I have booked one floor of BPTP Park Elite Floor (250 Sq Yard, ), Faridabad in the Year 2009 & was allotted an unit in L Block, Ground Floor. As per the agreement COMPLETION DATE WAS 2012, but till date the unit is very far from completion and No work is going on for more than a year. IS IT POSSIBLE TO TAKE THE COMPANY TO THE CONSUMER COURT AND GET THE POSSESSION OF THE UNIT. MY MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected].

    Dear Sir, I have booked floor in BPTP part elite project in the month of May 2009. BPTP has allotted E 78, First Floor against my application. I have visited site quite numbers of time and noticed that they have used very poor quality of construction material like bricks and cement etc When we put even a light scratch on wall, whole of the material comes out at the same time. I just put my feet of one of the corners, this was broken at the same time. This actually proves the very very low quality of material used for construction. I have also noticed that now the construction work is not happening in the E block. I am not sure what is the reason for this. Do you know what is the reason for stop construction and where to raise issue for poor construction quality. Please suggest. Thanks Anoop

    Hello Sir, I got possession for my flat and it seems like Construction is not at all Good. There are water leakage from the all wall from base side. I updated these things to Builder, Office Staff, supervisor but they are just delaying it.
    Now During rain there is water leakage in almost all wall from slap side below the beams. I updated these thing to builder he is saying they will fill all the cracks after that it will not leak.
    Even it seems like there is no sand plaster from inner side of the Wall.
    Please suggest what i needs to do? I'm getting frustration.
    Hi, BPTP has sent an e-mail with commitment of delivery schedule in Nov. what is the point of going there tomorrow now when they will tell us the same thing there also. I think we should not waste out time. We will see after Nov.

      Hi, I have a flat in princess park sector 86, they have taken all my
      money . I am paying maintenance to them but they are not allowing me to
      shift over there. I have visited their office so many times, Everytime
      they have some excuse for not giving possession . They are not ready
      with their agreement and delaying the possession and handover. On
      chasing them for months, I had somehow managed to get the NOC for
      handover of keys for Fit-out . But the name mentioned on the document for
      handover is not willing to handover and had said that flat is not ready yet .
      They are not ready to commit to define any timeline . BPTP had committed 15 days but project site refused to handover it.
      BPTP customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      BPTP has sent an e-mail saying they will give us delivery timeline by Nov 2014. Do you think there will be any point going there tomorrow. this is the same answer they will give us tomorrow if we go. let us wait for a month more. We will be wasting our time tomorrow by going there.

        Respected Team, This is to notify that BPTP has not been issuing registry for the flat owners and particularly in my case, I bought a flat (T12- 301) in BPTP Park Floors 2 and I'm the original owner and allottee of this unit in Dec 2008. I was handed over this unit in Dec 2013 however despite numerous follow ups haven't been able to get BPTP to get the registry done for my flat. The registry amount was claimed by BPTP along with the full and final payout and to get the hand over, I had to pay the same. Now despite more than 40 email exchange with BPTP customer care and 20 odd visits at the Gurgaon site office, I'm not able to make them call me for the registry as they keep giving a standard reply that it is a delay from Haryana government. I have mentioned in my communications to BPTP that other residents in the same apartment (BPTP Park Floor 2) have got their registry done then why should you not be completing the formalities required to have the registry done for my unit, even though the registry amount was paid more than a year ago but the requests have been falling on deaf ears. Kindly support with the matter and if required send legal notice to the organisation so I can get my rightful formalities completed for the complete ownership of the product I purchased.         customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I have the same problem..We paid the registry amount more than an year ago. They overcharged us by 19000 Rs and they have been making false commitments since then. There is no explaination from them except that court is not giving them registration dates. They never tell us WHY court is not giving them dates for registry.
        Now they are saying that they will return the overpayment of 19000 Rs after 3-4 of registry. They keep people in dark. No one trusts BPTP because it is a company that is not based on ethics. BPTP is a sinking ship and it only a matter of time before it goes completely bankrupt. They do'nt even have funds to repair lifts and boundary wall or pay their employees..that is what people say and think of BPTP. No one is willing to invest in BPTP projects anymore because people have lost faith in them. Their customer care people are experts in telling lies. I am surprised why their management is not rotting in jail after doing such frauds.

          BPTP collected registry amount in Sept 2013 but till date there is no update on when registry is going to happen. They scheduled registry date twice but went back on that date both times. Isnt this action illegal and unethical - to hold clint money when there is no clear idea of registry date

            I had booked a flat in BPTP Park Serene, Sector 37D, Gurgaon Project in March-2008.
            It has been more than 6 years and still the project is not ready. BPTP customer care always gives extending timelines which get extended by every quarter. I am requesting the concerned to take the matter up with BPTP.
            I also wish to request the general public that please stay away from investing in BPTP projects unless you have patience to wait for 10 years for possession.

            This is absolutely true. BPTP - Blood Pressure Till Possession.
            ABSOLUTELY TRUE
            We are a agroup of 200 defence people we all booked flats 6 years back
            we all have paid 95% payments three years back
            we were promised possession in 2011
            But we have not been given possession
            interiors parking road water electricity sewerage lift fir fighting nothing has been done
            club has not been built
            CUSTOMER CARE of BPTP and all high OFFICIALS have been making false promises
            we are left HIGH and DRY

              Dear Sir, I would like to inform you that I am the buyer of BPTP Neharpar area, I have been booked my floor with the BPTP builder in june 2009, within 1.5 year have paid 85% of the total amount of the property now it is more than 4.5 year there is no update from BPTP regarding construction of my unit, I have wrote several mail & send postal letter for the updating & reason for delay in construction but they are keep on writing standard wording without any reason for delay and possession date. I am suffered a lot due to financial burden since I have spent hard earn money in this property. Please help me get me possession of my unit, as BPTP is not bother to revert me with any update in the project, also expecting your sugession in this regard whether i should send legal notice to the MD of the BPTP You must heard lot of complaint regarding BPTP project in faridabad, Regards Rajeev saraf

                Fraud, unethical business practices

                BPTP (CountryWide Promoters) is conducting fraud and indulging in unethical business practices. This is being brought to the attention of the Consumer agency and complaints have been filed with the respective governing bodies as necessary with a request for immediate action.

                BPTP's Management (MD: Kabul Chawla) and the directors are well-aware of their unethical practices and are defiant in maintaining their wrongful business...

                BPTP HAS SENT possession letter for park prime project with header cost escalation charges. It was clearly mentioned in annexure D of flat buyer agreement that all charges are escalation free. It is clear loot and blackmailing by bptp with its customers. They are also demanding written indemnity regarding construction qualities and specification without physical inspection

                I have also got a similar letter from BPTP for Park Prime today, the escalation is nearly 20% of the project cost and this is coming to be paid in one month with a 18% penalty clause and when they have delayed the project by a couple of years

                    Escalation Cost being taken by BPTP for Park Prime Possession

                    Hi, I invested in BPTP Parklands, Faridabad project in Jan 2006. My plot number is H-7. I've paid all of demands carried out by BPTP till today (which is 95% of the cost, 100% EDC/IDC, 100%PLC, 100%EEDC/EIDC etc), also paid an interest amount of Rs 75000. I have invested entire life time saving in this project. I am very worried. I am chasing up on possession of my plot for so many years (now 8 years) but BPTP is making lame excuses and not giving the possession of the plot. Everytime, I ask for possession, I am told next two months, next two months. Waiting for these two months have led me to 8 years now. It is turning to be an endless wait.                     I have a plot in J block parkland Faridabad and been given same treatment. I have paid all money they asked for and still not given possession. Whenever I call them it is always next month they promise but almost three years passed since I have made all payment and still not given possession. I am also paying maintenance charges on a plot which I have not even seen it. I am not sure what to do. Can anybody advise?

                      BPTP Park Arena Faridabad reallocating/changing the Unit without consonant and without Reason. They never informed and now they are changing the unit without any given reason. they charged the PLC for the unit and now don't provide any response properly.                       hi!

                      BPTP project park arena as per initial booking and as per agreement should have been completed within 36 months of booking ie by august 2013. Thereafter for every months of delay rupees five per square feet was committed to be given by the company in the agreement. but now more than 8 months have passed but no such amount has been paid to the customers. I had sent a mail for the same but they replied that since your payments was made after bit of delay then the scheduled so this clause will not be applicable to me. Whenever any of the payment was delayed for few days then the interest at the rate of 18% has always been charged and duly paid. Some of the delay was due to the part of the company itself when they raised wrong demands which was later on got corrected by personally visiting the offices. Now they are refusing to pay the delayed penalty to me so wat should i do?
                      There is no group on facebook for Park Arena owners. Is there any other group where are together fighting for Park Arena project?

                        This is a complaint against BPTP. We had purchased a Villa, the conveyance deed was executed in June 2013 and physical possession was taken, after lot lf correspondence/visits, in second week of August. 2013.
                        MY COMPLAINT IS THAT BPTP IS NOT PROVIDING US WITH A COPY OF THE COMPLETION CERTIFICATE, OCCUPANCY CERTIFICATE, LAY OUT PLAN, SANCTIONED BUILDING PLANS, SERVICE PLANS ETC. WHICH WE REQUIRE FOR AVAILING LOAN FROM THE BANK. WE ARE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE ABOVE DOCUMENTS. THIS IS DESPITE THE FACT THAT WE HAVE PRIOR TO EXECUTION OF CONVEYANCE DEED MET ALL THEIR ILLEGAL DEMANDS LIKE INCREASE IN SUPER BUILT UP AREA, ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR STP, EEDC ETDC.
                        SHALL APPRECIATE IF SOMEONE TAKE UP THE MATTER WITH BPTP TO ENSURE THEY PROVIDE THE ABOVESAID INFORMATION/DOCUMENTS.

                            i have book a flat unit no-p3-38-gf, park elite floors,parklands, parklands faridabad on may 2009.at that time cost of flat was nearly 18 lakhs (app.) only.till date i have deposited rs.2404211/-. out of which rs .112694/-was deposited on 13/10/2012 for interest on delay deposited number of installment as per their demand letters received time to time.as per their information given to me & mark in statement.now again they claim rs.96311/- for net delayed interest as at 30.04.2013.my customer code is-BE 48/116789, & address is A-83,b-1 sector-17 noida distt.-gautam budh nagar -201301. Kindly guide me when will i get the possession of this flat & how much i have to pay. I have already taken home loan from HDFC BANK.Office society advance & pf loan .kindly guide me how can i get possession as earliest as possible.

                              Dear friends who have got houses booked in bptp resort faridabad it is very likely that bptp will cheat investors and before giving possession increase the super area without any rime or reason therfore to safeguard on this it is neccessary to organise in group to fight it out be it in media court or taking help of political party like aam adami party i want to request all allttees of to come together and try to make link in media and aam admi party so that when time comes we can take help and fight the unjustice special request to all people living near delhi to take active interest and start now before bptp gives the shocker of increasing the super area

                              As you(Bajaj) Started its operations in Sopore In 2006,& i have subscribed your policy at that time but the growt is zero,what the hell you are doing with our funds,You Cheaters,lairs,Ediots & scrundolls have wasted the entire mone investd in your company.ULIPS are the most worst funds as The STM once said me that your money will be double in 5yrs now it is abot to complete, if i am able to get that vaule i will drag you to court.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                1. I am a serving Indian Navy Officer who has been in the service for last 30 Years and now on verge of retirement. To stay with my family after my retirement i booked residential unit in BPTP in May 2009 and allotment was also made after i paid the due installments within the allotted dates.My Customer Code with BPTP is 116904 and was allotted 04 Bedroom Ground Floor residential unit no H2-19 Sec 84 Faridabad. As the POSSESSION of my Unit was in end 2012 as per the Agreement, when i contacted them in month of early July 2012 about the status of my house, I was shocked to hear that they told me that already consent form has been sent to me for shifting my unit . When i pleaded with them that i have not received any consent form of June 2012 on my residential address or on my e-mail which was the practice being followed earlier, i was send the consent form via e-mail dated 11 Jul 2012 . I scrutinized the consent form which clearly specifies that in case I have any query please revert back to BPTP Customer Care which I did via e-mail dated 19 Jul 2012 and also received and registered by BPTP Customer care services and there was no response from BPTP even after sending reminders on 01 Oct 2012 and again on 17 Feb 2013 which has been registered with BPTP Customer Care . It is shocking now that BPTP is saying that i cannot be allotted Unit Now as I have not signed the Consent Form. The BPTP is doing fraud and cheating for financial gains and depriving me off my UNIT as i am the end user. Now they have stopped receiving my reminders also. Mr Kabul Chawla ,the big Boss of BPTP has been send various reminders but no response . You may likely to give me the Justice Humble Regards Captain BBS Jamwal cell no [protected] LL[protected]

                                  I WAS OFFERED LETTER OF POSSESSION STATING TO CLEAR DUES AGAINST 159 SQ YARD VILLA LAST YEAR IN SEP 12. I CLEARED ALL DUES ON 19 DEC 12.I WAS GIVEN ZERO DUES STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT THEN,FURTHER THE LETTER COMMITTED THAT WITHIN 03 MONTHS UNIT WOULD BE HANDED OVER AFTER AUDIT. NO RESPONSE TILL 12 MAR 13,AFTER REPEATED MAILS NOW ON 21 MAR 13 THE COMPANY SAYS I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL STAMP DUTY OF 39000/=INR AND INTEREST CHARGES OF 20,300/= APPRX AND 2374/= APPRX IN TWO HEADS.THE POINT IN CASE IS THERE HAS BEEN SEVERAL TIMES HIKES NOT ONCE,THE COMPANY IS DELAYING HANDING OVER ON SOME OR OTHER PRETEXT AND NOT EXPLAINING REASONS BUT MAKING ME LIABLE TO PAY MORE AND MORE.IN NUTSHELL THEY ARE NOT TAKING ANY LIABILITY FOR DELAY IN HANDING BUT PENALISING ME FOR UNKNOWN REASONS.THE ORIGINAL COST IS BEEN RISEN FROM 27 LACS APPRX TO 39 LACS.

                                    This builder has no ethics and extorts money without any consideration for customers or rules.
                                    Charges edc and idc as per his own formula and does not bother to inform its customers the rationale behind the calculation
                                    includes banking charges and interests charged by government, for its own fault for delayed payment of edc and idc.
                                    no communication ever received from the company except demands with a threat of charging 18% for any delay.
                                    Charged stamp duty payable to government and against law and keeps it for years without any compensation.
                                    BPTP complaints are endless including sewerage treatment plant and electrical substation charges which are fundamental requirements for any township as per law
                                    has started charging maintenance without informing and without physical possession and without common facilities being developed.. what for is the maintenance when no service has been provided while the title of property rests with bptp and has not been transferred??
                                    has increased maintenance unilaterally, without having bothered to inform its customers and has charged doubly for sinking fund and administration charges, for what??
                                    when maintenance security is charged it was meant to be interest bearing, why are they not paying interest on it??
                                    this is a real crook of a company and complaints do not end here.. 8 years and still the builder has not been able to complete the project.. staff is uneducated and does not have simple concrete answers to simple questions asked from them.. there front office has only one thing, keep the customer confused and keep them going in circles and never provide a solution..

                                    government should check the records of this company as they have taken excess edc and idc and furthermore have not paid it to the government..

                                    Hi guys. I am victim of this bptp plot scheme at faridabad. I have applied for draw and paid 4 lakh cheque to them. They told me u can withdraw ur plan to buy i[censored] do not find it good. Now i ask for refund but they are reacting like they do not know what the refund word means. Please help me what to do. Its is mentioned in the application that if allotte is not interested the promoter have to refund the paid money.
