I bought a new Boult audio x1 from Amazon about 10 days ago. It gives us very good quality sound.
But i found a problem in mic.
My mic is not working proper.
Please help me.

      Mine boult storm earphones left side speaker stopped working and it is in warranty so my request is to get it repaired or get a brand new one

          I was having any issue with my boult audio freepods which I sent for repairing. My ticket Id is 00097406. They picked up the product on 18th June 2021 from my address and I have got a mail that item has reached successfully on 20th June 2021. Presently it's 14 July 2021 and they are not responding to my mails and calls, disconnects my call without any information. Put me up on hold for long long time (15- 20 minutes). Everytime if they responded said you will receive an information regarding this within 24-48 hrs but no information has been shared. I wish to ### this fake company as early as we can and wanted my refund of 1200 anyhow. For which I m ready to visit anywhere I can

                Hi have purchased bould air pods z1 from

                Within 3 months one of my air pods stop working .So i have raised complaint against it after that i have receive an mail for doorstep delivery from ship-rocket

                      I purchased Boult pro bass curve pro Bluetooth earphones on 30 October 2020 through Flipkart.

                      My neckband stopped working and didn't turn in June during the warranty period hence I requested an exchange.

                      The earphone was picked up by the Boult Audio agent on 20th June 2021.

                      It's been 24 days and I haven't yet received any update on the product. I have been continuously trying to contact them, have raised 3 complaints, and mailed them many times, but no reply.

                      Kindly help me get back the product within the exchange.

                        I had bought Boult audio BassBuds X1 on 14th Jan, 2021 from Amazon for the first time. On 29th June, 2021 right earphone stopped working. I wrote few emails and called customer support. After few days I received an email saying that your warranty claimed earphones are dispatched through courier service.

                        Today, I received my warranty claimed new earphones and as soon as I tested earphones few problems occurred. They are as follows :

                        1. Sound output was imbalanced to right side. It feels like the distribution of the output is 35% to left side whereas 65% to the right side.

                        2. New earphones were unable to connect to other phones. Didn't fit in the port, but the earlier ones did connect to the same port without any problems.

                        3. Music quality of the warranty claimed earphones was much worse than the earlier earphones.

                        BassBuds X1 were great in terms of quality but I'm really unsatisfied how early the problems occurred in the earlier earphones as well as warranty claimed earphones. Please validate my complaint as soon as possible.

                        I'm attaching invoice, along with pictures of both the earphones.

                                    I bought a Boult Monopod from Flipkart and after working for 8 gine months it stopped working suddenly. I mentioned the same to Boult customer support team via mail and they arranged the reverse pickup after 2 months nearly for the same. However after the pickup is done, there is no communication from their side. Not even an acknowledgement after receiving the product. This type of customer support is ridiculous. Neither i am getting any reply via mail nor the call is getting connected. Its going to be nearly 3 months now. Please solve the issue.
