I had complained so many times since regarding my faulty telephone line. I It is too low and gets broken by neighbors who are doing construction. Already telephonic complaints lodged thru toll free no a week back and also thru this portal. I yet corrective action taken. Urgent lys please rectify the Complaint. I I am an old lady of 74 years living alone.

Dear Sirs,
This is in continuation of my earlier complaint and its been 25 days since, it went out of order. Nothing has been done for the same. Please try to understand the gravity of the situation. My mother is 74 years and totally dependent on the telephone line to communicate with her kids who live far distant and abroad. She has been feeling immensely under pressure to maintain a mobile phone to stay connected. Being a chronic diabetic, living alone and having high blood pressure, the telephone line had added to her list of troubles. She has had a total knee replacement surgery and can't walk much around without difficulty, which means she needs to tell about her well being on the only mode of communication through the telephone. Since the telephone is not working for around a month, we would now want to take up the matter to consumer forum for redressal of the same, no rent shall be paid this month for such bad services.

Also we wish to highlight the fact, as pointed out earlier that the telephone lines have been disrupted due to ongoing construction in that area. We also wish to lodge a complaint against her neighbours for the same. We need an urgent feedback regarding the same and re-installement of the services, otherwise it leaves us with no other option than to take appropriated legal action for the same.

    I am facing frequent call drop in chennai while using ur service. For example on 28.9.2016 at 9.29 pm after my call was attended by my wife(tel no. [protected]) the call went disconnected deducting 1 minute call time from my account on three consecutive occasion. This is just an example. I am facing frequent call drop and unnecessary charges being deducted from my account. At least in the above case you are requested to look into the matter.

      My landline is not working past 1 month and inspite of many complaints, no action has been taken. And i have to pay for services which i am not receiving also. Very poor services by bsnl and authorities are also not concerned, isnpite of complainig so many times to them no positive response from their side. If not resolved soon then i will surrender my landline phone of bsnl.

      I was travelling from vadodara ( gujarat ) to faridabad via train where my phone got stolen/theft my lost bsnl sim no. is [protected] kindly block the said sim .

        Sir i have received a bsnl prepaid sim on 23.09.2016 from bsnl office batote district ramban j&k after submit all the required formalities. After six days my sim is not activated by bsnl due to unknown reasons. Verification process is completed by dialing 1507 but recharge of rs. 107 is not done on my number. Kindly consider my request as early as possible as i am performing duty where bsnl is only option of communication. A early action into the matter is solicited from your end. Mob. [protected]

        recurring charge in bsnl bill
        Last six month my internet connection (combo service) not working properly. My connection up & down so many times, so we can not work through internet.
        So we can not pay the lat 2 months bill. After clear my problem we pay only one month bill pay.

          I had requested new bsnl broadband connection after the recent offers in karnataka zone, i had opted for the 300 gb initial plan. As there is a apartment in front of my house which has bsnl broadband connection, i contacted the bsnl team to get the new connection and they said it's possible for my house to get connection from there and they sent an agent to collect documents and collected money (3300). It's been more than three weeks, and now when i call the bsnl person who gives line for new connection, he said it's not possible get new connection from the apartment and to my house. But the person who collected money said they'd already given a connection from the apartment to a house which is little far from my house, so i can easily get connection.
          I'm not sure even with bsnl's eagerness to get new customers, people like me who are looking for new connection is being treated like this.

          If they can't give connection to a house next to the apartment they should told me it's not possible for the connection in the first place itself, this very sad and annoying of bsnl to treat their prospective customer.

          If not new bb connection i need my money back.

              You activated the hungama services to my bsnl from two months without my consent. Because of this hungama services i am getting too much of net bill.                 I am soumitra dutta. my landline no is[protected], my a/c no is [protected]. my bill amount for the month of august is rs 302/- & due date is 30th september. i paid this bill through paytm on 24th september at 3.41pm. my dc transaction no is [protected]. my order no is [protected]. i got a sms from paytm i. e."your payment is successful. it will take up to 48 working hours for amount to reflect in operator account". at last today (27th) i have get a payment confirmation through sms which is send by bv - bsnldc to my register mobile ([protected]). after that i contact bsnl customer care (by dial 1500) and told him that please send payment acknowledgement slip through my register email id i. e. [protected]@gmail.com. but they told him that outstanding amount (rs302) is pending till now. i am totally surprised! then i told him that how it is possible? i have get already payments confirmation to my register mobile no ([protected]) from bv - bsnldc. but they dont know how it is possible? i am disappointed from bsnl. i am requesting you to kindly do needful action.

                  i am not interested in this but he said that no mam it is free only but now i received a call regarding me to pay Rs.70 for this game /Rs.249- movie/Rs170/- (Total Rs.489)music, which i had never used .Is this the way to behave ? Their is not even 1% percent honesty in your word and kindly deactivate the subscription which you made by cheating us and Here is my No[protected]

                    Please deactive hungama package. My telephone no. Is[protected]. I have not activateded any hungama package since before. Why activation has been done by only getting all details on telephone. This is not fair. I am using bsnl facility since long time, but due such type of threat, i will never own to bsnl. Please deduct amount from my bills. My name is r. S. Tripathi

                    Bsnl hungama is more like a scam. Some customer service calls you like advertisement, takes your email id and automatically activates it for you without your consent. This has been the problem with lakhs of connections in india.
                    This is what i have done:
                    • while taking my email id, they sent me a email and temporary password to my mail which i never opened
                    • so, after i got my bill. I realized the scam and went to bsnl. Hungama.com - logged into my account - went to subscription plans - there i saw that 2 plans were activated - deactivated them
                    • later felt pity for all those who did not know this and hence wrote a long mail for bsnl durg head office (Pfb mail below)
                    “sir,
                    Recently bsnl hungama started doing advertisement calls for almost all bsnl customers. They ask for your email address and mobile number saying that its for record purpose and auto activate bsnl hungama without any consent or notice. Everyone gets to see that hungama was activated in their account only after the bill comes (Around rs.150).
                    In india there are many people who do not understand all these things. For them they do not know that hungama is charging some amount every month and some even after knowing, do not know how to deactivate. I would also like to bring in that hungama toll free number is a call of infinite waiting as it does not get connected even after you dial it 100 times.
                    Looking at the number of bsnl broadband connections indians got and the secret amount hungama is charging, it can almost be called as a 'scam' of few crores by hungama.
                    And it is because of hungama, people will start to lose trust in a well organised bsnl. I request you to take this issue seriously as many innocent people are being suffered by the fraud business tactics by a company.

                    And surprise!! - i got a call from bsnl durg office thanking me for the mail and told that they conducted couple of meetings and are in the process of taking an action to sort this out. I was really surprised to see a govt. Office read a mail from a normal person. Even more surprising was the action they took from a common man’s mail. More respect for bsnl!!

                      We get BSNL signal from Papampatti bsnl tower, which is very weak.
                      The whole Kavalapatti and Puliyakalam and pondupulli and Aathumadu village people depend upon BSNL network as a means of communication, before 5 years, the network signal was proper, but now the signal is very very weak. The call often gets disconnected. We cant even seek help through this network in case of emergency!
                      So please consider this matter as a serious issue and please do the needful.

                          I am from virar, we are having bsnl land line number[protected] maharastra virar which is not working properly since last two years,

                          We regularly pay the monthly rental bill, we need our compensation towards which we are pay from last two year and phone is not working

                          We ask for teplephne bsnl depatrmnet for provide us the last 2 years call details or records, they refused to provide us the details.

                          Also the department is just transfer phone from here to there, no responsible person.

                          We have several time compalin online regards to this

                          We unnecessary paid extra approx 17337/- much amount for not using the phone just rental.

                          Finally we deside to surrender our phone. but we did not received the composition amount

                            My bsnl no [protected] having problem with cross connection and call drop mostly after 8 pm.. given more than 10 complaints (within 2 months) to bsnl through selfcare portal, customer care services, and spoke to dgm office regarding the issue... bsnl is clossing my complaints without resolving my grievances.. kindly look into the matter and do the needful..

                              We have landline plus broadband facility of BSNL in the name of mr. Raju lal gupta. While speaking to smone, dere is a problem of echo i.e. voice returns back to speaker. Also instrument is nt wrking properly. We have lodged several complaints to customer care & bsnl exchange on 2nd sep, 11 sep nd many more dates. Every time the status of cmplaint was showing resolved but in actual cmplaint was never resolved. We are very disappointed nw & fed up with the problem. BSNL Customer service is worst. They nvr respond their customer positively . Please help us otherwise we have to cmplaint to telecom ministry.

                                I have shifted Office to New Place, this is commercial Land Line and Internet Connection, which BSNL is not shifting and giving reasons that they are not having cable in store to put the new cable and shift the line, the new address is Sai-Mannat Apartment, Ground Floor office No 10, Jai Baba Dham road, Ulhasnagar-421 005.

                                  I am Ratheesh Kumar S and I am having bsnl Mobile connection with no. [protected]. On 20.09.2016 RS. 49/- debitted from my balance stating that I Subscribed to FullSongs(56060) service but I haven't Subscribed any of service. But I let it go and unsubscribed the service by sending SMS STOP. Then again on 24.09.2016 they debitted Rs. 49/- with the same reason. Please return my money asap and never do this thing again to anyone. When I inquired about this with customer care they said it is a vap service and I may have accidentally clicked it on smart phone. I found that all the telecom companies are doing the same thing. they create this pop-up webpages and when customer touches they will activate some unwanted services without any confirmation or knowledge of customers. kajal They have no right to activate some plan with out customer consent. That's not the way of making money. FYI Money don't grow in trees we worked hard to earn it. So please make them stop this ill practice.

                                    BSNL gave the plan against with JIO Unlimited plan for STV1099 without reduce its speed for 1 month with unlimited usage.. But after recharged that amount my mobile was not connecting internet properly.. and the Edge and HSPA symbol was disappeared simultaneously within a minute.. I complained this problem by dialing 1503 in the BSNL customer care for 4 times.. now internet is connecting but speed was 256KBPS in which download speed was 15 to 30 Kb/s.. They cheating their customer by giving unlimited plan.. for 30Kb/s speed, 100 MB data to be downloaded very lazily for 1 Hour.. When comparing with airtel it takes only 1 Minute..BSNL cheated my money..
