I received my boult bluetooth headset on july 24th 2019 through flipkart. Now headset is not charging properly, it is disconnecting automatically. After pairing with device only it's charging... Charging percentage is showing differently. Attached invoice copy and sent mail also. Do the needful asap.

    As per your instructions shared, i've sent the defect earphone through courier in the month of dec'19 in order to claim warranty. But it has come back / returned with no information or detail whatsoever.
    Please provide me the proper guidance how to settle this issue.

      Hi,

      I have purchased a bolt curve headset in october 2019 on amazon portal, it was worked fine up to 3 months after i purchased it, after then i have been a facing connectivity issue with the bluetooth which it's not getting turning it on by press holding the button for a while even though it has full charge in it. Also it will turns off when i used to press the volume up button and it's not getting the voice (Turning off) when i turning it off as i was received the same in 1st month usage of the headset.

      I'm facing the issue very severely whenever i gets urgent work to connect it to live process.

      I appreciate your company if that the product would be replaced with a proper one in view of high privilege of your brand, otherwise it would leads to negative impact on your brand and amazon too for not providing genuine product's.

        Hi good mornig,
        Recently i purchased boul audio probass curve wireless neckhand magnetic earphone with mic from flipkat.
        But, only one side of the product is in working condition. The second side is not working. The product is in warranty period. I rasied complaint with flipkart. They suggested me to give complaint.
        Please follow my complaint as early as possible.

            How could I resolve it
            The bass is worst and the sound is cracking and not audible something. Fix it please. The sound is very less. I want it's servicing asap. Please try fixing it.

                      I buyed a boult audio probass sonic bluetooth headset with mic dated 18.07.2019 through flipkart having a warranty of 1 year. Now after 6 months the both the earphones are not working. Audio quality is also not good. At first only one earphone was not working now both the earphones are not working within a span of a week.

                      Request you to replace the product with a new one as the product is in warranty period.

                      Boult audio bassbuds storm wired headset with mic which has been purchased has stopped working (i.e, left side earphone ). I have brought this product from flipkart on 6 september of 2019. As the product is still under the waranty period i need you to replace it with the new product or just repair it. the warranty period ends on 6 september 2020.

                        At the left side of my blutooth earphone was not working for past 2 weeks so please replace the product such as possible i have bought the earphone before 2 month so i request you to claim the warranty of my blutooth earphone it has no damages outside of the earphone i think it should be a inbuilt falut so only right of the earphone is working and left side was not working so please to change the product.

                          I am using boult audio ear phones for very long time. It had minor issues. Now the head phone right piece is not working itself. I dont know what to do so. Kindly pls check this product. This product has many issues like it is very slippery, i would always holding headphone in my hand for very long time

Although its switch button speaking on and off with blinking lights but it is not connecting with smart phone so these product under warranty so please do corrective action and solve my issue...                                   The headphone which i have that is the boult flex q 12 is stopping sometimes when otis playing some song or something. First it was just making some sound then slowly slowly it started to stop like for few milliseconds. Then it started to stop for a second and i am facing a big problem in this. I want to just listen to my songs and will you just resolve this problem this fast. Please resolve this problem fast

                                    I have bought this device in Sept 2019 from Amazon.in and few days back I started facing issues with the band which is still in Warranty.
