I have bought boult airbass free pods and i am facing this problem from the time i purchased it .. When someone calls or i call it starts connecting and reconnecting bt itself..

It has been 10 days but still no response from the boult audio about my product (Boult Audio Airbass Freepods) which I had send through the reverse pickup arranged by boult audio. Pickup courier has already send the product successfully to boult audio in 1 july(for reference i attach the email came from pickup courier) but till now no response has came from boult Audio about my product.
This whole process is to claim my warranty.

I parchase airbuds z1 right side airbud sound is laugder than left and sound is saraunded

Battery full charge indicated but not worked

Against this complaint, company collected earpods and till date it is almost 18 days and still not received any update from company. Try to contact them through call .

I was bought boultX1-WL Bluetooth one month ago.it was not switch on.the company given one year warranty card.please solve my problem.

My product comes with 1 year warranty and it stop working in 6 months. I have raised complaint on their website but they are not replying for 7 days. Attached screenshot for more details.

My ear phone one side speaker is not working after 5 months

I have brought a wireless Boult headphone but after few month one side ear piece has stoped working I raised a complaint send it to Delhi. They returned it after 2.5 month and now both ear sides are having problem... My issue is not resolved. Plz replace my headphones

Right ear bud good working, but left ear bud not working

I purchased boult airbass musebuds from amazon on 16th oct 2020...but now one of the headphone(rightside) is not working...even it is not getting charged even after placing them in the charging case...how do i avail my warranty service...???please help.

My true'buds get delivered on 1st July for replacement in Boult audio company and it's been so long I didn't recieve any update for my true'buds... Help me to get my true buds back...
They also send me a mail that they will notify me but didn't recieve any update.

I have received boult audio Twinpods through vlebazzar online shopping 5 days before, in a condition that is not working and was defected. Kindly replace it with a working one.

The Boult earbuds I received from Myntra was dead when I received. Tried charging but still no life in that, filed a complaint with Myntra and I was aksed to contact the manufacturer for the warranty.

I bought airbass freepods from Flipkart but after buying in almost two months they are getting broken sound so I applied for warranty replacement but when the replaced product came it is totally different product the product about is type C charging and the product this give to me e e was old fashioned charging port not type c so you can see e what they are doing and that product has also that problem which my first product has and now there are calling number is not getting online this time again then I again give them to to replacement second time they contacted me after 15 days for replacement after applied then I I hand over to the courier partner but it's almost a month I didn't get my product yet what they are doing there is the centre of product again full 1 year warranty gone into the ### it's almost 3 month my first warranty replacement I apply for warranty replacement is almost 4 month or 5 month ago still not getting my product right this send old product used product the parts are not given power off when I put them in the case don't buy their product they are ### if you buy boat audio product there are huge better than and anyone like boult

I returned my live buds due to malfunction of product and it's been days . I didn't received any update about my product . I will sue in consumer court aginst in company .
I have all the proof of product reviving by company and not retuning the product.
