As claimed by the company the earphones are not waterproof. As it started raining my earphones stoped working.
I want my earphones to be replaced as soon as possible and redress my grievance at the earliest.
The feature of being waterproof about earphones by compllanuly hasn't come out to be true.
Please resolve my problem, otherwise i would reach consumer grievance cell.

Why are you not responding to my mails or calls? If such kind of customer service is your agenda then in that case your brand image will be the worst in no time.
Have some professionalism and respond to mails and call. You have become a mere product oriented company with zero heed to customer service.

    The boult x-plode audio wireless earphone i bought on 24th january 2019. I have purchased this product on online marketing on myntra.com. It worked for 2 months very well. But two day back i try switch on it's not on when i am fully charged it's not power on. The power button not working properly that is the problem. So kindly exchange or replace the product...

      I purchased boult flex headphones via myntra and to my surprise received a defective product for a price of rs 2000.. The company is so careless that they made me courier the same and after promising a replacement sent back the same defective product.. It is a wonder how a reputed brand like myntra and boult audio could be this reckless to only grab the money and not offer decent products..

        The boult red audio curve neckband wireless earphone i bought on 27th january 2019. I have purchased this product on online marketing ejency myntra.com. It worked for 2 months very well and there are not any technical issue. But yesterday when i am fully charged my boult red audio curve neckband then i have power on. The power mode is not on it started giving problem. So kindly exchange or replace the product.
        I have bought Gray space wireless Bluetooth earphones BA - space on nov 29 2018 from myntra.com which has a warranty of 1year and now it's been 6 months only and it has stopped working. Kindly have a look at it and get back to me ASAP with a valid response. I have tried reaching ur customer care number but not able to reach. Do the needful ASAP.

        Hi,
        I ordered a boult audio bluetooth earphones which was not functioning. So i returned and got my replacement. The replaced product was also not functioning as expected. The product is under warranty.kindy help in replacing the product.

            The boult crest wireless earphone i brought on 05 jan 2019 the product is not from myntra it worked for 2months very well and now it started giving problem and the frouduct is not working with vivo v1 on jio 4g voice calls and now the product audible for the right sid ear from last one week so kindly exchange or replace the product.

              I have purchased bluetooth wireless boult audio space headphones from myntra on 13 dec 2018 they were working perfectly since last few days now its being 3months they are not working properly left side bud turns be off and it contains one year of warranty therefore as it is under warranty period so kindly exchange the product or refund me my amount.
              I ordered a boult audio wireless earphone from flipkart and i received a product and this product automatically off nd does not on at the moment So, i need a replacement as soon as possible, and i'm so unsatisfied with the product that irritates me alot complaint consumer court.

                  I had ordered a pair of bluetooth earphones via myntra. But i received only the outer box. There was no product inside.. After continuously co-coordinating with myntra & seems they are relying on your company.. I demand to get my product as soon as possible because i have paid the full amount for the same.

                  I have already filed a complaint on myntra for fraudulent & unprofessional service further to which i want to know how did your company send an empty box of an expensive accessory.

                  Require a reply at the earliest.

                          I ordered a boult audio bluetooth earphones for 1200 which was a faulty product. So i returned and got my replacement. The replaced product was also not functioning as expected. So i returned it and conveyed the same to them. Following which i didn't get any proper response from them. The product is under warranty. I got the product delivered from myntra.

So i returned and got my replacement. The replaced product was also not functioning as expected. So i returned it and conveyed the same to them.                             I bought a bluetooth earphone online from myntra. The company name is bault audio. it is now 1 month old but it is not working properly it's battery is not working properly. It get charged very quickly and get exhaust very quickly as well. I made a call to bault audio service center phone number many times which was provided on the card. Earlier they asked me leave a massage on same number and told me to wait for next day. But after waiting for next 2 days I call on the same number but it is not connected. So plz take some appropriate action. I bought it in 1200 rs. Thank you

                              I brought boult q, in myntra app.
                              Am getting disappoint. They sold me garbage product. It does not working properly. Bluetooth not working smoothly. Sound quality was worst. I wasted my money by your worthless description. Description and the product not like the same. I got crashed product, it look like old.
                              Boult company cheated me myntra too.
                              I wasted my money.
                              My BOULT AUDIO Q headphones are damaged, so want to return or exchange the headphones so kindly request to take a move about

                                Since last two days i am not able to turn on my bluetooth earphone. I thought that it’s battery is drained then i put it in charging for 3 hours but then also it is not turned on.. and approx 5 days ago it was working smoothly.. and i had used it for 10 times and then also it happend.. and i had purchased it from myntra on 22nd oct 2018. So kindly please replace it as soon as possible.. because i trusted your product but i was wrong..

                                    I ordered a Boult audio twinpods from Myntra. I received it on 16 October and when I used the product on very same day, one of them was not working, so I paired them separately too with my phone. Conclusion was that one of them was defective because I was connected but no sound was coming from it. Immediately I contacted the Boult audio customer care at [protected]. They said that you have to courier that product with box and Myntra invoice at 30/5 East Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi, 110026. I couriered it the very same day on 16 October. They said that this process takes 4-5 business days. It's the 7th day. And now I am trying to contact the Boult audio customer care it is showing server error. Note that I was trying to contact since morning 3-4 times the ring was going but nobody picked up, And suddenly it started showing server error.
                                    Not working proparly and left side ear phone is stop working proparly so i want to replace it so as fast as you give me another peace and replace it...
                                    I have purchased h boult audio headphones zigbugs from jabong and after 1 week on side of earphones stops working and bluetooth also not working
                                    I want to claim my warrant
                                    Pleaase replace it
                                    Please replace it asap

                                      I purchased boult Xplode 15 days ago in myntra with the price of 1300 rupees, it's totally not satisfied because battery backup is very short, and Bluetooth disconnected automatically and not so good sound as I expected..
