I had booked flat in 2009 in park elite floor till 2012 they had taken around 50 percent of money now in 2015 they are saying tje land is in dispute and we can give you money back or transfer to other active unit but with today effective price i am very depressed by this behaviour .. of bptp its a fraud company ..please if some body facing same problem. I have received a letter for the unit i have in bptp princess park stating that i have to deposit vat charges.
My registry and occupancy have already been taken in 2014 then why this charge now? I have no dues and have always done my maintenance payments on time.
I have gone through the govt. Decision they have referred in the letter. It is the builder who has to pay the vat. Why it is being levied on the buyer.
As a consumer i am being exploited and bing charged unnecessarily.

I took possession of my unit in 2014 till then my unit is lying vacant. In June '16 i got a electricity bill of Rs 3723. I wrote to BPTP that my unit is unoccupied but as usual nobody wants to listen, they promised me that pay this time and they will refund the money after resolution. Till data nothing has happened. Now again i have got a fresh bill of 3836. I havn't even visited my unit since last 3 months, it is still lying vacant. This time i am not going to pay any electricity charges. i need a permanent solution. if somebody is stealing Power from my meter BPMS has to stop that as we are paying monthly security charges, i have no choice left to file an FIR against the theft. Please adjust my last paid elec. charges of Rs 3723 & remove Rs 3836 current charges.

Visited site office on 17th nov 2016, foundation work has not started after 3 years - pedestal - bptp, sector70a, gurgaon. Every time i visit project office and corporate office am informed that the work will start shortly and the project will be handed over well on time. On asking for a firm date in writing am never given any.

Incase bptp has challenges, the same should be shared with the customers and incase they are not in a position to initiate and complete the work request them to release the payment made with interest.

I am a customer of BPTP vide customer no. 116532 in BPTP park Elite floors. Just received a Vat demand of 26, 000 approx with an ultimatum of 25th Nov.

Firstly, the VAT is to be paid by the builder and not the buyer.

Secondly, for justified demands also, you need to give proper time. We paid the maintenance on 3rd Nov only.

I am already regretting my decision to invest in BPTP. I am not going to pay unjust money. They have mentioned they'll cha18% if delayed.

Project Park Elite Floors, P Faridabad, situated at Parklands.

I have paid all the outstanding amount and got procession 2 years ago. What is is new payment come from ? I never received any communication before. Paying maintenance regularly.

The flat cost me around 25 lakhs and now they are asking around 25, 000/Rs more as a VAT Payment.

Does anyone know about it ?

I would like to inform you that, i have booked a flat at PARK ELITE FLOORS sect-75 Faridabad. Haryana in the year of Oct.2009,
Till date i paid 75% of the payment and there is no construction activity at site only up to Brick work 50% completed and work has been completly stoped. no activity and no further demand for CLP.
Today on 9/11/2016 i received a demand for ZVAT TAX for an amount of Rs, 29, 745/-.
Please let me know what is this ZVAT? and how it will be applicable? on what amount and for which period.
Just this is they are harassing the customer without any construction activity.

Booked flat in bptp park elite project taken loan from hdfc Bank given all money for which the demand is raised time to time which is approximately 80% of cost of flat.On checking about the possesion of the flat no proper reply received and yesterday received mail and message to submit VAT amount of Rs 19, 573/- by 24th November and delay in paying the same will result in penalty of 18% interest.
Absolutely absurd.No information shared about the construction or possesion just simply given the bank name RBL account no, IFC code and hauz khas branch.
Single earning member and put all my money and hope on this house with no hopes of getting the possession and harrsed by this time to time money demand from them, I am actually fed up.

I have booked a flat in sector 77 under parkland pride project of bptp ltd.in mid of 2011, possesion of flat is delayed by a year and a half and the construction has been stopped for more than a 2 years. Kindly get us with some help if anyone is reading this, as i have taken a loan for the same and sold my house also on the basis of promises made by bptp at that time.

Company collected 95% payment by 2013 but is showing no signs of completing Construction of the Project. The Flat Buyers are suffering as we see our hard earned money going down the drain.

If anyone has authentic information about BPTP's plans for this Project, please share.

If anyone has proceeded legally against this company, please inform details so that lot more people can be with you in this fight.

I deposited over ten lakhs as advance towards a BPTP plot on faridabad.
I registered my change of address with the builder and got an acknowledgement.
Request from builder to pay subsequent amounts/ instalments were sent to the old address which I never received.
When I contacted them I was told that the plot was allocated to some one else.
Upon my request to refund my money there is no response.
Please advise.

An excess amount of rs 1.95 lacs was laying in my bptp account (customer i'd 148235) for last two years but bptp people never told me.in december 2015 when i visited bptp office gurgaon and took my account statement then i came to know about this excess amount in my account.

On 28th december 2015 i wrote a mail to bptp customer care for refund of excess amount of rs 1.95 lacs, they acknowledged my request and said it is in process of refund but after one month when i called customer care they told me the money will be refunded within 3 to 4 months of my first request for refund.

I called them after four month in april 2016 and also wrote mails for reminding them for refund but they told it will take one more month but the result was nil.
I call them every month about the status of refund but every time they tell me it is in process. mean time they adjusted approx rs 39 thousand against maintenance charges on my request. it is now 8 months since my first request of refund bptp never bother to refund my excess amount of rs 1.55 lacs and showing their negligence for the same. i request you to resolve my complaint and expose bptp for their negligent and irresponsible behaviour.

I have booked parkland pride in bptp. They promised the delivery in 2.5 years after section of pla/. But its jan 2015 i have still not received delivery of my project. I am living on rent house. - i am now planning to go against bptp in high court. Calim - i need bptp to pay my monthly rent as i am in this situation because of them. Please contact me if you are also trying to pursue a case against bptp. I also communicate with customer care but he is always giving lolly pop.

Dear sir,

I have paid 28.75 lakhs towards the full cost of 35.00 lakhs for the unit pe 203 in the year 2013 for, ground floor, park elite floors. It has been more than 3 years, but till now possession has not been given, in spite of the delivery time line being over. Even the construction has also stopped, only the structure is ready. Please help in adressing the same, so that the bptp pays and compensates for the delay in the delivery.

I booked an apartment in park elite project of bptp at faridabad in may, 2009 and made 95% payment upto 2011 but till date no offer of possession given by the company. Since 2011 they are giving fake dates. Company may be directed to give the possession immediately with delayed penalty otherwise please suggest suitable legal action against them. I have bought this plot fro bptp, and taken loan to finance it, i am paying interest every month but bptp has not given us the plot till date.
Nether there are any communication on status. As per their agreement clause they are suppose to pay penalties and interest for the delays. I am under tremendous pressure mentally.

Kindly help us.

I booked the above mentioned flat in your project part – 81 on 26.09.2009. The builder-byer agreement was signed in 08.09.2010. As per agreement, the possession of the flat was to be given within 30 months after the date of builder buyer agreement i. E. Before 08.03.2013.

Inspite of repeated requests, neither the possession of the flat has been given till date nor received any communication from you regarding completion/ possession of the flat. Due to delay in handing over of the said flat we are facing financial hardship at this juncture as we are spending unnecessarily much more money without our fault.

A flat buyer agreement for purchase of flat having a super area of 1677 sq. Ft was entered into in july 2007 regarding flat in bptp, princess park project, sector 86, faridabad, haryana. The flat was to be offered for possession within 3 years plus a grace period of 180 days, failing which the company was liable to pay penality for delayed delivery @ rs 5 per sq ft per month for delayed period. Hi, this is regarding my bptp flat registration (Customer code - 150231) in the resort, sector 75, faridabad. Bptp has already taken the stamp duty and registration charges in 2013 and still i am struggling to get the registry done. Now they are demanding vat charge in the form of fixed deposit/bank guarantee to initiate registration process. They have refused to initiate registry without fd/bg. Please let me know if you have any update regarding bptp park elite floors pc block nehar par greater faridabad. Recently, i had communicated with bptp customer care regarding resumption of construction of park elite floors pc block sector-77 second phase. Their reply was very casual and they are not serious for completing project. It seems that they may not resume construction, as i spoke to customer care and visited the site but there is no construction going on and also there is no update regarding possession and they have given deadline for completion of work dec 2017 but it can't be trusted, so please reply me if you have any news or update.
