Once they call me said hungama service will going to axtivate...they said its trail pack...later u can activate full plan...but i refused.. however they convibced...but relized after getting my bill...stating onetime charges is 486rs...ohhh fully cheating...govt based company...better to go jio reliance..instead in bsnl...slamming with parnk call...my no [protected]

    BSNL phone no[protected] was installed 30 years back !st in sector 10 HBC when E10 Exchange was not there in sector 15 .
    Phone was installed with no 22718 initially.
    Sorry to say that It goes off on Friday & restart on Monday. Presently no dial tone from 9/9/2016. Three months earlier I made a similar complaint . Bill raised Rs 870/= although from last 6/7 months my allowed calls are not being done completely. No action was taken.
    Again phone is dead from Friday 9/9/2016.
    I know personlly lineman from last 30 years. And i believe something being done from Exchange.
    Pl look in the matter seriously otherwise a old customer will be forced to leave BSNL. Thanks Jugendra Kumar Arora [protected]

        83 Rupees main balance has been deducted from my account and bsnl customer care representative is denying to refund the money. They say validity has been extended but validity recharge is of only Rs. 32.

        This has happened for the 2nd time.

        Please look into matter seriously. If govt. companies will loot customers like this then what will happen in this country.

          Today morning as usual I started internet on my mobile as I have internet pack. I opened some page and suddenly I got text message
          "Dear User. As per your consent pack BSNL Hello TV&Special 30 Pack &7 Days is billed with Rs. 49.0 successfully for 7 days. To unsubscribe send UNSUB to 155223. Regards"
          What the hell is this actually i came here for some days and this BS happened. i want my refund.
          Hell with this BSNL service. Today morning also I recharged with 39 for net pack and my bank account balance deducted but still i did not get net pack. I want my both 49 Rs refund and 39 Rs refund.

            I have never applied for caller tune for my cell phone no.[protected] but the BSNL has activated it on 8 th september 2016 at about 2:45pm & charged Rs.30+12/ against my balance, when i talked to the customer care personnel, they deactivated the caller tune. after that i received another msg saying the activation of another tune which again charged Rs 30+12.

            Sir, Is it possible for someone to change the caller tune against in my phone without my consent. Now i am afraid to recharge my mobile, since cash disappears without my consent

              My father lost his mobile along with his AP BSNL Mobile No. [protected] today. Now I wanted to get the SIM Card blocked immediately. The blocking of the SIM card will help us in avoiding unscrupulous persons from misuse of the SIM card for anti social activities and calling. He lost his mobile when he is with my brother at Hospet, Karnataka. After blocking the SIM, we will apply for duplicate SIM card and till then the same may be blocked.                 Sir, i have not activated or subscribed any of the above said hungama services. while contacting hungama customer care operator they are telling i only subscribed.the email id what they are telling is not mine and so for i have not filled any of my personal details online for geting subscription and i have not recieved any phone call in my land line so far .i do not know how they activated with out my knowledge.
                i registered my email.id with bsnl already .it is not matching with that.please revert the amount billed for the services and please don't subscribe unknowingly.

                  I surrendered my Landline connection (No.[protected], Customer ID [protected], Account Number [protected]) to the BSNL Exchange on 28/05/2016, as they were unable to provide me with good uninterrupted service for past two months (April and May 2016 ). Till now there has been NO Communication from them OR even acknowledgement from them as to when they will be refunding my deposit (Rs. 3000/-). They even raised an Invoice on me of the month June 2016 of Rs. 737, even after I surrender my connection in May 2016. As they have raised an invoice on my number I have paid the same on 25/07/2016. So pls I request to Refund Total Amount of Rs. 3, 737/- (Deposit Rs. 3000/- + June 2016 Bill Amt. Rs. 737/-).

                    During payment process at last stage after completing transaction the link is broken for twice times due to server down so i lost 1008 rupees and the application successfully completes for Second time..i occured on 08/08/2016 approximatley 1month is completed still now BSNL didnt refunD my money back.My Registration No. is 828169.

                      Sir... We are 600 people are living in rural area situated at odisha, sundergh, omc khandhar, rantha basti... We are sufer from since 15 year s from comunicating to outer world... Because there is no network or tower availaing here after complaining to omc a bsnl tower is established since 1 year... We are happy about this tower for few days of estblishment of tower... But our hapyy is not no more... Since 6 months there is no operator for this newly estblished bsnl tower... Now we sufer more than past... Now this tower is on inactive condition... Pls kindly solve our problem... Neither we go to media apana eka nuhanti... Against bsnl

                        My name is ARVIND KUMAR. I applied online for JE post in BSNL and during payment money get deducted from my account and payment status shown as pending. Actually payment get failed first time but money deducted. Then again I paid Rs.1008.63
                        and then it get completed successfully.
                        It happened on 7th august 2016 but today is 7th September and till now it is not refunded back.

                          Respected Sir/madam i have applied for the post bsnl junior engineer and for that i paid rs.1000 through net banking and amount is debited from my account but application not completed and i have not received any messages my mobile, i got only e-mail payment transaction is success, again i re login the application it's came payment mode and i paid second time 1000 rs this time transaction is success i got message my mobile and e-mail also.                             I would like to bring to the notice of the general public and to the bsnl authorities, the pitiable condition of the landline phones in my village, uccassaim, bardez.
                            First off, the cables are laid in open drains, on poles and in shallow holes dug in the ground with open wires. During the monsoons, the situation is abominable…all we get is static and cross connections.
                            Complaints are lodged and the bsnl personnel take their own sweet time to tackle issues. Try to remind them, and a voice message tells you that your complaint is pending. For over two months now, i have been facing problems with my landline, no. Xxxxxxx. A complaint was lodged. After more than a month, it was attended to…carbon was cleaned off the open wires, i was told that the splitter was faulty and the phone “worked”…just for a couple of hours…and then we were back to square one…static, cross-connections, phone ringing but only static. Try to lodge a complaint, but i am reminded that a complaint is already lodged.
                            I am not the only one facing this problem, there are many people in the village who are sick and tired of lodging complaints which seem to have no solution. To try and find a solution, a small delegation from the village went to the divisional managers office in mapusa and made him aware of the problem. His take was that the local bsnl man would look into the matter, but he himself could not get through to his own person. He assured us that things would be rectified…but nothing has happened.
                            I made a call to the bsnl office in panjim, giving my details…the problem still remains unsolved.
                            So here is my issue…i do not get a mobile signal in my house or else i would have dumped bsnl long back for their lackadaisical attitude and rotten service. Tried asking another service provider to check if we could use their wireless services, but that too does not work – no/weak signal. So, like it or lump it, we have to depend on bsnl…at least the internet works, albeit at its own pace though it is a broadband connection. But i choose not to lump it and am quite happy to bell the cat.
                            Just because you have a monopoly, does it mean you can do as you please? The fact that bsnl is not recruiting new people, that they do not have their own staff to handle complaints but use contract labour, that most of them are near retirement age, that being a government agency it takes time for them to get spares, that private players are digging up their cables, etc., does not hold water as far as the consumer is concerned. What we need is accountability, the ability to accept that they are wrong and the determination to take steps to rectify mistakes/errors. What we need is competition in the wired connection area to give bsnl a run for their money…or else they think they rule the roost and we have to take whatever they dole out.
                            At home, i am incommunicado as far as the outside world is concerned…the only saving grace being the internet and wi-fi which helps me stay online with social media…if i do get a mobile signal in the house and a call…i have to run to a suitable location outside the house to take the call…making a call also entails the same exercise. Oh, i get it, i get it…bsnl is not providing services just to keep me fit…ha ha ha.
                            Would request bsnl to have open forums where people can come and meet them and get their problems and issues resolved…let us not sweep issues under the carpet, make excuses or feign ignorance…let us see how we can work together to sort issues out…let us not be arguing, shouting and retaliating in anger, rather let us try and see how things can be made easier for all. I have nothing personal against the bsnl staff involved, all i want is to get proper services and to get my money’s worth…is that too much to expect? Or am i just paying for the salaries of the bsnl staff and not getting anything in return? Do the local staff expect me to give them ‘bakshish’ or a little ‘tea money’? Sorry guys, no can do. Just do your job…you are paid for it…
                            I am pretty sure that mine is not an isolated case and that there are umpteen such cases all over goa…bsnl, what is your response? Or are you so comfortable that what we say does not matter?

                              Since last 3 months 24013119 and 24015033 of acharya n. G. Ranga agricultural university (Angrau) phones at head office, rajendranagar not working since last 3 months. Now and then the technicians come and visit pretend to be tracing the lines and go but the problem not solved. At this office of angrau, rajendranagar there are only 8 or 10 landline phones out of which these two phones are not at all working since last three months. Bills are being paid regularly even though office is working from guntur at present.

                                I have been complaining about problem in broadband connection for the past 5 days but it has not been resolved as of now. Bsnl claims that it will resolve issues in 24-48 hours. I wonder how they are calculating this time period. The people in the exchange are making a fool by saying that they are sending a technician everytime. The service provided is so pathetic. They should noy have started providing services if they cant handle it..!!

                                    Hi,

                                    After filling all the details for the required sources from the bsnl bill like the customer id and bb id, the new registration is just unable to create, it says invalid user id or email id.

                                    Even the portal id and the password seems not working!!! I wanted to change the existing broadband connection as it's highly cheating, there's no way to change!!!

                                      My Broadband is not working from last 2 month, I have done many complain to bsnl office but they do not response. one BSNL executive come after many many complain, he did not solve the issue and still my internet is not working.

                                      I have to taken action against BSNL because I have paid bills but my internet is not working .Please resolve my internet other wise I have to cancel my connection with BSNL.
