One side of headset stopped working from one side

Warranty period is not yet over but the product stopped working.The headset was ordered on 20/09/2020 from Amazon. Please help me for the same as soon as possible....

It has stopped working completely within the warranty period ie; in 7 months.

Right Earbud not working

Dear Boult Team,

I purchased Boult Airbass Combuds at 1299/- now it’s having issue if I send this package to Delhi though courier it charges about 500/-+ to send a courier from my place Hyderabad Telangana to New Delhi, it doesn’t make sense on baring 500/-+ on faulty product to get repaired where it actually is cost of 50% of courier charge now .

Can you please give me clarification on this? barring 50%...

They are not working

21 Jan. 2021 in that day I am buying cod. It's near by 2 weeks there one sided cod was doesn't work. And now i couldn't heard in both side. I am buying that product on Amazon . I also provide you payment receipt . Please give actions regarding to that....

Probass curve Bluetooth headset

Bought the probass curve Bluetooth headset via amazon on 13-Nov-2020. Exactly after 4 months it started misfunctioning. Now it keeps on saying "power on" . Not getting charged and cannot connect to any device.

So I would request the company for a replacement of the product as soon as possible.

Product has no other damages and all box including the warranty card is still there....
