Not working properly and I want replace my Boult cure audio

I bought musebuds in August 2020 and they are not working both buds are making problem. I am complaining in your customer care number [protected] but they neither respond nor get connected. I am very disappointed with this.
I have a warranty please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

I bought boult Audio BassBuds Oak Pure-Wood Wired Headset from flipkart on 28th July 2020. Now one side of Headset is not working. The earphone comes with one year guarantee but when I go to there website there is no any option available for exchange defected items.

Never buy a Boult product. Customer service is pathetic. I purchased this Boult product and within a month has issues with charging and sound quality. Sound was distorted. Raised issue with customer care and they told to send the product. On September 8, 2020 they received the product and till now the product is in their custody. Who knows what they are doing with the product. I am not using the product and they are consuming the warranty period. I have sent them reminder mails thrice till today and no response is received.
May God save you and your money before you fall into their hands of cheaters.

I'm writing this complaint to address the issue i have been facing for over a month. The above ticket id has the entire situation mentioned thoroughly.
To give you a brief, just after 2-3 charge cycles the right earbud stopped charging and completely shut off. The charging case works fine along with the other earbud.
This is absolutely not acceptable and the product is extremely shoddy. Your team was very quick in getting me to write a nice review on amazon - praising the product. But i don't see the response speed at all when i'm facing an issue.
Post, the complaint submission, i received a message to ship the product to new delhi. Why should i pay money again from my end to ship the faulty product. This has been dragging for long and i'm absolutely disappointed with the service. I want an immediate resolution on this. Either call it back through your own channel/ amazon, ship me a new product right away or refund the amount.

This reflects very pathetically for your brand and i'll think thrice before buying or recommending anyone to buy from your brand.
I am sick and tired of writing complaints and i want the solution right away.

I had issue with my product. I have created a ticket and as per advice sent the product to their ware house as well. Product was despatched to them on Aug 4 itself got a confirmation email for the same.

From Aug 4th 2020 to till now there is no update at all. Sent multiple emails as well as called them but there is not even a single update.

Worst customer service fed up with the customer service.

My headphones battery issue is a not working out of 10days

One was not working and sound is too poor

Hi,
I am facing problem from past one month and customer care representative doesn't give any response but to cut the call.
However i request you to please exchange a new boult loupe wired headset as the left ear bud is not working all of a sudden on 02/09/2019. Please replace asap, it is still in warranty period.

I had purchased Boult audio spirex bluetooth handsfree in 2019 and my product suddenly stopped working, I had checked with company and had couriered it for repair on 15 Aug and on 17 Aug they reveived my product as per info by company, After 3-4 days when i had call customer service they informed me that your product cannot be repaired so it will be replaced as a part of warranty, Every time i call customer service they give me same reason there is no update your product is not yet dispatched from warehouse today it is 23 Sep almost 1 month and a week yet i have not reveived my product and there is no proper response from representative... this is just nuisance

Boult cure is charging but after charging it is not working means not on or off showing not attaching blue tooth
