier earphones.

          BassBuds X1 were great in terms of quality but I'm really unsatisfied how early the problems occurred in the earlier earphones as well as warranty claimed earphones. Please validate my complaint as soon as possible.

          I'm attaching invoice, along with pictures of both the earphones.

            I complained about my earphone that one side is not working but now both of the sides are not working please it is in warranty period so please replace it...

                      I bought a Boult Monopod from Flipkart and after working for 8 gine months it stopped working suddenly. I mentioned the same to Boult customer support team via mail and they arranged the reverse pickup after 2 months nearly for the same. However after the pickup is done, there is no communication from their side. Not even an acknowledgement after receiving the product. This type of customer support is ridiculous. Neither i am getting any reply via mail nor the call is getting connected. Its going to be nearly 3 months now. Please solve the issue.

                            There was problem with my bluetooth headphone pro bass curv pro. It's one side was not working, so i did complaint about it. Then several days later i got reply about replacing it. Then i sent it to Delhi Boult audio company and it was delivered on 3rd of July. Since then I did not get any update on the product about when a new one will be given to me. I did tones of mails about further update, because in several days i have to go out of country for another 4 years in next month so i want my bluetooth asap. Please kindly do fast something

                                I bought a Boult audio air bass power buds.. but I found speaker problem in and sent back to service center and my complaint no is 00066573 or R89327301KR... Still now my complaint not resolved.
                                Even raised a complaint through national consumer affairs... The complaint no is 2835680...even I called for 100 times... Still I didn't get a response...
