This is with reference to the trial mail and my constant follow-up with team responsible for customer grievances.
I had sent one boult product to you on 15th March through courier, which you have received on 16th Mar 21.
Post that I am constantly follow-up up with your team but in addition to the falls commitment, nothing is moving and they don’t have any idea that when the product will be delivered back to me.
While asking for any kind of escalation matrix to raise my voice to senior team members of the company, however as per the team responsible, they don’t have the authority to share this with the customer.
I am completely frustrated with such pathetic services and also repenting on my decision for buying this product from the company like Boult.
I am once again asking you to give the exact details with a firm date to deliver this product back to me, failing which I will have no option but to take you to the consumer court to recover my hard earned money.
