I'm writing this complaint to address the issue i have been facing for over a month. The above ticket id has the entire situation mentioned thoroughly.
To give you a brief, just after 2-3 charge cycles the right earbud stopped charging and completely shut off. The charging case works fine along with the other earbud.
This is absolutely not acceptable and the product is extremely shoddy. Your team was very quick in getting me to write a nice review on amazon - praising the product. But i don't see the response speed at all when i'm facing an issue.
Post, the complaint submission, i received a message to ship the product to new delhi. Why should i pay money again from my end to ship the faulty product. This has been dragging for long and i'm absolutely disappointed with the service. I want an immediate resolution on this. Either call it back through your own channel/ amazon, ship me a new product right away or refund the amount.
This reflects very pathetically for your brand and i'll think thrice before buying or recommending anyone to buy from your brand.
I am sick and tired of writing complaints and i want the solution right away.
