Right side bud is continuously saying "Power On" and not working properly

Boult probrass curve neckband has not worked properly, it's has technical issues, not charge, not on, ... So give me the solution what can I do next.. Help me urgently..

HI,

Registered warranty complaint on 8th of April 2021, under Ticket ID 00072356 for not device not powering on.

only automatized mail replied received from company end.

i myself call Customer support for update on complaint, customer support executive said device will be picked up in 72 hours

again myself called customer support for and update on 13th April 2021 as there was no pick up was done beyond 72 hours.

customer support executive are not responding the properly to customer.

and this the 2nd time device stopped working

My product is not work is there some problem

My Boult new earphone not Charing properly, may be socket is having loose connection. I purchased 15 days back
through flipkart . Hence please exchange my earphone.

Product not able to switched on while using.
Suddenly switched off and then till it’s in off condition past 2weeks.
I contact thru mail but no one response.
Is this your approach for your customers...???

My Boult new earphone not a Charing I will buy in online not complete 1month please exchange my earphone

There is an audio call issues from this worst product (Boult Audio AirBass PowerBuds) & got repaired for 2 times. I asked Boult customer care to replace with new product and they promised me to replace with new sealed product. It was almost 1 month got over, there is no response from their end. When I asked with customer care, they're always saying the words "We've forwarded to concern department, will reach your product soon" ! This the words they're saying for the last 1 month. Am really disappointing with this issue ! Please give me the solution ASAP.

Mic is not working, i want a replacement..plz resolve my problem..

This is with reference to the trial mail and my constant follow-up with team responsible for customer grievances.

I had sent one boult product to you on 15th March through courier, which you have received on 16th Mar 21.

Post that I am constantly follow-up up with your team but in addition to the falls commitment, nothing is moving and they don’t have any idea that when the product will be delivered back to me.

While asking for any kind of escalation matrix to raise my voice to senior team members of the company, however as per the team responsible, they don’t have the authority to share this with the customer.

I am completely frustrated with such pathetic services and also repenting on my decision for buying this product from the company like Boult.

I am once again asking you to give the exact details with a firm date to deliver this product back to me, failing which I will have no option but to take you to the consumer court to recover my hard earned money.

Connecting problme my device and connect to disconnect in 5 min

Product purchased on[protected], not working, product is under warranty

I had ordered it on flipkart. Even after having a full charge it gets disconnected automatically and reconnects automatically. First it used to happen only on phone call but now also while listening to audio i came across same issue. Also the other side on phone call cannot hear proper voice.

I have returned my boult Bluetooth on January 17 for service because of hearing issues but not received yet and its more than 2 months over... please reply
