I had booked a flat in BPTP Park Serene, Sector 37D, Gurgaon Project in March-2008.
It has been more than 6 years and still the project is not ready. BPTP customer care always gives extending timelines which get extended by every quarter. I am requesting the concerned to take the matter up with BPTP.

BPTP HAS SENT possession letter for park prime project with header cost escalation charges. It was clearly mentioned in annexure D of flat buyer agreement that all charges are escalation free. This is a complaint against BPTP. We had purchased a Villa, the conveyance deed was executed in June 2013 and physical possession was taken, after lot lf correspondence/visits, in second week of August. 2013.

Charges edc and idc as per his own formula and does not bother to inform its customers the rationale behind the calculation
includes banking charges and interests charged by government, for its own fault for delayed payment of edc and idc.
