Customer care services number is worst... Always busy tone ...kindly rectify it and make my product done by your side and dispatch me back... As soon as possible...

I have given my product for the warranty repair ...it has been a long month I dint receive my product.. Where as I'm not getting any updates form the company neither in mail nor phone..
The companies customer care number is always in busy... Such a irresponsible staffs ...
Kindly solve it out and dispatch my product as soon as possible...

Boult Audio Airbass FX1 True Wireless Earbuds were gifted to me by my wife but it has stopped working after only 10 days. Complaint was lodged on 7th June, a ticket created via Ticket ID: 00122377 but nothing has happened till now. I have dropped multiple emails but they have not much helped to resolve the issue. Very disappointing and disgusting that customer has to follow up from 1 month but customer care is not bothered to reply/help....

Plugging pin is not supported in my device....

I purchased boult audio combuds, but its right side bud was automatically stopped working, and it heated automatically in charging case, and it is not perfectly fits in charging case. The changing of Case is does not last long....

Need a Replacement of my boult audio airbass monopod, as it's battery is not working, after full charged it's battery is draining automatically without using it, & my product is under warranty. So please replace it as early as possible....

Bluetooth power button does not work...

Hi got a boult head set and it has warranty, I registered complain, but no response frome their side, today called and waited for nearly 45 min but after connecting the call cut, pls help me...

I registered my complaint in April and in June the told that will send your product but didn't get my replacement product...
