I have purchased Boult Audio ProBass Curve Wireless Neckband Earphones through Amazon on 24.06.2020. Its even not 4 months since Purchase date and its not getting now. Such a bad product is not expected from a esteemed company like you.

    I purchased boult audio loop earphones from amazon.in, they had 1 year warranty & now they are not working and 1 year warranty is still valid on them but i tried calling service center, there is literally jo response. What should i do now??? There is no physical damage at all.

        The loop wire got detached after 14 days o[censored]sage. It's really inconvenient to reinsert it every time i wanna use it. Would like to get a replacement .

                I have purchased Boult Audio BassBuds Loop in-Ear Wired Earphones on September 25 after 3 weeks it's stopped now no one is responding to my complaint there is no service center near to me, tried to contact them via phone, even there phone numbers are not working

                  I ordered the neckabnd in July. And its not working and as per their policy the product comes with 1 year warranty. I mailed them various times and every time they gave me a ticket number and after that i didnt get any information and after few days they ask me invoice and i mailed the invoice also. After few days i got the mail that your ticket number is closed. And this process goes on continuously. I am not able to get any help from them.

                    My boult bluetooth headset pro curve have chaging issue and one side speaker not working..Sent to service center on 10 th aug and got acknowledgement on 14 th aug...
                    Now 2 month over so far not received a replacement...and any update from service centre when They will replace it...
                    When ever iam calling yo customer care they says another 3 days it will resolve...this word iam getting from august 25 th ...Till now no resolution...

                    After regular followup the customer team provided a untraceble dtdc tracking no Z54893244 to make me fool...
                    This track id was not get it updated in dtdc site so far...and the customer care dont have answer on it...

                        I am writing to complain about the wireless bluetooth earphones black color which I purchased from Boult Audio Company on 27th June 2020 for Rs.899
                        In your guarantee you claim that this head set can be used during a year without breakage and any other problems. I have been using it carefully for months and the head phones stopped working normally after a couple of months only one side is working.
                        So, according to the warranty it has not even completed 4months and the warranty was give for one year so I would like to compensate/replacement as soon as possible I will be very thankful to you .

                          I was bought a Boult Audio Curve Wireless Neckband Magnetic Earphone With mic through filpcart sold by Shreyash Retail private limited, order ID OD[protected] dated 23/06/2020 and i was get the product on 24/06/2020. till the date i was used the earphone, for the past three days the earphone was not get charged and i was not able to use the earphone, but you are said that your product have a warranty of one year. so kindly do the needful or replace the product early as possible

                                    My complaint ID is 66609 which had been registered on 01/09/2020 & as per directions I have sent my Monopod through courier on 08/09/2020 at your service center but till today I didn't received any kind receiving notification or mail also I didn't get solution of my complaint. I have regularly calling to your service center but they gave me only assurance but no solution of my complaint. I had a bad experience with your services . Please pay attention on my complaint and try to give solution of my complaint. I am again enclosing copies of courier receipts.
