I ordered a Boult audio twinpods from Myntra. I received it on 16 October and when I used the product on very same day, one of them was not working, so I paired them separately too with my phone. Conclusion was that one of them was defective because I was connected but no sound was coming from it. Immediately I contacted the Boult audio customer care at [protected]. They said that you have to courier that product with box and Myntra invoice at 30/5 East Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi, 110026. I couriered it the very same day on 16 October. They said that this process takes 4-5 business days. It's the 7th day. And now I am trying to contact the Boult audio customer care it is showing server error. Note that I was trying to contact since morning 3-4 times the ring was going but nobody picked up, And suddenly it started showing server error.
Why are you not responding to my mails or calls? If such kind of customer service is your agenda then in that case your brand image will be the worst in no time.
Have some professionalism and respond to mails and call. You have become a mere product oriented company with zero heed to customer service.
Respond to my mails else I will have to take strict action
