I purchased Boult Propods in the month of Jan 2021, Then I found issue with calling Calling quality, Initially I thought this is network issue then realized that this is product issue. Then I had raised request 00028355, Then I had to courier this product to Delhi office (wasted 155/-). Then after many follow-ups I got WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERY 2 TIMES of Freepods instead Propods, So again they asked to send this product by curies then I will get reimbursements. So far I still second courier reimbursement is pending from Boult despite of sending all invoice details and many follow-ups. Then after few follow-ups I got finally delivery of correct Propods.
Then after few days o[censored]sage of Propods again it got an issue, Then I have raised new complaint 00113415 on 1st June 2021, But still the date I didn't received replacement.
So since purchase over 6 months, It wasted almost 4 months in replacement process. THIS IS COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY and Valuable TIME. Boult customer service is very pathetic which causes lots of frustration.
My request is to Consumer Forum to guide me how I can claim for refund of my product and rid of this helpless customer service.

Recently I received Propods replacement by @Boult Audio. Again they sent faulty products to me, I don't know why they are harassing customers by doing like this.

It is having below issues and it is completely useless and scrap.
1. Left bud's magnet is not proper so the bud doesn't fit properly/switch off in the case and it drains the battery of the case.
2. During usage, suddenly the call will get disconnected even without touching buds.
3. During listening to songs it suddenly reduces volume and gets disconnected without touching it.
4. While usage suddenly it opens voice assistance without touching it.
5. When Buds are in case it should be switched off but this is always ON and makes Beep sound.

@Consumer complaints Team, I am really frustrated with Boult Audio customer service. Now it is been 6 months it is just under replacement procedures. I loose all trust on this companies product and service. I request you to please guide me how I can file complaint for refund as always I got faulty product replacements. Thanks!

    The earphone I purchased 9 months ago with a lot of trust, showed up a problem with left side not working. The product is still in the warranty period and I want a new working product of Same model as soon as possible so that I can buy other products from Boult audio in the future

        My one side Bluetooth earphones not working properly after 6 months. I sent the product to the company in june for repair. It's been July now and I haven't received my product back.
        Whenever I call them they just disconnect the call. Their after sales service is worst.
        I have mailed them several times but they not replying. If I haven't received any reply then I have go to cosumer court.

            Boult customer care number takes at least 35min to connect, post connecting either your agent disconnects the call or he pastes some solution which is to be completed in 2 days but never happens.
            the 1st time I couriered my device on my own money it got back as it is.
            2nd time since 17th june i have connected multiple times to Boult care,
            1st response is no response from your side so i called on 21st June, one madam raised pick up, then delivery boy rejected to take device due to demand of invoice and package, device is in warranty.
            2nd response - Boult madam told me to wait for 2 days to check delivery status.
            3rd response - Boult guy told to wait for 1 day, mail will be coming to you.
            Now I have been waiting for mail since 3 days.

            Device is Boult Audio Air bass true five black colour, issues in device are
            1. Right side blue light is glowing till discharge, it never turns off.
            2. Right earbud auto ON /OFF is not working, either i have to ON it manually to use, again same i have to do for OFF.

              I purchased the product boult audio wireless earphones from aamazon on 4 april 2021, but the product stopped working in few days. I couldnt return the product to amazon because of lockdown & refund policy is of 30 days with them. I tried contacting bould audio several times but I wasnt able to do it . I contacted amazon again several times on it. I sent several emails to boult & the product was picked up on 23 june 2021, but till now i havent received the refund on it. I am sharing you the link of the product below. Kindly check it & let me know if I can get the refund on it as the product is in warranty. This is the worst experience with amazon where I cant even get in touch with the manufacturer. The number on which i tried calling is an automated response. There is no way I can get in touch with you people to get the refund. Please stop selling the product if you dont have any way of reaching you guys.

                I have bought Boult Audio ProBass CurvePro Neckband in Ear wireless Earphones with 12H Battery Life & Fast Charging, Vibration for Call Microphone (Grey) neckband on 26 October 2020. Now it is not working properly one side of this neckband stops working.

                  I purchased Boult audio x1, but quality was not upto the mark, one side of the ear phone is not working now.
                  I also wrote a complaint to customer care, they promised to resolve it in 24 hrs, now it's already 5 days, still no response from them, kindly resolve it as soon as possible

                    My Bluetooth earphones stopped working after 3 months. I sent the product to the company in April for repair. It's been July now and I haven't received my product back.
                    Whenever I call them they just disconnect the call. Their after sales service is worst.
                    I have mailed them several times and in reply of my mail they sent me fake tracking details along with the shipping information.
                    3 times they sent me the same email in an interval of 15 days and with same tracking ID. This company is Fraud, never ever buy anything of this brand.

                          I have bought Boult earphone (Boult Audio X1 wired) in flipkart and it is mentioned it has 1 year of warranty. My earphones stopped working now(nearly 7 months after). I did contact the Boult Audio through mail and phone. I have received a ticket no. 00150347. But from then no response. Kindly look into this issue.

                                    I have bought airpods in which one airpod is not working.. I have submitted the ticket at 22nd July..and didn't get any response ... Then I have called in service center and they replied to me that their service boy would pickup at given address... But still no contact from their side... Vicky Kaushal and kirti Senen such a popular actor and actress promoting your brand.. shame on you... Such a disspointment... I willl never suggest anyone to buy Boult product

                                      I had purchased Boult Audio BassBuds X1 5 months ago. Now one side of the earphone is not working. I complained and claimed for warranty through call and email both but they seem to show no response. I have just been given a ticket no 00148719.
                                      They say, usually it takes 24-48 hrs to be responded back but it has been over 5 days, and I still haven't received any progressive email showing actual interest in it. I called the customer care number but they said the same thing that you will be responded soon.

                                      In short, I feel that they are just stalling this issue. I am really unhappy with their customer care service although I loved the product very much.
