I bought airbass freepods from Flipkart but after buying in almost two months they are getting broken sound so I applied for warranty replacement but when the replaced product came it is totally different product the product about is type C charging and the product this give to me e e was old fashioned charging port not type c so you can see e what they are doing and that product has also that problem which my first product has and now there are calling number is not getting online this time again then I again give them to to replacement second time they contacted me after 15 days for replacement after applied then I I hand over to the courier partner but it's almost a month I didn't get my product yet what they are doing there is the centre of product again full 1 year warranty gone into the ### it's almost 3 month my first warranty replacement I apply for warranty replacement is almost 4 month or 5 month ago still not getting my product right this send old product used product the parts are not given power off when I put them in the case don't buy their product they are ### if you buy boat audio product there are huge better than and anyone like boult

    I returned my live buds due to malfunction of product and it's been days . I didn't received any update about my product . I will sue in consumer court aginst in company .
    I have all the proof of product reviving by company and not retuning the product.

        I hve gave my true buds for replacing and they took my true buds for replacing it's been so long till now I didn't recieve my true buds or any update... They send me eamil that they will notify me.. but so sad didn't recieve any update my ticket I'd no.[protected] of July my product delivered in Boult company!! Plz help

            One side of the bluetooth is not working and also the buttons are not working. It has not been even a month since i am using this product.

              They have taken my true buds for replacement and it's been so long they didn't give me any update on this... 1july my true buds get delivered to the company till now no update on thisssss PLZZ help me to get my true' buds bckkk.

                      I have some issue with my product boult audio propods so i gave it for replacement to delhi boult service centre. The product is delivered to their warehouse at 3rd may but yet I have been not given replacement or repair for my product. Today is 7 July 2021 still I have not got my propods worth @1999₹, have purchased it from Amazon. It's the third class service getting offered to me from boult. Please give my product back.

                          I had bought an boult audio neckband. From flipkart in january. I has stopped working approximately one and half month ago. I have registered for repair. The neckband had been picked up approximately 20 days ago and had been delivered to their service center as mentioned by their pick-up courier partners confirmation message. And it has been two weeks since then but I am not able to get the details when my product will be delivered. I have tried contacting them over email multiple time, but haven' t recieved any response from their side.

                          Boult has put response in automated mode and is replying that your product will be dispatched in next 3-4 days. I am not sure that those days will ever come or not. I am frustated with boult customer services. I do not recommend anyone to buy any product ever from boult again. worst customer experience till date.

                            Today i received my combuds. everything is good about it but when i play songs it automatically stops for a second or two and then continues to play ( lagging i guess) . Either make a replacement or return or tell me if there is any way to resolve this issue.
                            i have ordered it from myntra and they have this so called no return and replacement for electronics . so, kindly help me.

                                    I got my earbuds from them which suddenly stopped working on 1 June, I contacted them about the issue, they gave me some troubleshooting tips which didn't work, then they took 18 days to even start a replacement process, I was notified that my product reached to them on 22 June but till today there is no further update, I posted two emails none of which are answered I have called them for more than 100 times but either there number is busy, or they put me in queue and even if my number come in the queue then they simply cut the call without even talking.

                                        I have given my product for the warranty repair ...it has been a long month I dint receive my product.. Where as I'm not getting any updates form the company neither in mail nor phone..
                                        The companies customer care number is always in busy... Such a irresponsible staffs ...
                                        Kindly solve it out and dispatch my product as soon as possible...
                                        Fed up of Boult audio...
                                        I dint expect such a ridiculous behavior from the team... If this continues the market rate of Boult audio will be down... Now only no one is interested in purchasing Boult... No way... Find a solution for me..
